Our experience at Amaro Family Auto was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, Andy was very pleasant, welcoming, friendly, caring! I thought dealerships didn t know how to treat people, but this place put faith back into that belief. I highly recommend this place and would certainly buy in the future from them!

I can't say enough good things about Andy and his family. His candor was honest, and straight forward. He was courteous, and respected my time. He did not try and pressure me to buy a vehicle at all. I'd recommend Amaro 10 times out of 10. 5 stars

I recently got a car from from the dealership and Andy was so nice and helpful when looking at my car. He was also so helpful when there was an issue with the car. He made sure that it got fixed and made it right. Definitely a great place with good people!

I went to check out a 1998 Mercedes SLK at this dealership and was very pleased with the level of service and transparency I encountered. I was assisted by Andy, who was nothing but patient, informative and genuine throughout the entire process. I was able to take the car for a solid test drive and really check it out top to bottom. I ended up passing on the SLK, (mostly because i had my eye on a Saturn Sky at another dealership) but I would totally buy a car from Amaro Family Sales. The whole experience was relaxed and informative.

I bought my first car from Amaro Family Auto awhile back and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. I m not usually one to write reviews but Andy is so awesome that I had to!!! There was a pretty serious problem with my vehicle that came up shortly after purchasing, and Andy took care of it for me 100%. He was so helpful, patient, and a truly honest guy which is so hard to find in the car business. I will 100% be back there if I ever need a used car in the future, and have already recommended his shop to several people I know. Definitely go here if you are looking for a quality vehicle, and quality service!

I never write reviews but it would be a disservice to anybody that is looking to buy a car and does not but it here. I had the best experience ever , I have bought 10 cars and 3 Jeep Wranglers since getting my license at 16. I am 55 years old and I have never had such an easy , flawless experience than I did last week when I picked up my 2009 Jeep Wrangler. I saw it on a Sunday and on Tuesday I was buying the Jeep I loved it so much. Andy is the most amazing owner but he is not only an owner he puts 100% in everything he does. He answers the phone right away he talks to you personally you don t talk to an answering machine or anybody else he takes care of everything for you immediately. If you want something done he contacts you immediately and lets you know an update of what is going on. I ve never had that experience before. Any question that you have whatsoever you can call him up and he will get back to you right away. From walking in and buying it to driving it off the lot it was incredible. I had asked him about where I could get a remote car starter and he had it done that day I just couldn t believe it he took more time and gave me all the information that I needed to make it an awesome experience. You are like family when you walk in there that is how good he treats you. He cares more about people than anybody I have ever met. His mechanic Jay It s so amazing also he did an unbelievable job and getting it ready and having everything absolutely perfect. I could not be happier with the service with Andy and Jay and with my Jeep I have to say. I never felt nervous or unsure one second going through this process. If you think about going somewhere else to get another car please don t , please go to Andy s first , I ve never been happier ,thank you Andy and Jay you guys are Truly the best.Thank you so much Tracey Boze

We had an amazing experience from beginning to end. This was my daughters first car. We live locally and wanted to support businesses in our area. Great reviews and they couldn t be more true. This is a family that takes pride in their reputation and service. Bringing honesty to the industry is an understatement. They handled the entire experience beginning to end. The car was fairly priced and solid with a great service history. We couldn t be happier.As a side note, when I am ready I know where I am going. I ve always avoided the small auto dealerships because of bad experiences. I highly recommend amaro family auto.

Great experience buying a car from here. Andy and his staff were super friendly and helpful and so pleasant to deal with. We bought the car for my daughter. Had an issue with the car I purchased (with no fault from the dealer) and they took it in and fixed it up and had it back to me in no time. Highly recommend this place if you're looking to purchase a car!!

Recently purchased a Kia Rio from Andy, the entire process was stress free, he made it easy and accommodated my work schedule, and i felt like I was treated fairly and respectfully the entire time. Very good dealership to work with and i would purchase another vehicle from him

I bought this beautiful Mercedes Benz convertible from Andy Amaro at Amaro Family Auto Sales. The process could not have gone smoother!!! Andy answered every call and text, supported whatever I needed to feel comfortable knowing I got a good price on a great car, and took away all my fears about buying a used car. I would recommend Amaro Family Auto Sales for a great experience and beautiful, slightly used cars!!!

Bought my daughters first car from Amaro s family auto. I am so happy with this place. There was an issue with the car which was covered under the 30 day warranty and they fixed it with no issue. Andy was super responsive through the whole process. Car runs great now. Highly recommend this place their customer service is incredible!

I've been to many dealerships but NOBODY tops Amaro! Andy knew exactly what I wanted and went out of his way to make it happen for me. I have seriously never received such professional, fast and FRIENDLY service in my life. I will go back there for my next auto and recommend them to all family and friends in the future.*** FOLLOW-UP... Since purchasing my Xterra last week a few small unexpected things came up. Low and behold Andy IMMEDIATELY took care of them and went above and beyond to fix them. Andy and Amaro have redefined the term "customer service" and set the bar extremely high for all other dealerships.

Bought this beautiful 2019 Mustang ecoboost from Andy. She looks and drives like brand new!Bought it sight unseen as I am in Naples, Florida.He is a man of his word and even put new discs and calipers on for me. Couple tanks of gas and I am getting 25+ mpg still shiny and no dents or scratches. It was all he said and more.I'll check with Andy anytime I need a car and highly recommend him to anyone else.
