I had my brakes done at Frank's today and I will absolutely be going back anytime I need something done! Great, quick service, very reasonable pricing and Patty is awesome... friendly, informative, honest and won't push for anything extra that you don't need done. Highly recommend!

Discovered this little gem of a place last year. This is a woman owned business, (you go girl!). Patty is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I Felt at ease the second I walked in. Prices are reasonable and her mechanics appear very capable. So glad I discovered this place.

We've just moved to East Longmeadow and I was sorry to move away from the folks who serviced my Honda. I thought they were the best. Frank's has been every bit as satisfying an experience and I can't recommend them enough.

I emailed Patty after receiving an email from Frank s noting my car was due for service.Patty phoned me and accommodated my service time request.On the day of service, I arrived and was met by Patty. My car was taken in moments thereafter, and my service was completed in a very timely and professional manner.Friendly and honest service!Service: Tire rotations

Occasionally takes time to get service appointments as they are a busy garage. That being said, a scheduled oil change took 20 mins and I was on my way. Pricing for the services are fair.

Many years of great auto service.It s always a pleasure to drop my car off with Patty at Frank s Auto Service because I know I will be well taken care of. My husband and I have been using this garage for maintenance of our Suburbans for more than 20 years. In all that time I ve never been dissatisfied with either the service or the bill. She has the same diagnostic equipment used by a dealer and the prices are more than fair and far less expensive than a dealer would charge. (I m quite sure of this statement because of dealer estimates on recent front-end work done by Frank s Auto on another suburban.) This trip to Frank s auto for my 2002 Suburban involved an oil change, rear brakes and tweaking the air conditioner. This really is a full service shop with a great mechanic.Services: A/C installation & repair, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement

"They are honest and skilled mechanics. Patty's a little abrasive when you first meet her, but you can count on her to get things done right and she warms up quickly. Very fair priced."That was my original review years ago. Update: Franks has been my go to Service Center ever since. Patti's integrity is second to none.

Haven't had to deal with an auto repair for years and was glad I picked Frank's to provide their professional services with replacement of a water pump on 2012 Jeep. Job was done quickly and car was ready to go for the week end. They took the time to show you the parts that were removed and the price was very reasonable. Will recommend to others.

I am fairly new to Frank's Auto Service, only been a customer for 3 yrs. Patty and her staff have kept my car in the best condition. I rely on them every time I bring them my old Chevy. They are most trustworthy and this is what you want when getting your car serviced. Thank you Patty and staff.

We called her about the TCD and ABS lights, and she was able to take our car the next day. She is extremely honest. She and her staff are very pleasant to talk and work with, and they do a great job of keeping my decades old car on the road!Additional: 1/23/2023I showed up unannounced at the garage on a cold rainy day with unexpected warning lights flashing on my car screen. Her staff checked out my car, and determined that the alternator needed replacement. So, she graciously fit me in to take care of this. I am grateful for her prompt repair. (This saved me from ending up on the road with a dead battery). Thank you Patty!Service: Electrical repair

Patty was really kind when I first asked if she could look at my car. They got me in, dealt with my car, and were very professional. My mom and godmother goes here and they recommended me to get my car serviced at Frank's. It was very helpful when Patty explained what was going on with the car and what her recommendations were. I was really grateful for that since not many places talk with you 1v1 and actually take the time to explain things like that.Thank you again Patty and Co. for all your help, I will definitely be going to you guys from now on for my car troubles :) Stay safe!

Patty provides excellent customer service. She does this by 1 on 1 talking to you helping you and informing you on all phases of the work. The technicians they are all very well trained mechanics and do an excellent job. The pricing is excellent phenomenal actually the whole overall experience is top notch. Would recommend them to anybody who needs their car suv or truck service done.

I've been a customer for almost 15 years. I wish I had learned about Frank's earlier. The work is always well done, the prices are very fair. Patty always give you a one on one consultation, and she provides options on how to proceed. I have one new car, and one that is almost 30 years old, and they take care of both.

I ve been going to Patty for about 15 years. She always reviews options with me and is clearly not interested in taking money from people. Very fair prices. Patty and John kept my Subaru going into 200k+ miles economically long since other shops said there was nothing they could do.

Franks auto repair in services is both professional and accommodating her staff is knowledgeable Patty the owner is always ready to answer any questions in reference to your vehicle her knowledge is endless the quality of the work is outstanding always professional and she is very accommodating in the work is always Completed in a timely fashion franks goes above and beyond In taking extra steps even with an oil change they rotated my tires checked all my fluids it was refreshing and greatly appreciated the care that they took with my vehicle in the kindness that they showed and the quality of their work thank you Frank s always being there for us God bless
