The Customer service is great. They are all respectful and patient with all of the processing. Tracey is very sweet and took her time helping get approval for buying a car from them.

I ve had some nightmare experiences in the past with Autobody shops. The difference with Angelo s Autobody was night and day. I dropped my car off, and they dealt w my insurance and handled everything from that point on. They were courteous, professional and went above and beyond expectations. The best part of it was that o got my car back in less than 2 weeks, and it looked brandnew! In a world where it seemsNobody cares about the quality of their work, Angelo s stands apart from all the rest. 5 stars!

I highly recommend using Angelo s in East Boston for any body work you need. The work looks great when it was done, everyone was nice, the process was easy, and I was updated along the way on the progress and timeline of completion. Infiniti roadside assistance booked my tow with this company. Estimated arrival 2 to 2.5 hours. I call three hours later and get a voicemail. Infiniti gets in touch and they claimed to have had an accident and canceled my tow. Completely unprofessional. How about call me and let me know while I m waiting with my 1 year old. Will never recommend them and asked Infiniti to look into restricting them as well.

Very professional operation - they made the process easy and were very communicative/up front about the time the repair would take and how the process would work. The end result was superb - you can't tell the car was ever in an accident. They even took the time to vacuum out the interior! This place fixed my headlight and made it look like it was never hit paint was on point very friendly and very accommodating definitely would have work done on my car here again if needed

I scheduled a tow at 3pm Wednesday waited until 6pm called back to check the ETA they had an excuse they got caught up on a previous tow, and traffic- okay it happens. They tell me new ETA is 30 mins. It s now Thursday 8am, they never showed up. Horrible customer service.

Just dropped off an individual at his body shop on Condor St ,East Boston,Ma.Been there about 40 years.He has an old,I think,italian made Topolino coupe from the mid to late 30's complete, sitting on the roof of his shop as spiffy looking,as the day it rolled off the assembly line.
