I went to Anko for a safety inspection sticker and was going to come back later for an oil change and routine maintenance, but after the experience with the safety inspection, I won't be returning, since I got a very sleazy, shady mechanic vibe from them.They did not initially pass my inspection because I had LED headlights. I explained that I've had these headlights for years and have not failed inspections because of them. Their response: "Other shops probably wouldn't care about these lights and still pass you, but I won't. However, if you want, you can buy the halogen headlights from me, I'll install them, pass your inspection, then swap these LED ones back in."It seemed like a shady way to make a quick buck. I was even going to schedule an oil change and routine maintenance with this shop because of the convenience, but after this, I'd happily drive a bit further for a more honest dealership.Service: Vehicle Inspection

The garage replaced a tire after a flat late at night in the Ted Williams Tunnel - was the closest garage to the exit. The garage owner provided a very good service at a reasonable price and gave clear updates on when the car would be ready. I would recommend the garage.Service: TiresService: Tires

Awful! Called ahead to schedule an oil change and was told to drop off the car at 8:30am the next day. Dropped off my car at 8:25am and still hadn t heard back from them at 11:00am. When I called for an update, they didn t know what car I was talking about. They didn t even start! Picked up my car by 11:20am and will never go back. Terrible service.

stay away from this place they initially gave me a price for what my car needed and then after we had agreed upon it they later came up with a different number, which i guess would ve been ok with me given any such instance in which it would ve been reasonable for my car to be fixed but here i am finding out 7 months later that i have to spend more money to repair what they clearly were not able to do not trust these people.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Worst mechanic, called head time , coming from far distance , he agree to fix what it need be to done , I arrived before closing he turned me down . very dishonest and disrespectful to costumer . Very unfair

Had a friend put diesel in my car... Carlos helped with emptying the tank and cleaning the injectors for a very fair price. Will come back for my oil change.

If I could give a zero I would. They changed my alternator for the full amount and the alternator broke again. It was supposed to have a year warranty and now I need them to change it and when I called them they said warranty is over and it hasn't even been 6 months. Want your money stolen? Go here.

They put the wrong oil on my car and told me it was the right oil then I went to go buy my own oil in my own filters and they charged me 45 when I had my own oil it s crazy how the fact that they charge 40 when they put their own oil don t trust them don t go there they scam people

Muy mala experiencia �ltimamente mi esposo pag� un trabajo por adelantado con la mitad de anticipo que ellos pidieron y al final result� que el trabajo que dieron sali� muy malo el carro senos qued� barado amitad de la 405 en el pleno tr�fico y nos toc� pagar gr�a para que lo llevara ala casa y el siguiente d�a volvimos apagar para llevarlo nuevamente al taller por qu� ellos lla estaban cerrados ese d�a gastamos 700 en solo gr�as por culpa de ellos mi esposo lollebo a arreglar antes q pasara eso y resulta que ellos no dejaron bien puesta la piensas que cambiaron y ni siquiera se dictaron apagar las 2 gr�as que pagamos son muy pero muy malos irresponsables arriesgaron nuestras vidas ellos sean vuelto careros y muy mal que realizan los trabajos si hay aprendises por que ponen aser los trabajos mas peligrosos o almenos uno que sepa mas lo inspecsinara yo realmente nolo recomiendo para nada ellos ubieran tenido dignidad al saber que ellos tubieron el error y nisiquiera se dignaron arresponder en nada nisiquiera se disculparon cuando ellos tubieron el error cuando fuimos arrecojerlo hasta nos tirraron las llave son muy mal educados e irresponsables por que bien pidieron antisipo pero no supieron responder regresandonos el dinero delas gruas que pagamos por culpa de el error que ellos tubieron al final por que isimos ese trabajo para que no nos pasara eso y de nada sirvio realmente experiensia muy pero muy mala arriesgaron nuestras vidas nolo recomiendo para nada ....!!!
