Rick was upfront about cost, time and process. Had my truck running good as new in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend getting your vehicle to him for any transmission issues.

I m very impressed with Rick!!! He is very professional and honest. My car Was not gonna into drive. It needed a new shifter assembly kit and console. He answered my call immediately, fit me right in, figured out the problem quickly, had the part ordered And my car was fixed the next day! Took my 2005 F150 to Ricks after getting quoted 2200$ for a rebuild at another shop. Before even seeing the truck he was confident he knew what was wrong and said it probably won't need a rebuild. Long story short I picked my truck up 2 days later and he only replaced what was broken. 950$ See ya later! Great guy, great service. I hope I won't need a transmission guy anytime soon, but if I do I know where I'm going.

I want to thank Rick for doing a great job on my Chevy truck. I thought the tranny needed to be rebuilt but it needed only some parts in the valve body. His honesty probably saved me $2500. Hopefully I won't his services again but if I do I would not hesitate to see him again!

Brought a ford econoline van to rick for a transmission. Dealt with the owner directly great guy with honest pricing. I dropped my van off and it was done the next day! Rick was referred to me by 2 people and the job was done ahead of schedule and was done right.

Rick s Transmission rebuilt my 1981 Corvette s transmission about two weeks ago. I was very pleased with Rick as a business man, and he delivered as promised. The Corvette now feels like a totally new classic car and shifts are smooth , and responsive! Took my 2001 Ford Lightning there, had a second gear clutch pad error. He had it there for less than a week, replaced all the clutches, gears, everything. Awesome job, with a good price. Truck is running excellent and shifts very smooth. Highly recommend Rick's Transmisission!

My transmission in my 2006 Ford Expedition was over heating and then started to slip. I brought it to Rick's Transmission in East Bridgewater and paid $1800.00 for a rebuild. 11 months later, while still under the 1 year warranty, it started to over heat again. Brought it back and was told the problem was corrected. IT WAS NOT. A couple thousand miles later, now out of warranty, it started to slip again. I then brought it to a reputable transmission shop where it was repaired correctly and was told by the mechanic there that were alot of mistakes made on the prior rebuild. I went back and spoke to Rick, a self proclaimed "nice guy", and was told, "sorry, have a nice day". If you need a transmission rebuild, stay away from Rick's.

Great customer service! Pleasure to work with....told me everything he would be doing and why. Fixed the problem, the other shops couldn't fix. Just the customer service skills alone would let me rate AAAA++++++. He calls you back everytime. Would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone!

Great service and ready for this...Honest. Did transmission job for me that I thought needed a rebuild. He could have done a rebuild and hit me for that NQA... instead tells me it does not need a rebuild and fixes it for less cost and time.. UN HEARD OF!!! I Will return...and Thanks again...

called for a quote on my transmission leak, told him exactly what parts need to be replaced and he was nothing but rude to me. in response to an estimate i was told "under a million dollars". I would assume if your speciality is transmissions you would have an idea of the parts cost and then add labor to that. wouldnt recommend him to anyone, bad customer service.
