Lines of vehicles moved VERY QUICKLY. Used the basic wash and did a great job. The only issue I noticed later that day was the rear if the car had an area in the center of the bumper to th top of the roof where the scrubbing did not over lap, leaving a 2-3 inch wide strip of unclean surface.

Glad I got a wash pass earlier this month. Just got a new gmc sierra and want to keep as much of the salt away from it as possible. Very nice that they are open till 8 so I can hit the wash on the way home from work if need be!

They had a really good deal of $19.99 monthly for washing your car EVERY DAY and you have access to they vacuums as well, so my car is never dirty

BLK Detailing that is there within the car wash is excellent!!! If you want your car to look showroom, clean for special occasion recommend highly.

I paid for the premium wash and sealant, went through the automated wash and still had mud on my running g boards and sap on my hood as well as several other uncleaned spots. So I went to the attendant and asked for a rewash, he had to get someone else's approval and did put me through again. Went I went through the second time there were none of the extra features lit up in the cycle. I was disappointed to say the least. The car came through a little better, still had some mud and sap stains. Hot water is the answer.

It used to be a lot cheaper and you can actually use your coins but it's not like that anymore and $6 to wash your car and I got around the car finally with the soap and it was down to 1 minute left and it left my car with suds all over it because it doesn't give you enough time to rinse it $6 basically just to soak your car with soap

Gotta be honest, I won't be back. Tried using the self wash again. Swiped my card, washed and rinsed the car. It looks great. Problem is the station keeps running after I hit stop repeatedly. The machine waited until the next cycle before the stop button works. Seems like a scam. This is the third time it happened to me. Strongly suggest don't use the self wash bays, they are a rip off.

Regular wash was $12 which I thought was high. For that you get a quick spray of soap, some of those long fingers slap around your car, a quick rinse and you re out. Oh, but lots of disco lights for the kids.Don t bother

Use cash and not your credit card! I used this car wash in Falmouth and I have been charged for a monthly car wash membership that I never signed up! Customer service does not answers calls after many attempts. I had to call my credit card company for a mechanical block of merchant and dispute of charges. its too much aggravation for a car wash experience.

I love getting my car washed here! The staff is always friendly. Also, they have a great monthly unlimited package that I use that is 30 dollars a month. The free vacuums available are a huge perk too!

Prestige Car Wash has been my go to community car wash for ten years.I always feel comfortable when I go to the business because the staff has always been professional and kind.They all give me thumbs up as I enter the car wash!The car wash has always left me leaving with a very well washed car.Who doesn t love the free vacuums the customers can use each time they get their vehicle washed?My car is well cared for and the employees have gone out of their way to go the extra mile without asking if they see anything wrong with my car. I have never had any damage to my car while going through the car wash.The manager Ricardo is polite, always has a smile on his face and something positive to say to me. He is an extremely hard worker.Joe, the previous owner was very fortunate to have Ricardo as a stellar employee .He is one of the most diverse and professional young men I have met in the Falmouth community.It is a pleasure to do business with Ricardo and his staff.I highly recommend Prestige Car Wash and their outstanding services!IIServices: Scratch removal, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

I was very happy with your car wash when the ownership changed. I have had my car washed there multiple times with no problem. But today, the car wash ripped off my gas cap door, the insert and scratched the cover while also wrecking and ripping off the hinge and denting my car. I tried contacting the manager by phone but his mailbox is full. There is no manager on the site. There is no one to contact about this as the owner does not answer their phone and the employee didn't offer any help. This is unacceptable. And potentially dangerous, because the damage could force water into the gastank. New posting, follows posting below. Since the platform does not allow me to respond to owner's comment. We have received no satisfaction from Prestige. But, a superficial response with, no intent to rectify the 900.00 damage they caused to my car. We called the number again as requested. And they acted like they never heard about us. My suggestion is to go to GREEN OCEAN in Falmouth. They clean the front and back of the car. And they are much gentlier on the cars. So, because of Prestige and their lack of action I have a new and superior, responsible car wash!

It would be nice if Prestige could keep it consistent. Some locations are very good well others are not. I visit at a minimum three times a week, and The East Falmouth one has been nothing but a headache I hope this will change soon. $6.00 minimum (4 min) for the bays which last time took six minutes for the machine to turn from soap to water for a rinse. No vacuums either besides the ones on the side which are horrible. It is a shame because it is the only car wash that has bays available as I do not put my car through a car wash. Besides these inconveniences, being the only car wash with bays I still visit as well as the many other locations. The staff is great, and have been nothing but very helpful.

Love my Prestige Car Wash. We go every week, thanks to the fair-priced return customer plan. The vacuums are THE BEST I've ever used at a car wash...they really work. And the folks there are so pleasant, friendly. Great place.

I expected more for the money. I got the top of the line $$$. Tailgate was still dirty. Lower side panels are barely clean. It doesn't fully dry your car but suggests towel cleaning at the end.....no towels provided. Better deals elsewhere. Not clean & Not recommended

I have been bringing my car to Prestige for over 2 years. I have the monthly pass and bring my car there daily. They are amazing. Ricardo is attentive, friendly, always smiling, and always willing to help. Super good drive (guided) through car wash.Pleasant staff and free vacuums.Best to get the monthly pass one fee and all the car washes your vehicle can take.

Car wash is great and affordable! I have a monthly pass that I make great use of and I absolutely love the bonus of free vacuums all day. My cad is always fresh and clean!

The Car Wash is very clean and the employees as well as Ricardo are so nice and friendly. The free vacuums are awesome and I always leave Prestige Car Wash In East Falmouth with my car shining like it s brand new thanks again for everything you guys do to keep the place clean and organized

Don t waste your money in the self service. $22 for 15 min. I pre rinsed, soap power washed, tri foam, and thoroughly rinsed. Car still looks dirty. Waste of money. Would have rather used a soap bucket at home, would have come out nicer.

Used manual wash. Don't like automatic wash, not a good job. Great pressure,great wax application. Free vacuum. 25.00 total but worth it to my 25 year old Sweet Pea.

Awesome new car wash!!! the vacuums are excellent long attachments they get in between and under the seats well, they are also extremely high-powered there's also one in Taunton that is equally as nice but this is it's newer so the vacs are more powerful!!!! and the fact that they are free I mean who could ask for more!

I dont have a complaint about this place. Its fast easy and convenient. People who complain on here about their vehicle being damaged have to understand every car wash you go through says "enter at your own risk"as in unless the employee themselves damage your vehicle, they are not held reliable. Me personally I love this place. And will be going back many times because I am a monthly subscriber customer. Oh and their "unlimited car wash" service isn't truly unlimited. Its one wash per day. Anymore than that you will have to pay extra.Service: Auto detailing
