Some mechanics take advantage of woman..Bill stands by his work.If your not satisfied. Hes not. I had two small issues with my Honda.He corrected them immediately. I was in an out. I hope all my experiences are pleasant w/no stress attached.

Rob did a great job repairing my 80 Corvette. Made a tough job look easy. He completed the work in a timely manner. Communicated well throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Tom s Auto Service

I have been going here for my inspections & auto repairs since I got my 1st vehicle in May of 2014. They are much cheaper than going to a dealer to get work done. They are very knowledgeable & courteous. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a vehicle repair. They also have used cars that they fixed up for sale.

Been going there for over 20 years. Always give great service. I can always talk with Rob and Bill to go over options like new parts or used parts. They are not out to take advantage of anyone.

This place is not cheap but can handle pretty much any problem you bring to them. They're often very busy because they can get it done. You may have to wait but it's been worth it the few times I've brought our vehicles for service. Professional and reliable. Recommended.

Extremely professional, Very honest people with great attitudes also, very courteous and good prices. I will not bring my business anywhere else this garage is a hidden gem in the rough. I have my inspection sticker done here every year. Thank you Tom's

Amazingly friendly, have to go back this morning for re-inspection because drivers side wheel was loose and my brake lights were out. Thanks to my brother he tightened the hub & put the extra bulb for my brake lights in that another service station said I didn't need.

Again and again Tom's Auto has pulled us out of a few situations. Very efficient service and reasonable rates. Mechanics and Staff are highly knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend. Thanks

I have been going there for while, they are honest people and do great work. Rob and Bill are two great guys cant go wrong doing business there. They have a great crew of knowledgeable people who try to cater to your needs.

Went there and told them I thought I needed a ball joint replaced. They told me it was my strut. They replaced my strut and went to go get a second opinion because my car still wasn t driving right. Turns out to be my lower control arm and ball joint. Will NEVER go there again.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

Got a flat tire, drove in and they helped right away. Put on the spare and wouldn't charge me for anything. So very nice of him.

Got MA state inspection for my friend's car here. Had to get it re-inspected because dead battery wiped out OBD info. Services were quuck and friendly.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TOM'S . I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YEARS NOW. HAVE HAD DIFFERENT TYPES OF WORK PERFORMED FROM MOTOR REPLACEMENT TO REBUILDS TO SIMPLE STICKER INSP. THEY HAVE DONE WARRENTEE WORK TO WINTER BEATER CAR WORK. BEFORE TOM'S I WAS ALWAYS BOUNCING TO DIFFERENT SHOPS BECAUSE SOONER OR LATER I KNEW WHEN I WAS BEING OVER CHARGED BY OTHER SHPS. THIS LASTED FOR OVER 20 YEARS TILL I FOUND TOM'S AUTO. ROB AND HIS TEAM ARE THE BEST. IF I ASK FOR WORK TO BE DONE , IF THEY FIND ITS NOT NEEDED THEY WILL SAY DON'T WAIST MY MONEY. BUT ALSO RECOMMEND WHEN SOMETHING WILL NEED TO BE DONE AS WELL . ESP. WHEN THEY ALREADT HAVE IT ON THERE LIFTS IF THEY FIND SOMETHING THAT I WOULD BE COMING BACK TO HAVE DONE. THEY TELL ME SO I GET IT DONE THEN AND IT SAVES ME MONEY BECAUSE HALF THE WORKS DONE WITH THE ORIGINAL JOB BEING DONE. THIS HAS HAPPENED MORE TIME THAN I COULD COUNT. NOW I HAVE MY KIDS WHO ARE OLD ENOUGH WITH THERE CARS, THEY NOW USE TOM'S AS WELL. I MOVED 40 MILES FROM THE AREA AND STILL CONTINUE TO BRING ROB MY CARS . THANK YOU ROB AND TEAM FOR THE MANY YEARS OF HONESTY AND GREAT SERVICE WITH MANY MORE TO COME. DENNIS
