The guy said he didn't do an inquiry at all because how bad my credit was. guess what? A hard inquiry from 106 motors pops up on my credit report thanks for lying to me! Just another shady dealer I'd like you guys to fix this. And the fact they respond to reviews in such a pos way to customers is ridiculous and only proves the character of these people.

I recently bought a used car here. The two guys I met were nice but they didn't do anything they said they did or that they would do. They said that the car had been serviced which if that were true it wouldn't have been low on oil and had no windshield wiper fluid. The car had a bad rear drivers side handle that they said would be replaced no problem and it never was, I'm guessing its because the door wouldn't open from inside or outside so it was to much time or money for them to fix. On top of all else the day after I took it home the same day I'm writing this review my battery died.Update It's now 9/17/21 and check engine light came on a few days after original post. Between this and the handle which I was waiting for a part still no sticker the one thing they claim to guarantee.

What a great group of guys!!! We decided to upgrade our vehicle and this was a great place to stop. Joe is an amazing guy to work with, he was quick to give us the keys so we could go on a test drive, and we obviously fell in love with the Escalade. After some good conversations about life, we came to an agreement on price. While we finalized the paperwork, his coworker added some fuel to the tank and gave it a car wash and vacuum. It only took a couple hours and we drove away in our new to us Cadillac!!! If your in the market to buy a car and it s on their lot you gotta stop by!!!

I purchased a bmw from this dealership. They failed to list all the defects of the car even knowing I am purchasing from out of state. The Car was given to me with the tank on empty, dirty, especially considering during these pandemic times. I pointed out a defect with the car that is a safety issue upon receipt of the car. The Owner Joe, will not pay for the repairs even though he was wrong about what was wrong with the car. Maybe this is a race thing? The Car was overpriced heavily. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealer. It is likely that I will be seeing them in court seeing my calls are not being answered or returned. I'm not using race as an excuse. It is a simple question. Do you make a thing about selling cars in this condition, and then refuse to fix it? You can comment on here, but you can't answer or return my calls or texts?

Why isn't "zero" stars an option?!My brother very recently purchased a vehicle from this business and has been extremely unhappy since. Initially he was super excited when he found the car and decided on this car over another. He took off from work and spent money to travel across state for this purchase. The car came with defects and it was dirty inside and out; while it was advertised to be clean and in tiptop shape...FALSE. My brother made his inquiries about the defects on the vehicle and it seems his communications have fallen on deaf ears. The customer service here is extremely disappointing, so much so that i feel they should no longer be in business. He told with me he had the opportunity to discuss his concerns with the owner who turned out to be very rude and passive.From then on i knew this was a shammed transaction. Nobody wants to spend thousands of dollars on what they know is already an overpriced vehicle only to be unhappy with it. To make matters worse, the defects on the vehicle has forced him to park it! What sense does any of this make? This business has made no effort or offers to relieve my brother of any of his concerns; instead he is being ignored. I have attached pictures as proof of how the vehicle was received. At this point in life, i've purchased multiple vehicles and i have never received a vehicle looking how this one looks. I actually find this to be very disappointing, disrespectful and lazy because what business would think this is okay. Are you looking to make a purchase with "Route 106 Motors"?...i strongly urge you not to.Note to business owner: try TRUE advertising and also try putting yourself in your customers' shoes when being faced with complaints instead of rudely brushing them off while you bank their money you received based on lies and deceit. Maintain an honest business or get out of business!

I bought a 2007 GMC Acadia and have brought it back numerous times for servicing and a few normal car problems... Rt 106 Motors has always gone the extra mile to help me... Their service department is top notch - been knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with, as is the rest of their staff... I have always found everyone there to be accommodating and helpful; even when I have had to "drop in" with sudden problems like a blown tire and they stayed after closing hours to be sure I could get right back on the road... In short, I highly recommend Rt 106 Motors and their whole staff...

Was looking for a truck for months and being told that my expectations were too high by dealers. That changed at 106 motors. Found a great truck after a lot of searching and they gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade in. At first I did not believe I could afford payments and rte 106 motors worked out some kinks and got the payment right where I needed it to be. At no point did they push anything on me or make me feel pressured. My experience was incredibly casual, laid back, and simple, yet professional. You can tell they have years of experience and knowledge. I will definitely be seeing them again for any maintenance and someday a new vehicle. Highly recommended.

My overall experience was excellent! Joe and Art are a good set guys and I had little trouble with the whole experience of purchasing my car though them. The only complain I have is the day I picked up my car for the first time the gas tank was on a quarter tank. The only criticism I would say is if a customer purchases a car from you in the future it s good business to fill the tank, I m sure this was a simple oversight. Other than that I had a very positive experience and would definitely purchase another vehicle from Joe or Art. Thanks again and keep up the good work!

Very pleasant experience. Joe took the time out of his busy schedule to find me exactly what I was looking for and made it happen. I m usually a pretty picky costumer and for him to do it correct in a timely manner speaks volumes. Great guy to work with, made buying and selling my old vehicle 0 stress.Highly recommended.

I purchased my new car from RT 106 Motors. The staff was extremely helpful and did not make me feel pressured into anything. The price was the lowest one around and they were able to get me financed. I will be coming back for regular maintenance. Great dealership!!

Today I looked at a truck at Route 106 motors. I called ahead and spoke with Tom. When I arrived I looked over a truck they had priced at $13,995. The truck was a fleet vehicle and had quite a lot of damage. Nada trade value was approximately 10k.Now after looking the truck over I found some deficiencies. Tom assured me that they would be fixed.As a side note, I pride myself as being polite and respectful. During my interaction with Tom he barely looked up from his computer as if I was wasting his time. When I made an offer of $11,000 to Tom for the truck he laughed at me. Whether he liked the offer or not, laughing at me was extremely rude. I would not ever recommend sending anyone to this place considering Toms lack of respect for the customer. The bottom line here is that companies like 106 should understand that just because someone doesn't buy today doesn't mean they won't buy tomorrow. I was considering a higher offer but after being laughed at and embarrassed, I left.

RT.106 Motors was fantastic. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Car was priced perfect, and Arthur was great. We ran into a check engine light issue again the next day, and they took it in and fixed it right away and got it back the same day with Sticker. I would suggest checking them out.

I'm on a hunt for a vehicle and I stumbled across this dealership. Interested in a SUV they have there. So I start to read the reviews of the dealership and they lost my business already! This dealership insulted a customer that wrote a bad review!! Going on about how that customer had horrific credit -the worst they ever seen. Hello are you guys idiots? You can not talk to customers like that for a bad review, that is so unprofessional. I could not believe my eyes! Do a better job trying to make your customers happy rather then low blowing them for your crappy service.

The salesman who owns the store is a very down to earth person and is easy to talk to. His nephew who sometimes runs the front counter is a good kid.The people who work in the garage do good work and on time work.Recommend you check this place out. Ty Law has bought a car here before.

No pressure sales. Called ahead and told what car I wanted to see, they had it ready for me to check it out. I bought the car. Financing was easy. Staff very helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I've purchased multiple cars over the last 20 years and have never had a horrible experience like this dealership! Tom the salesman is totally incompetent and would not trust what he tells you. I purchased a 2013 Lincoln MKZ and it was a great price but was I fooled. First off they quoted me a 5 year loan and then at the contract signing switched it to 6 years. For some reason I had to sign at another dealership which was very professional. When I pickup the car my passenger mat was missing ok not a big deal but 4 days later the car breaks down with a blown radiator and antifreeze leaking all over the ground. I call them to tell them and they say have it towed down and we will look at it. Never mentioned "hey we pay for the tow" luckily had Triple A so the tow from Milton to East Bridgewater was free technically. They have no drop box or slot on sight to leave your keys so I took a chance of leaving the car unlocked and leaving the FOB inside. Expecting a call the next morning and nothing so around 12 I call and Tom tells me they think their is a hole in the radiator and will have to investigate. I tell him I'm missing work and need the car as soon as possible. Never mentions hey we have a loaner car for you. That night I call to check in and Tom tells me it needs a new radiator. Never explains why and till this day never got an explanation. The next day I have to take off work and lose a days pay. Finally they call around 1pm and leaves a message that the car is ready. I have to wait to get a ride when my wife gets out of work at 5pm and when I get there at 6pm they are closed and luckily I had my other Key Fob so I was able to get in the car and drive home. Never left the other FOB in the car so on Saturday morning I leave a polite voicemail asking to please mail my FOB back to. Today 4-27-17 I call and ask Tom where is my other FOB? He say's it's probably somewhere in the garage and they never received my message. Are you kidding me?? What kind of customer service is that? In closing I will never recommend this dealership to any friends or family because of this horrible experience. Lesson learned read reviews online first and stick with the larger dealerships!

My over all experience with Route 106 motors was rewarding and satisfying.I had been in search for an older mustang (early 2000s ).I been to several dealers but the rates where jacked up and not to my standard.When I test drove the 2006 Mustang from RT 106 motors, I knew it was the car for me.The inside interior was in mint condtion, not a scratch or any flaw on the exterior. But the best experience about it was the price !!!I really appreciated the owner Joe's Profffessionalism, knowledge of vechile and making the process easy going.I would definitely buy a vechile from them again.Thank you, Maureen

I call these the truck guys! If it doesn t exist, they ll find it for you. I had a great experience...there were two things wrong with the F250 I acquired which they told me about, and were in the process of fixing. Let me tell you something, I love this truck! See Joe or Angelo and you ll be glad you did! Happiness is.

I run a small landscaping business. When my truck broke down I thought my American dream was over. I came across a truck I liked that they had, and working together, they put me in it within a couple of days. Knowledgeable, hard-working folks, and that s what I like.

I'm still in shock! I took a ride bye this auto dealers to look at a truck that I was in love with. The sales person came out and I asked for the keys for the truck.I turned on the truck and unlocked the doors and as I walked around the truck he turned the truck off and shut the doors and walked away!I was in total shock !!! THIS IS A TRUE STORY!!I tell this story this story to my family and friends they laugh and they don't believe me.FYI GOOD LUCK!!!

We bought a 2004 Chevy Silverado Z71 Truck from Rt 106 Motor in West Bridgewater. It was sold to us with 135k in contract. When we looked at it dashboard was being replaced so we could not see mileage and we're told it was only 135k, they said they were ordering a new cluster because old one broke. We paid $6k cash on a Sunday; they said cluster would be in tomorrow. Monday dealer wanted to charge about $300 to run papers. I wasn t having that because they said $6k cash and I could drive it off lot. They said I couldn t do the paperwork myself, well I went over them and did it anyway. Mileage was 177k on title, but i was like whatever and went and registered it, he put TMU on title (true mileage unknown) not telling me what it meant, I thought the title had to get amended or something. Salesman told me he just picked up used cluster and would have it installed by time I got back. This was funny because he said he ordered new cluster. So when I drove it off lot and look up and the oil change sticker say next oil change do at 294xxx miles, i was like huh? So i changed the odometer from trip miles to actually mile. 292xxx miles. We ended up demanding a carfax, they said we don t do that here and the clusters mileage was from truck they got it from. I eventually carfaxed it and it really has 292xxx on it. Got a sticker at 256xxx and again a year later at like 284xxx Cluster was never even broken I bet they were trying to find one for a roll back. Plus new sticker reading is 292xxx and that's read off CPU. Either way attorney already involve and attorney general is getting a call as well as BBB. They tried to stick the wrong people. I tried to deal with them directly but the owner continuously lied to me and it just pissed me off. In order for a dealership to sell a vehicle with different cluster they have to send both new and old cluster to GM to get them matched. They without a doubt attempted to find a used cluster with at least 177k on it that title said but less than 292k so they could scam someone. But do to me demanding fast sale they just put original cluster back and got caught.

This place is undoubtedly the rudest people, I went in to look at a truck one day, when the owner realized I was not going to buy he was so unbelievably rude I was blown away. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I don't know how this person is still in business. I was also harrassed by someone from this company online, saying discussting things to me because of my review. When I told them I was going to report them to the police the comment was gone. I was in no way rude to this person. He was discussting to me and to this day I would never set foot in this place.

Found a f150 at a great price but had limited credit. They were great helping me get financing and answering any questions I had. Would recommend Route 106 to any one looking for a new car.

Went in while closed after i looked online. I saw the suv i was looking at but unfortanly did not have the equipment i thought it had. They did have a few others that where close. I did not speak to anyone there or online. I just looked and they do have good selection and set up. I found what i was looking for elsewhere with right equipment

Customer service/salesman is extremely rude. By the looks of reading the reviews I m sure I will get some backlash from the dealership as well and that s fine .. very unprofessional save yourselves the trouble and drive past this dealership
