Was hit in rear custom was recommended by my insurance company . Office manager Sara was wonderful. I had to do nothing!!!sara dealt with my insurance and also dealt with car rental place. When truck was ready ( which came out great) I literally dropped rental off at there shop and she had rental place pick up. Every business should have someone like Sara to make a difficult process SO EASY!!.. Thankyou custom and Sara ..

Our car was hit while parked, we brought it to Custom and what an amazing experience! Sarah stayed in contact with us at all times. When we picked up the car Mike came out to us and explained everything that was done to the car, he even found something the insurance missed, Mike made sure it was fixed and the car was safe to drive. As much as I would have liked to keep this little gem for myself I had to share. This is a trusty worthy place and my family will return when needed! Thank you Mike and Sarah for making us feel comfortable and most importantly being HONEST with us. We are now loyal customers of Custom Auto Body!!

A few months back I went to them in need of a quick side view mirror replacement.....I was so pleased when they said "sure just give us a few minutes and we will be happy to help"..I was so impressed with the level of customer service and kindness..I was in and out within 1/2 hour and the cost was so reasonably...Thank you so much Sara, Mike and John for giving me TRUE customer service which is extremely hard to find these days......

Had a dead window in my 97 camaro all summer, called about 23 other places brought it to about 6 of those 23 places not a single one of them would even ATTEMPT to properly diagnose it let alone attempt working on it. Without hesitation CAB told me bring it on down the 26th, got it repaired the same day. Works amazing now and was very reasonably priced considering one place wanted basically double what they asked and then refused to do the work. Would highly recommend Mike and his team, very friendly and professional bunch.Service: Electrical

Had some damage to my suv doors. I was greeted so nicely when I entered the building. The youg lady that took care of me at the desk made me feel so much better. I got to meet Mike before I left and I knew they would take care of my car. I was just amazed at the work they did when the repairs were complete. I most certainly will use them again,and will recommend their use to my friends. Thank you so much for a job Well done!

Great customer service! Sarah was wonderful. She dealt with the insurance company, and car rental company. She answered all our questions and made sure we were kept up to date with the car s progress. Also the car looked great when we picked it up! I will recommend them.

I did not Catch the Name of the person that detailed my truck, how ever I would like to thank him as he did an absolute amazing job, my truck looks showroom new, outstanding... I did catch the name of the super friendly office staff Sarah who is extremely professional and just a pleasure to deal with. Over all I will 100% bring all my vehicles there again. Man what a complete letdown! I brought BMW in for collision work on the recommendation of a friend. I was told to speak with Mike (which I did) and he gave me an estimate for the job. Pricey!What I didn't know was that Mike has basically handed over the place to his son. $2400+ of body work to the front of the vehicle. He gave me a 3-day estimate of work and took 7. It has been a couple of months and the paint is peeling off the bumper and front passenger panel. There are ripples developing in other areas. When I brought it back to the shop I got a bullshit response that it was somehow my fault.I brought the car to BMW and to Ricks where they both said that the work that was done on the car was "terrible." The man at Rick's asked if I did the work myself or had some teenager do it!So guess what? It will cost me another $2000 to fix the repair. No insurance will cover it and i was told that my only way to get compensation for the absolutely lousy repair was to take Custom to court. Great.PS- try to call there and get a response from anyone. The only person you will speak to will be a raspy, forgetful receptionist who sounds like she smokes 11 packs of cigarettes a day. She will make sure you never get a call back too (unless you are scheduling a repair or an estimate).They are awful, deceitful, over-priced cheats. You have been warned,

I don t normally write reviews but these guys deserve one. My grandmother picked up a screw in her tire and found the closest auto body shop around, which was Custom Auto Body. She went in there and told 2 gentlemen who worked there her issue with her tire. They were SO helpful and made her feel very comfortable from the start. They explained that there was a screw in her tire and that they could plug it for her in no time. 15 min later her tire was all fixed and she was on the road again. While I have never gotten work done here, my grandmother couldn t stop raving about their service and willingness to help. I would definitely recommend these guys based on their great customer service!!

I brought my Car there to get my car fix from a accident that happened to my driver side door.. first when I came to get my car I had a 2 tone color on the door.. then the sound that was coming out of the speaker wasn't the same as when I brought it to them.. He had changed the speaker and didn't tell me. He lied and said that it just needed adjustment.. then my radio blew.. I didn't think anything of it.. I went brought a new radio for my car.. and when they went to install it the car had water damage due to when they put that other speaker they never sealed it up and water got in and fried my wires.. when I went and explained what happened the owner got nasty and refused to atlases help me pay to fix it.. . Also they had fix my bumper too and now my bumper is falling apart.. these people are con artists. And have no value for the customer property.. he nice in the beginning so please don't be fooled..Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was hit from behind and it involved much more damage than the original insurance appraiser estimated. Did a fantastic job on my fiance's Buick. Highly recommend. It is my fiancee's place to go now seeing she is accident prone. Multiple repairs and they have done a fantastic job

I took two cars here in succession to get both exterior detailed and one interior detailed. When I called and asked them about their services I wanted to make sure the interior detail would take care of a problem under the back seat. When I got the car back I thought that whatever was left was there for a lifetime. When I got it back most of the gaps between the doors had residual powder and little white scratches and whatnot from whatever wax was used. I noticed slowly how little had actually been done to the interior. Under the seat still had lyme from what had been spilled in it, the windows had not been washed, a layer of dust remained behind the steering wheel, and the vinyl was still awfully dull, and the seats were still dirty.Several weeks ago my father and I shampooed the seats, and much to my surprise they looked almost brand new. Protectant was used on all the vinyl and it looks great. So I'm wondering what I spent $200 for them to do that I did myself in a couple of hours. I called Mike up and told him what had happened and at first he seemed very nice, he wanted to see the car so I brought it to him the next day. He offered me a refund for the interior job or a replacement seat because the rear seat was damaged from the previous owner. He told me he would call early the next week about the seat.I didn't hear from him when he said he would call, so I left a message with the gate keeper who answers the phones. I called several times the next week. Still no word from Mike. Three weeks went by and when I finally got a hold of him, I asked why he hadn't called me back. He started yelling at me about how he hadn't had time to make it to check out the Jeep seats. I couldn't believe he was yelling at me about it!Mike decided to refunded me less than half of what I paid them for the job when the whole thing was shoddy. I was really dissatisfied with the service I was given there, I expected a lot more for the amount I paid them and definitely not to get yelled at when they messed it up. I have gotten way better detailing done elsewhere for less money. I will not trust them to detail my car again, I wouldn't have gone to them in the first place if I knew this was how it would go. I definitely do not recommend Custom Auto Body to anyone else-there are plenty of other places in the area that do a better job than these guys.

It's a miracle!!! Never did I believe that our old, smelly, mess of a truck could be saved. The stench inside caused by dogs who had gone into a swamp before riding in the back seat had all but ruined the vehicle. A completely unbearable odor. But thanks to Custom Auto Body and their detailing crew, our truck looks and smells like new. In fact, better than new! What a relief. I am amazed with the quality of their work. I had an accident around the holidays . Very busy time of the year but Custom Auto made things so much easier for me . Sarah the receptionist was amazing ! As of my car it looked great !!! I couldn t even tell the side it got hit on . I highly recommend this place . I was very satisfied! Thank you Custom Auto

So pleased with the body repair work done on my 1996 Honda Civic. Needed to have my bumper replaced and a dent fixed. Can't believe that my old car (that I refuse to give up) looks so new! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Finished product is beautiful!

So far the customer service is very bad the receptionist could care less about your needs. My car was picked up by there tow company and delivered to the shop on Tuesday. I called Fri morning to get an idea of what was going on. No return call from them so I stopped by after work to get an answer in person. Was told by them the insurance company had to look at it on Tuesday then work could start and they would call me back. Today is Wednesday still waiting to hear back from them. So far I am not impressed.

Thanks Custom Auto Body! I called for information and pricing on a Class III hitch for my SUV. Chris was great. He gave me the information that I was looking for, we made an appointment for the following day, the hitch was installed - exactly as promised! I am very pleased with the service that I received!

I went to bring a plastic for the front of the scooter and I was told it would cost me $300 just to paint and fix a little crack which was way to much but I went with it anyways then they said it will be ready in a week which that was a lie I had to wait 2 weeks and still got a no it s not ready so I decided to go over there to see and they literally wasn t even working on it and they had no customers then later today I had to call because they don t call back and finally got a response saying it s done but then they said it is real fragile like what the **** so your telling me 2 weeks and you still haven t finished and your chartering me $300 dollars for a plastic o no this is the first and last time I am ever going here I do not recommend it once so ever
