Look no further for any of your vehicle repair needs! Advanced Automotive is simply the best in the business. The owner and his team are a class act and pride themselves on an unparalleled customer service experience. My vehicle recently suffered an unfortunate accident so I reached out to AA to request a quote. Not only were they timely and accurate with their estimate, but they fixed my car in essentially two business days! When I arrived to pick-up the vehicle, they walked me through the entire repair process and ensured that all of my questions were fully answered. The damage is completely gone and the paint matches perfectly. It looks like a brand new car! I was also incredibly impressed with the high-level detail that they performed prior to pick-up. My car now shines like never before and the inside is ten times more beautiful than when it was dropped off. Timeliness, cleanliness, and quality service are all things that immediately come to mind when thinking of Advanced Automotive. They made the process simple and stress free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my family or friends based on this first-hand experience. Advanced automotive is the place to go. If you want your vehicle fixed correctly i would definitely be getting work done at Advanced. The owner Isaias Ruperto will get the job done & right. Any other services ask him he is a great help!!

Car was said to be totaled. Took 5 months to get my car back. They needed up stealing my car mats out of my car when I picked it up. I asked repeatedly to get them back. Right side window doesn t work properly now. They claim it took so long to get parts because of COVID. (It s an American car) use them if you would like but proceed with caution . They will take advantage if it s a lengthy project.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Air conditioning

This shop is absolutely amazing, I took my vehicle there for an auto body job and let me tell you something, this is the first time I felt like a valued customer. They were super friendly and professional! They were able to answer all my questions and kept great communication while my car was being fixed. When i picked up my car I honestly thought it looked better than the day I drove it off the lot. They detailed the vehicle in and out (which i did not expect) and i just have nothing but great things to say. If you want an honest shop that does great work do not look anywhere else! I am a customer for life!

Advanced Automotive was by far the best place I have ever brought my car to. The owner was always available for questions and they went above and beyond for my car. The attention to detail was impeccable. It looks brand new! I will 100% be going back to this place for any and all of my car needs. I 10/10 recommend. The owner Donnie was great! He was a pleasure to work with. I recently had my car in Donnie's shop when it was hit head on by another driver. He was very prompt in communicating the damages of my car to me and answering any follow-up questions that I had. When my car was deemed totaled, Donnie helped me through the process of getting an honest and fair totaled value through my insurance company. He took over dealing with the insurance company for me in a professional but firm manner when they started giving me the run-around. I would highly recommend him. He will give you an honest and fair assessment of your car and you can feel comfortable in his advice and his work.

A few months ago I purchased a used Mercedes in excellent condition. I live in the inner city of Boston and was horrified one morning to find my car had been side swiped during the night. A friend recommended that I take my car to Advanced Automotive. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Isiah and staff. The customer service was exceptional! By the time I was done my rent-a-car was waiting outside and I felt confident leaving my car with them. They kept me informed through each step of the process to ease my mind. When I arrived to pick up my car I could not believe the quality of work! My 2011 Mercedes was in showroom condition and the staff at advanced automotive obviously paid attention to detail! I'm not one to post reviews but I had to sign up for yelp just to show my appreciation! Thank you Isiah and advanced automotive!

My car needed to be fixed due to a fender bender, I am so glad a friend recommend ADVANCED AUTO. Maria at the front desk is amazing. This auto shop handled all my needs from the rental to the finished product which looks AMAZING! The guys at this shop work wonders. Clean, patient and fair, dont bother going anywhere else this place is it!

Great place! Amazing customer service, you won't regret bring your car here! They need replace few parts and the paint matched up perfectly! Also gave back my vehicle nice and clean highly recommend this place

Unprofessional business . I went in for out of pocket quote and was told the quote would be emailed to me later that day - didn't happen. Followed up next day / told it would be emailed to me later that day - didn't happen. why not tell me they didn't want to do job instead of ghosting me and waste my time waiting for a quote that was never going to be sent.Service: Body & Trim
