Chuck and his crew do absolutely incredible work. My family has always gone to him and recommend me to him he did ball joints tie rods and a whole bunch of other front end work he s a very honest person and will tell you everything that s truly wrong and he will explain what certain parts do his pricing is pretty good and the quality of his work is absolutely amazing definitely my go to mechanic

What an amazing shop with an amazing, knowledgeable, down to earth owner.My car broke down SEVEN hours from home. By chance, this shop was open & was ready to help. I spoke with Chuck, the owner, and he stopped everything he was doing to get me back on the road. Even stayed open well after closing time.He s fast, accurate and honest. Doesn t try to get you to fix unnecessary things like most other places.I d give them 10 stars if I could.HGHLY recommend!

When you own business your reputation and honesty with either a vendor or a customer is very important. With the owner of this repair shop he lied right to my face and the sad part is he had his employees do the same. I've owned companies for many years, your reputation is everything. Your customers are who drive your business if you're not honest with them even with vendors you have no business being in business. I personally would not do business with this shop owner ever again. I don't trust you.

First of Chuck is a great guy on a personal level. That being said, I dropped my truck off to him in August to diagnose engine problems. He never really seemed to get around to my truck. After about 2 months of not figuring it out, I decided to buy a new motor and have him install it. After about another 2 months of waiting, I got the truck back with an issue. He cracked the block on the new motor and the bell housing on the transmission. I had to use the warranty that I paid for through the motor company to get a another motor. Since he broke the motor, he assured me that he would warranty this new motor with the same warranty as the one I purchased. So after waiting another 4 months for him to put the new motor in my truck , I got my truck back and he tells me that his lawyer advised him NOT to warranty anything. That spoke volumes about his character as a business man.

After finding my car leaked all of its coolant, based on reviews I called Chuck to see if he could take a look. He was able to accommodate me and take a look at the car the same day I called. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and was also able to find part (radiator) I needed somewhere so it could be overnighted rather than having to wait 7-10 days. He did what he could to ensure I was not without my vehicle longer than I needed to be. He was very pleasant to deal with and I will be using him again in the future for any car repair needs I have.

I bought a used car from a less than trustworthy dealer. He sent the car to his mechanic for an inspection. It failed the inspection. His mechanic looked it over and the check engine light kept coming on. The cruise control didn't work. His mechanic fixed it and it worked for about five minutes before acting up again. The dealer's mechanic was nasty, didn't want to be bothered and could not fix the problems. I took the car to Chuck, he fixed the problems, the check engine light doesn't come on and my cruise control works beautifully. I highly recommend Chuck Welsh. Very professional and excellent service. My whole family goes there for oil changes, brakes and other large and small repairs. Always reasonable and honest prices. All our cars are working great. He fixes it and it stays fixed. Best car mechanic I've ever had. Why go anywhere else.

Will find a way to get you in for emergency repair. Went in for an oil change and asked him to check my brakes because they were acting funny.Found out I had a bad brake line and a bad rotor. Even though it were to take a few hours to repair he took the time to repair it. Told me it would have been to dangerous to drive it like that.
