My family has been taking our cars to Impact Engineering for more than 30 years. It s a family owned business Al and Alex are great guys knowledgeable, 100% trustworthy, and really excellent at service, repairs and diagnosing and fixing problems that the dealerships can t or won t. They never try to upsell you they always lay out all the options and plenty of times, they ve talked me out of expensive fixes and do a great job. Hard workers, totally honest, and really efficient. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else.

Have been using Impact Engineering since the late 80 s. The guys have worked on all my cars, from a vintage VW Bug, to Jaguar, T-Bird, Mustang, Minivan, and now Mazda s CX-5. My husband has them service his remodeling companies pickup and dump trucks, the heavy duty Sierra and Chevys. They really do it all! We have always felt like they re #1 customers, yet other customers we refer tell us the same. Never over priced, never felt pushed to do more than what s needed.The team of Al s are hard working, passionate, professional, knowledgeable, and committed to their craft. It s a pleasure to do business with a home grown company, with roots in the community from the 1980 s. They have pride in that and it shows in their work and work ethic. We won t go anywhere else. I want express my appreciation to this company. It's rare to find people today that are dedicated to quality. You will find that here. I haven't had to worrying if the job will be done right since I started coming here. Brakes, transmissions, tires, tune-ups, or oil changes, it doesn't matter they do it all and for a reasonable price. I have the utmost confidence that the job will be done right and on time each time I make the call. The two Al's will explain what is needed in a professional manner and use only the best parts for your car. Give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

I have been going to Impact Engineering and using Al and his crew for over 20 years - driving over 40 minutes each way - every year - to have all of my own and my family s cars repaired and serviced as needed. Al is hands the most honest person I ve ever encountered in his profession and has a work ethic and quality to match. Same for his son Alex. Impact has NEVER oversold anything and has always exceeded expectations. You don t stay in business 37 years like he s been unless you re totally honest, hard-working and stand by your work. Impact is the best around. Period.

AL and Alex are great mechanics that you can trust will do a good job. Truly an expert in their field. If you need your car serviced stop by Impact Engineering and go see AL. He will give you an honest assessment and preform quality work on your car!!!

Al keeps things honest, simple and straightforward. If you need something done, it gets done within reason or he lays out all your options on how to service your vehicle. This shop can do everything, and there's always some new eyebrow-raising infernal contraption in one of the lift bays when you go in (from heavy construction equipment to modded-out old classics and your average every Honda). If you're in the Walpole area, this place should be your first choice for service, even with the auto-mile just down the road.

Honest business. These guys know what they are doing. Don t ever go to the dealership again. If you live near by I cannot recommend them highly enough. The best shop around.
