Very helpful staff! My mom had a new bathroom glass shower door put in without an issue. They sent great employees to do the work. We stopped by the showroom to ask questions and they were helpful. It s hard to find a place that has good employees , but here you can t go wrong!

Timely, friendly service. We used Abbey Glass for a shower door for new master bath. The owner, Doug and the staff in showroom are helpful and friendly. We were kept aware of schedule, arrival times etc.-project finished on time and as quoted. Will use again!

I highly recommend Abbey Glass. I had 3 lovely Anderson windows that had moisture inside the panes and fogged up. I lived with them for years since I was told by Anderson that I would need to replace the entire windows and frames and the cost was approximately $12,000.00. I asked why the panes could not be changed out and I was told it was because the size was no longer made. I did some research and reached out to Abbey Glass to ask if they could replace the double paned glass. Yes, of course they do this all the time and since they do custom work, it did not matter that my windows were not standard size. Abbey glass came out measured, gave me an estimate of several hundred dollars rather than thousands given by Anderson and soon after, Matt came out to replace my fogged up windows with beautiful clear double paned glass. What a difference. The windows look lovely and it is a pleasure looking out to see the views again. Abbey was professional, prompt and very competitive and the installer Matt, was very friendly and helpful and explained his work to me. I also learned that Abbey does screens , locks and shower enclosures, so now I know where to go for replacing screens on my many windows. I will be back for sure. Abbey saved me thousands of dollars and I got the windows I hoped for. We recently had an odd size window installed at our house by Abbey Glass. The installers, Shawn and Clint, did an excellent job on our difficult window installation. They were both very friendly and professional, and worked very neat. It was a pleasure to have Shawn and Clint do work in our house

I'm thinking that these reviews have been culled for negativity. I am disgusted with these people. They promise one thing, then tell you another. I am currently trying to get a refund. I was told the glass would be replaced in approximately 3 weeks time. I waited over a month and a half to contact them. The glass had not even arrived at the office, never mind being installed. Stay away.

Quality products and excellent customer service. We had Abbey Glass custom fit a shower door and mirror for our master bathroom. From initial measuring by Doug, the owner, to installation by Kevin and Sean, the Abbey technicians, everyone was neat, professional, and friendly. Great local company. Highly recommend.

This is a good, high quality glad shop. The Staff are extremely well trained and quite accommodating. They are an excellent trading partner for my Home Improvement business. I've found then to be honest, quite knowledgeable and reliable. They also hold a key location in Wareham that is extremely locatable and accessible right at the South end of the Route 6 divide and thus is easilly entered from either direction. Occasionally they deal with my customers directly. Never once have i had any sort of problem even with the occasional "problem" customers invariably present in any customer base. They are always professional and respectful. Often they will present myself or my customers with an option I wasn't aware of thus saving us all money. Abby Glass is my go-to vendor for all my glazing needs and supplies.

We had a broken slider window replaced by Abbey Glass this week.From the first contact to the final installation they were great. Out of many estimates we received theirs was the only one we received in writing with great detail and clear terms.Follow up was consistent and professional. Each representative of the company that came to our house was polite and efficient.We would highly recommend Abbey Glass!

Would definitely not recommend. Were a month late on promised work date. Quote was for $90/hour labor, ended up sending 2 workers and charged $180/hour, noticed in fine print of quote that this was possible. 2nd worker had never done this work before so did much less than the other worker, although came up to speed fairly quickly. When you talk to the employees and the owner it is clear that number one priority is themselves and $, not interested in taking care of the customer. Work done was good.

I have used Abbey Glass on numerous occasions. They are professional, honest and do great work. As a business owner myself I can honestly say they are a company to be modelled after. I strongly recommend their services.

Today in was in a tough bind when my granddaughter's vanity showed up with a smashed mirror and no one to help. We called Abbey glass and they had us bring in the mirror in and with in a few hours they replaced the mirror. I strongly advise anyone to go to them very friendly and awesome people I'm so grateful of them to of helped and did a fantastic job on the mirror.

We brought our window sashes in to order replacement double pane glass. They took the measurements and ordered the glass. It took a little longer than promised, but that's not really under their control. They let us know that the glass was in, we took our sashes in and they did the replacement right there.
