Really impressed with how friendly and quick my service was today. I called and Justin answered and was able to help me get exactly what I needed. He kindly answered all of the questions I had without making me feel silly for the things I wanted to know. The tires I needed were in stock and Justin informed me he would get them ready while I was driving over. I arrived about 10 minutes later and waited in the waiting room while all 4 of my tires were replaced. Richard replaced my tires and performed a free alignment check and a complimentary vehicle inspection. Something I really appreciated was that Justin informed me of the buy 3 get 1 free tire deal that was going on for the tires I needed without me even having to ask about it. I felt like I was getting the best deal and everything seemed very transparent. From the friendly employees, to the quick service I was provided, giving a 5 star rating is a no brainer. I highly recommend checking Pep Boys in Dracut out for your car needs. I know I'll definitely be going back when I need help with my car again. Thanks again Justin!

Absolutely horrible experience. Never doing business here ever again. I called 3 days in advance and made a 9am appointment and was told 1 to 2 hours and I told them I needed the truck back by 12pm. I was told no problem. Here we are at 12:40pm and just now got started on the alignment. Now I need to cancel my plans because evidently appointments are the last priority. Go to Salem 66 auto and pay half the price and get it done faster. Terrible experience.

Lake View Avenue Dracut Pep Boys. Very disappointing. Took My car for alignment, no difference on how the ride felt. I went back, they suggested that I buy new parts then align again. New parts put in, now car starts making noises that were not there before, it's screaming on the highways, alignment still off after 2 attempts and new parts. Reported the problem to them, got an appointment then had to wait 3 hours for someone to check the car. The most shocking thing is that even after the third alignment, my car is now pulling to the side, alignment is off, spent more than $1000. I have unlimited alignments with them but trust me I Am not going back there. The staff is nice to you but the work done was shoddy. Now I have to take my car to Toyota to have it fixed for the new problems that developed after taking my car to pep boys. They could be OK with other repairs I hope BUT, won't trust them with alignments!!Not going back there anytime soon for anything even for a free service.

Not sure what they did with my car on the lift for an hour but it definitely wasn t patching my tire and not charging me for the hour long service should ve been a bigger red flag to me.Also it cost $90 to have someone come out and put my donut on afterwards so thanks for that inconvenience as well

Jonny, Luis, & co were incredibly friendly, thorough, and helpful with the array of issues my car had this week. I thought I only stopped in for tires, but they identified and physically showed me multiple safety issues that were actually causing the excessive roadnoise, which quite a few shops weren't able to diagnose and could have led to a severe accident without their expertise and assistance. They were also extremely helpful with the bill, given the large amount of work and parts needed. They have a loyal customer in me, thank you all!

Lee was very knowledgeable. Asked for one tire sensor but he took the liberty to change all of them. He also shared the same opinion regarding German cars. 5 stars!

I brought my car in last Friday for squeaking when i would back up. I received a call from them to alert me of what repairs were needed. He stated it was my back brakes and they were going to charge me $650 to repair them. i responded that i had gotten a quote for $450 and was told oh ya the higher price is because i wanted to get your car fixed today with the parts we have on hand. Interestingly enough he was able to lower the price to $450 AND fixed my car the same day. Fast forward to a few days later. My car had been sitting in my heated garage for days and I go to reverse and the same squeezing occurred. Then i drive my car and hear a jingle in the back and grinding. So i again call and explain the situation and was told to bring it in again. i work from home (so i don t need my car emergently) and was able to bring it in a few days later. i get a call that the parts they installed were defective and they would replace them under the manufacturers warranty but NOW my caliper was frozen and that i would have to pay an additional $450. I then inquired how it could freeze in a heated garage and was told it happens sometimes . When i questioned the price i was put on hold and told now it would be $285. I asked if they could just replace the defective parts and was told they could not without now having the caliper replaced. My entire family utilizes their services and are completely disheartened over this experience. And now have a vehicle i can not drive.

Before I complain, I would like to say that the front desk associate that greeted us was a really nice man. He found our appointment immediately and got us checked-in really quickly. The work done was also really good. My wife can notice a difference in how the car drives and significantly less vibration after having added an alignment to our tire change service.Where I do have a complaint is when I got my car back, there was a huge mud stain on our driver side floor mat. It was so noticeable, almost as if someone walked through a mud pit and wiped their feet on our floor mat. That was seriously a let down after having had a great experience in every other aspect of this service. All in all, I'd still recommend this Pep Boys to anyone wanting to get work done on their vehicle.

I cannot believe the great service I got at the Dracut Pep Boys. I went in late in the day and told them I was having a problem with my battery and it needed to be replaced. I already had an appointment for the next the day, but they took me right away. I believe the person that helped me was Johnny,,,, had my car done within an hour. First class service. They have a new customer in me. Will always bring my cars there. Thank You for the great service.

Came in to get new tires placed in my vehicle and an alignment. They charged me 99.99 for the alignment, which wasn t an issue, and then I paid 11 to install each tire no big deal. However, I was then charged 17.99 for each tire for balancing. With everything together including tax I spent 220. I feel like I was ripped off, last year I for the same thing I only spent 143.99. I can t believe how much it cost just to install tires. I should have gone to Dracut tire

Everyone was very well spoken and polite when I came by. Took care of me and my ride has been smooth ever since. I feel a lot better with my kid in the car now.

Great spot for care. The front desk doesn't push higher priced options. Great overall experience both times I've been here. Large waiting area with plenty of room free coffee and water.

Great experience! After leaving another tire shop after an hour and a half with them telling me they didn't have the tires I need, I came to Pep Boys. I ordered the tires I wanted at a reasonable price online and booked an appointment. I called them to see if they had any availability sooner than what I got online, which they did. Because of my previous experience at the other place, I was skeptical. Are you sure you have these tires in stock? Are you going to honor the price I was quoted online? Yes and yes! I dropped my car off before they opened and they texted me a couple hours later to tell me my car was ready. I picked it up later that day, so grateful for this smooth and positive experience. And, the price was $30 cheaper than online! Look no further, you found your place! Avoid Mavis at ALL costs!

Thank you for making my first time ever getting an oil change such an easy and relaxed experience. Everyone I spoke to was so kind and helpful. And thanks for holding onto my water bottle when I forgot it like a dummy. You guys are the best!! Really I cannot thank you enough :)

Always does good work. Always can take my car in for repairs within a couple of days if not same day. Costs are usually what I expect. Very happy with the Dracut Pep Boys.

Great experience. This location is very busy, but their staff provides excellent customer service. I went to Pep boys around closing time on a saturday. Got a huge nail in my tyre and was in a difficult position. The staff helped with the fix very swiftly and with a smile. Definitely, i will bring my bussiness back here.

Recently went there to have a full synthetic oil change done on my wife s car and appointment was for 9a m. Thankfully they took me on time and they were done in 30 minutes. Their 25% off coupon was great and made the oil change extremely affordable. Thanks and definitely will be going back!!

Called tues. they tell me wends 8am, sat there till 9:15 before they took my truck in. Three people walked in at least 15 min. After me. They talked to them like old buddy s. Took them right away 2 of them were gone before my truck even was looked at. At 9:15 all I need was oil change an tire rotation. They finished at 10:37. Never again

I was able to very easily make an appointment for my oil change online. The attendant at the front desk was pleasant and they have a nice waiting area. I received text updates as I waited for the service to be completed. I was able to use a coupon to save on the cost of the service. I also got a great Courtesy Vehicle Inspection report which was sent to me via text. The report covered my car's tires, lights and wipers, parts under my hood (battery, fluids, hoses, air filter, cabin air filter, and belts), steering and suspension, shocks and struts, exhaust, brakes, wheels, and the A/C. The report tells me whether there are any suggested repairs or whether any of these areas require attention.I was very happy with the service I received from Pep Boys - this is the second time I have had an oil change done there and I have no complaints. I really appreciate the Courtesy Vehicle Inspection report - it gives me notice of the issues I need to address and I am able to plan my time and finances to take care of any issues.

I just happened to go to Pepboys in Dracut when we moved here & have been a customer ever since. My husband's best friend is a master mechanic and luckily we can rely on him frequently but I trust and recommend this particular Pepboys just as much. They are great

On 9/21 I made an appointment to get my car aligned. I was noticing some rumbling from my front right wheel at high speeds, along with my steering wheel wanting to turn that way. As someone who's not super well versed in cars, I came to the appointment figuring I might need some other small repair other than just a wheel alignment, but I was not at all prepared for what I was quoted here by these crooks who fancy themselves as mechanics.When I walked in and told the man at the counter I was there for a wheel alignment, he asked me why I thought I needed one, and I told him what I stated above about the rumbling and steering wheel turning. He said I probably needed a new tire rod. I asked him how much that would be, approximately. He said it would be fairly cheap since I have a 2011 civic.I waited about an hour for the man to come back out and tell me there were apparently several things wrong with my car. I was told I needed a pair of lower control arms, new struts, and new sway bar links, as well as the alignment I originally came in for.The man at the desk also told me I could technically keep the original sway bar links and have them put back on, but they'd probably damage them taking them out anyway, so I should just get new ones. But they would graciously only charge me for the part, not the labor, of putting it back in! How about they learn not to damage parts when they take them out of a car? Oh, and I wasn't even quoted for a new tire rod.All in all, the total quote was $1481. I ended up taking my car to a mechanic used by a family friend who diagnosed the problem as a wheel bearing and bubble in my tire. The grand total? $300.If I would have paid for Pep Boys to repair everything they said I needed, I would be out almost $1500 and still not have the actual problem fixed.Do not go to Pep Boys in Dracut, especially if you're a woman. They'll assume you're an idiot and quote you for a million things you don't need in hopes you blindly trust them.

Great job on my Cadillac hybrid a lot of people don't like working on them but they did an amazing job and as of them doing a great job I'll be going back to get some other work done next week

I made an appointment and went today for an oil & filter change and was assisted by Justin who was friendly and professional. They offer free tire rotation with the service.Within 30 minutes the service was completed. I had printed a 25% off coupon from the Pep Boys web page to reduce the cost. As I was checking out I spoke with Johnny, the assistant manager who really made me feel welcome and I definitely will return!

Went there for alignment check (free) for my Tesla Model Y. Had scheduled the appointment for a specific time but when I went the guy at counter said I have to wait for at least 1 hour as they are busy. I had to reschedule for another day. Same happened the next time however I choose to stay and wait. They were able to check after 1.5 hours however they were thorough with the check and the guy who did check was very polite and helpful. He explained in detail and provided his recommendations expert opinions (all for free of cost). I drove out happily and will surely recommend this place for any car work.
