awesome service, respectful and friendly staff who communicated clearly with me and each other about the needs of my vehicle. i was diagnosed, worked on, and done with a fresh radiator and oil change in less than 20 minutes. this is a great location and i'll definitely be back when my car needs it again!

Always had great experience here , don t know what the last woman was speaking about the dreadlock guy , but he s always helped me regardless and always recommended what I needed for my car and did there best job it s been about 3 months since my radiator flush and brake flush and my car is running great

My car battery died while waiting for an oil change and the employees did everything possible to ensure I could jump my car battery and drive home safely. It was truly amazing!

Please Read In Full: Antifreeze/Coolant Scam:Why You Should NOT Trust Jiffy Lube:Went in for an oil change, asked them to top off fluids which is supposed to be included in any oil change (apparently something you must remind them because they hadn't done it.) As many OTHER REVIEWERS HAVE POINTED OUT the guy with dreadlocks (same guy in all the descriptions) told me my antifreeze reservoir was empty and urgently needed a coolant flush. "With the coupon it'll be..." same song and dance. I asked them just to add antifreeze and that I wanted to have it looked at by my regular mechanic, and I was REFUSED. He said it'd be "too dangerous to drive by simply adding the fluid without the service." I had no choice and purchased the service, otherwise he would not top off my fluids.I ASKED TO MAKE SURE IT WASN'T A LEAK OR ANOTHER ISSUE CAUSING THE ANTIFREEZE TO DISAPPEAR.I was assured by the "mechanic who'd worked there over 20 years" that no leak was present and this service ($179 total) would remedy all issues. He told me that he checked, there was no other issue. Well, GUESS WHAT? That was an unnecessary "repair" and a waste of money. I needed a REAL MECHANIC to repair my car. My reservoir is EMPTY only a few weeks later.Why You Should Go Elsewhere For Oil Changes:I've had oil changes here before, but quickly realized that even with the Groupon discount of $25 they ALWAYS tack-on additional fees. It's the exact same price whether you go in with a Groupon or go in ready to pay full price. Any discounts or coupons don't make a difference. And the upsells are ridiculous -just like this antifreeze scam.

Wow, I had an incredible experience with these guys! They went above and beyond to help me out, even though it was just before closing time. I was so impressed by their knowledge and expertise. They truly saved the day!

Always great service. As female knowing nothing about cars, always thinking I d be taken advantage of thing I don t need when taking my car in for service. These gentlemen always make me feel comfortable and reassured of maintenance I need for my vehicle. I am never pressured or feel uncomfortable when going here. I ve been going to this one location for years and have never had a bad experience. 10/10! Thank you.

UPDATE FOR RESPONSE FROM OWNER: YOU HAD A CHANCE TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND CHOSE NOT TO MAKE IT RIGHT....YOU BLAMED ME, SO YOU DONT TAKE IT SERIOUSLY!!!!!! YOU MIGHT NOT WANT TO COPY & PASTE REPONSES ON SOMETHING THAT IS VISIBLE TO THE PUBLIC....DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They will damage your car and take no responsibility for faulty machinary. My license plate was bent, license plate guard broken, and bumper sratched - THEY WOULDNT EVEN PAY FOR A NEW GUARD THAT WAS ON THE CAR AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE!!!!!!! WASHING IN THE DRIVE GOING FORWARD, NEVER GOING TO ANY JL ROBERT OWED FACILITIES AGAIN.....Congrats you saved 8 bucks and lost car washes 20 bucks a pop, oil changes 70 bucks a pop, gas fill up 40 bucks a pop.....Horrible company!!!

They suggested several repairs to be made to my car that were unwarranted. Including replacing spark plugs that were claimed to be melted. However, it requires engine disassembly to see spark plugs on my vehicle, so how did you know I needed that by just opening the hood? Telling me my car could "blow up" if I don't do it. Rude.

Went in for an oil change last week and was surprised by the service all younger employees but very helpful and respectful I love the service I received! The young man who greeted me was very friendly, he was informative but not pushy. He recommended an engine clean and my car seems to be running much better. I wish I caught his name but he was probably in his late 20 s with locs! Very professional and helpful! Will return!Service: Oil change

An absolute con. This places needs to be shut down. Went for an oil change and about eight guys started pulling the car apart saying I needed new brakes and all manner of stuff which I didn t need. I settled on them replacing air filters and an oil change. They closed the hood without replacing the air filter, just left the housing empty. And they left the glovebox in pieces. I caught them trying to rip me off and told them to install the filters. They became aggressive but did so. I suspect they gave me cheap oil and not the synthetic I paid for. Either way it was low when I checked it when I got home.The town of East Longmeadow needs to intervene to close this place.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

They apologize but continue making customers unhappyWe t for oil change and few ninutes later called tosay coolant system needed flushingAsked them to waitCame 10 minutes later and they hsaid service was done and coolant system flushed and new coolant addedCharge over $100 plus oil change of $40Refused to payThey removed coolant in one minute ????And i came home and added coolant on my own and checked no problemThey want to take customers for a ride by finding faults that never exist !Pure cheating innocent customers who trust them!Every time i go for service they find extra work for making extra money for no good reason!Can not trust them how many customers taken for a free ride daily by doing work that is not necessary!Service: Oil change

I forget the store managers name..but the crew on north Main Street are good honest dudes. Came in for simple oil change late in the day (30 min before closing) they didn t complain or seem bothered. Recommended a few things but we re not pushy. I need a new battery and they just said come back when I m ready.Normally don t write reviews but every one working there seemed to be my age (20s) and we re very hard working and friendly- good customer service thx guys

I went to jiffy lube in east Longmeadow this morning. I just want to change the oil, after testing the oil, the staff said that the oil is dark, so I need to clean the engine system, I asked so the total cost for my car how much is today? He replied a total of $ 80.00. When I came to pick up the car, it was charged $ 160.00. They automatically added the service and added the Warranty without my consent. If there is a minus point I will give it to them.

I m a little disappointed with my last few trips to this jiffy lube. I ve been here a few times for oils changes just because it s convenient and I like how quick and easy the process is. However, my last trip has convinced me that I won t be back here again. My last oil change went fine but the mechanic tried to scare me into doing a whole bunch of other work on my car, including the front brakes. He literally told me that my brakes were bare. I went to my trusted mechanic to get them replaced and he called me minutes after dropping off my car to say the brakes looked essentially brand new. I truly dislike that every time you go to get an oil change at Jiffy Lube, they try to upsell you or scare you into thinking you need other work done right then and there.

Worst place to get your car service. Stay away. I had an oil change done here and it turned out to be a nightmare. Oil was everywhere in my engine bay and eventually reached my alternator which gave up when I was driving my family on the highway. Spent a $1000 to get the alternator replaced. During the oil change, I they tried to coerce me into getting a coolant flush, saying it needed to be done. Went to Franks Auto yo inspect and there was nothing wrong with the coolant. Just save yourself the headache and stay away.Service: Oil change

My family has three vehicles and we will be looking for another place in the future for oil changes. We ve been using this Jiffy Lube for years and years. The up sale pressure for brake fluid was funny(around $119), considering the brake fluid wasn t even close to low. And, part of an oil change is making sure the windshield wiper fluid is topped off (it says so on the slip) which was empty and never topped off. Even after we requested it to be. The experience was not only disappointing but, will now prompt us to go elsewhere.Service: Oil change

These guys were great. They work really well as a team and seem like they enjoy their work. They were helpful diagnosing issues with my car that I should address. They followed the manufacturer recommended service intervals for my exact vehicle. It was much more convenient than trying to get an appointment at a dealership. However, they told me my brakes were bare metal and non existent. I ran home and disassembled my brakes to find the pads still had at least 10k miles left. I changed them anyway but I certainly could have waited until spring instead of doing it out in the cold. Otherwise I though it was a good place to have my car serviced same day.Service: Oil change

Scammers that prey on women, they will lie to you and say you have an empty radiator and charge you to "flush" it when there's absolutely nothing wrong. Avoid this place

Buyer beware: I have frequently used the East Longmeadow location for simple services like oil changes. It's quick and easy and I like that I don't have to have an appointment. I typically had good experiences with the team in the past, but my most recent experience left me feeling very disillusioned and I am unlikely to provide my business again. After my oil change, the store manager came over with a sheet of additional services that he thought my car needed. These were very high ticket items, most notably he informed me that my rear brakes were in dire need of attention, and that I really shouldn't be driving on them. I didn't want to have anything done about it that day in particular, but I decided to call my local mechanic who I usually see for larger services and have them take a look. Well, my local mechanic couldn't figure out why I wanted to have my brakes checked, apparently they are in great condition and not in need of replacement for some time. Needless to say, I find the selling technique of trying to persuade someone that they need something that they definitely do not to be rather despicable, and won't be providing my business in the future. If you choose to use this establishment for routine things such as oil changes, beware of any larger services that they quote you for and get a second opinion somewhere else.

2 stars because I got a diagnosis for my brakes. Asked for one kind of oil, got charged the other, I said I didn't want that, they said they already put it in but could do a coupon. What was I suppose to do? Tell them to take it out? Get the cops called on me for theft of service, or talk them into flushing it for cheaper oil? Was forced to pay double what I've ever paid for an oil change because of straight up deception. Oh well. Expensive lesson I guess.

I rarely write reviews, however, the service at this specific jiffy lube was unexpectedly the best service I ve had from any place that does an oil change. Of course they ll try to sell you products, but they were still kind and bc attentive to me and my car. Good group of guys over there.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Do not go to them for anything but an oil change. Messed up my wife s rear differential by using wrong fluid and not resealing. I had to take it to a dealer after grinding noise occurred soon after.

I would give 0 stars if I could. First, they try to upsell everything, which I understand. BUT, he came over to my car and told me my total which was way higher than anticipated. They made me walk out of my car across the shop to see the bill I was being charged for, and come to find out they charged me for something I didn t have done, and then the price was jacked up much higher for something else than what I was originally told it would cost. If I didn t ask to see the bill, they would ve conned an extra $30 off of me for services I didn t receive. Never going back here.Service: Oil change
