This store does NOT open at 7am, it's 7:30am like the rest of the stores. Should be updated to reflect proper times.

Hernan Garcia went out of his way to help me with my Jeep, and showed great expertise. He helped to test my fuses and assisted with finding replacements, and he helped me to change out my headlights. Outstanding customer service. Thank you Hernan for going above and beyond!

I couldn't have asked for better service. I called in the morning to see if they had a car battery as mine needed to be replace. The store manager was very helpful in recommending me batteries and he even installed it for me when I went in an hour later. Which was above and beyond. Sadly I don't know much about cars (I know, I should...) but he made the experience easy and quick.

People who work there are amazing , always very helpful and always very friendly as far as the quality of the products ( junk ) I hate to say it but it's the same story across the board Evey shop every mechanic in the whole city saYs the same and I've had too many incidents with their products to NOT believe the storyI'm dealing with a situation right now and it will positively be my last time shopping for parts at ("auto zone") the location for a parts store is accessible for me as far as my location but. I will have to drive further FROM NOW ON for my needs as far as parts I hate to give a bad review but truth is being spoken here (again service and employees are beyond amazing but products are NOT good quality merchandise)

Love this AutoZone! Everyone there is friendly and helpful and they are always happy to answer my questions. Had a bad battery and Johnathan and Polo had it checked and replaced with a new one in less than 20 minutes!

They do all the work for free and don't charge (please tip them) they aren't the owners!Great for automotive I needed a battery for my fob they replaced it 6.99. Can't beat that

This shop is kind of a hit or miss.The first few times I went in and needed help and was treated like I should just know what I'm looking for. I know next to nothing about vehicles, that's why I came in to begin with.The other times I went in for things, the help I received was great. I'd usually give 3 stars for this, but I hate being treated like I should know what I need/want when Auto Zone's business model is helping people who don't know what they need/want.

I just had such a wonderful experience at auto zone. I needed a new headlight and the store manager, went out to check the type of bulb it was. After checking for the type of bulb, he ended up just installing the bulb for me! It was absolutely unexpected and is greatly appreciated, especially when you are not a car expert, like me. Thank you! Thank you! thank you!

I went to many AutoZone stores in Massachusetts(East Boston, Everett, Chelsea,etc) because all stores have the same advertising where they say they are supposed to give free charging battery and also they change your battery when you buy one. They gave me thousands of excuses such as that service is not available right now, we don't have the equipment, the owner of the area doest not let us to do this service, etc. This is quite frustrating. If the store does not make these services, simply not posting fake advertising please.

My girlfriends and I were visiting from out of town and would've been stuck in Boston if these girls didn't go out of their way to try and help us! They didn't have the parts we needed but found someone to come out and fix the broken part, on a very cold Sunday afternoon. THANK YOU FOR BEING SO NICE AND AWESOME. ---------hope you girls remember us (Honda Civic 2012 owner, license plate Texas, dead battery and blown fuse)

On Saturday morning I went to buy oil to do my oil change. I was greeted by Karen, I walked in there knowing nothing about my vehicle. Karen came out to take a look at my vehicle and was such a professional that I walked out of there very educated about my vehicle. She recommended the best oil for my vehicle, the air filter and cabin filter. She also mentioned autozone rewards and explained all the benefits available. I was dragging going into autozone that morning and I am so grateful and thankful that this amazing sales associate helped me.

Called to simply find out if a particular battery was in stock before driving all the way over there. After telling the representative who answered the phone, the make and model of the vehicle, I was placed on hold for 15 minutes before finally hanging up. Chances are I will not be using this Autozone again in the future.

I've been going there awhile,and they always are helpful,accomadating.Have had problems with some of the products reliability,but never an issue with them.

They refuse me service because i forgot my mask in my house laddy say u have to leave if u dont have a mask on i bet thats the policy not a law very rude autozone remember without customers u wont be there....
