I will never take my car anywhere else. These guys ALWAYS take great care of me. I've needed last minute service or had an emergency, they have always, always been there and treated me fairly.

NO BODY GO TO THIS SHOP I AM WARNING YOU!!! I called I made an appointment for brakes he said bring it in. I got it there he then called me saying it needs tires this this this this this. I said I do not have the money for that currently that I m just doing brakes that s what I brought it for. Then he started yelling and swearing saying IT NEEDS IT IT NEEDS IT!!! I m not doing the brakes!!!! Because you NEED TIRES!!! Even tho my tires are brand new and just passed inspection! HE WILL ROB YOU OF ALL YOUR MONEY THERE IS A REASON IS ONLY HAS A 2.2 review.

DO NOT GO HERE! The owner is VERY rude and will swear at you and demand more money even though they did a poor job. We came to this shop this morning for a simple welding job that cost $250 and when I brought the car back to inspection they said that the job was done improperly and still broken and that I need to bring it back for him to fix. I came back to let the owner know and instead of apologizing and fixing his poor job, he demanded more money!!! $250 more to be exact. He then proceeded to swear for no reason. It s no wonder that the shop is empty most of the time.At the end of the conversation, we stated that we will call the cops on him for scamming us. He proceeded to say, Go ahead! So many people have called the cops on me before! And kept on swearing.SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT GO HERE!Service: Exhaust

Scam artist, over charges on parts and labor, breaks things in the car to get you to pay more, rude and aggressive when you try to talk about anything other than just agreeing with him. Avoid at all costs! Worth the wait to go literally anywhere else, there is a reason the place is always empty!

These guys were so awesome and friendly and very passionate about their job/ tires. I had a slashed tire and was far away from home which was nerve racking. They were honest with me and did not try and pressure me into just buying anything to replace my tires. They were very reassuring about what I was buying and made me feel good about the whole experience! Would highly recommend them if you are in the business for new tires!Service: Tires

Worst customer experience I've ever had, if you want to overpay for parts and get swindled out of your money this is the place. Quality of work here is awful, they should be ashamed of themselves. Jet is my new service place. Joe runs a good shop. I needed an oil change & tire rotation. I've been going to dealerships for awhile but I hate having to book appointments a week in advance and the prices are high. Joe charges a fair rate and he has a great customer service manner. He got my car right in. His staff was efficient and I got to do business with a small local outfit. Thank you! (2nd visit was just as good. Oil change, full synthetic and oil & fuel filter)

Rip off- told me $453 for a rear wheel hub bearing- $135 per hour is ok - part was $75 - the capable mechanic did it in 40 minutes- had it to pay it as I thought I was a good return customer and believed Joe!!! He just picked a number out of the air. Not cool JOE!!! Been there many times and ripped off I suppose- not a friendServices: Tires, BrakesServices: Tires, Brakes

Pros: Brake job was good and done in a timely matter.Cons: The owner Joe will try to scam you I to buying more parts for your car without much proof that there is actually something wrong. He will talk a good game and try to overcharge your for the parts. Get a second and third opinion from other mechanics if this happens to you.Overall I would not recommend going here because there are other, more honest mechanics in the area. I give 2 stars because the brake job was good.Service: Brakes

I stopped in for a small question that could have been answered in a couple seconds, I was trying to identify a fuse. They refused me service unless I paid $100+ dollars for 2 seconds of their time. Staff is incredibly rude and not professional! My headlights weren t working and the employees at Jet s couldn t care less. I went to another shop in town and they fixed the problem with my truck free of charge, especially after they heard how their competitor treated me. Avoid this shop! Terrible customer service and they refuse to wear a mask during a pandemic.

The owner of this shop is rude! He changes the pick up time constantly and he is blatantly overcharging for parts. When I called him out on it he brought the price down and then asked me if I felt bad about it? Ummm no I don't. If you can take your car elsewhere do it! You'll be better for it.

RUDE RUDE RUDE! The owner will swear at you.Car inspectors will warn you to NOT GO HERE! They did a VERY poor job and I will now need to pay extra money to fix my car.SCAMMERS! it s no wonder you don t see any cars being serviced here.

I stopped in to have the oil changed on my fleet vehicle. Joe kindly informed me that he wasn't set up to handle fleet vehicles, but took time to help me find a garage that was quick and local that would be able to do it. I appreciate him taking the time to help me even though he wouldn't be able to get my business this time around. The next time I need something done on my personal vehicle I'm giving Joe a call.

Avoid yourself a hassle and a half. Pretty lousy service. Went out of desperation because my car died and it was the close place to tow my car to. Only wish I could have read a review like this to avoid going here. Would have paid extra to tow the car somewhere else.To summarize-over charged for parts-damaged another part in my car while fixing the one I originally went in for-professionalism lacking

Want to spend way too much? Want to deal with a rip off? If so, call Joe. He is inconsistent in his pricing and his work. Worst experience ever. Shop elsewhere!!!

Went there for a used car inspection and was told all the car needed would be rear rotors eventually, that night the muffler snapped off, the next day the steering rack went so it failed inspection because it was unsafe to drive. Brought it to another mechanic and it took them not even 5 mins to find the car structurally unstable from rot on the frame. Useless garage and a waste of my money. I have a child and that car could have hurt us all. Disgusting.

0 stars. After yelling at me and demanding me to put thousands of dollars in my car when I was there to just replace a tire I finally was able to get my car out of there with the help of the police. Absolutely the worst experience of my life. Wouldn t recommend on any level

The mechanic was very thorough and patient diagnosing my husband s car. However, Townsend was obnoxious and rude. It didn t appear busy, since there was only one car being serviced. I think Townsend scares customers away.

DO NOT go here. The owner will always try to sell you services/parts that you do not need and is just smarmy. He was insistent that I needed synthetic oil, for example, which is close to triple the cost of the regular oil they use. They get no stars.

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. RUDE OWNER. Will DAMAGE your vehicle and SCAM you!!!! Go somewhere else. If I could give 0 stars I would. There s so many other people that can do a greater job at better shops nearby!! Save yourself!

This was the worst experience I have ever had regarding automobile repair. The staff was extremely rude and yelled at me for not making an appointment before hand even though I was asking them a question regarding tire repairs . Nobody should go here , and I would suggest other auto repair shops on shaker road then this garbage place. Truly terrible . No respect , and no value

Just got off the phone with Joe to get some pricing do not go here he is rude and started yelling at me on the phone I actually could not believe I was talking to a business owner!!

I run a fleet of trucks across the northern US from Washington state to Maine I've had one of my trucks go down I had my tech go into the shop and the owner started arguing trying to charge over $800 to fix or replace two bearings then he proceeded to threaten to call the cops because the vehicle was not safe to drive because the brakes needed to be replaced needless to say I went to a real mechanic had it done for less than $150 and the brakes were fine being that they were just done not even 8000 miles ago this man is a crook a liar and he will threaten and try to cheat you
