i went in looking for some paint. the gentleman there was very rude when he told me it s too late in the day for paint and i d have to call back tomorrow. (i arrived at 4, they close at 6) he also told me paint is a day out. so even if i did call i d have to wait a day. No problem. i ll spend my 200+ dollars elsewhere.

One of my windshield wipers flew off its handle and luckily I was very close to Napa when it happened. The level of kindness, intelligence, and professionalism was very impressive. They were super efficient and informative and you could tell with myself and the other customers ahead of me they re not out to price gouge you and want to make sure the customer saves money whenever they can.

If I need my truck or car repaired I bring it here to Dennis. Larry the mechanic is great. Very reasonable on the rates they charge. I'm in Ashland Ma. and go out of my way to get the repairs done here. This is 1 out of the 2 places I trust.

Called with a very specific part number Part #: PHI 12138, they said they had it.I took Uber from Shaws Distro Center in Methuen paid $17.50. When I got there he pointed to the wrong part on the shelf, when I told them that wasn t what called about, they said they didn t look up the part number.Now I have to take Uber to Palmer Springs with an added Uber cost of $34.

High quality mechanic in shop. Owner Denis Fearon is a perfectionist in all things automotive. Very knowledgeable and professional. Mercedes to Ford model T knowledge.

Dennis gets everything I need. Any obscure things that I need that I cannot find, he can find and get me the info i need.

I want to return a product that I bought in Vermont and they did not receive the product, they treated me poorly and reluctantly.Quice devolver un producto que compr� en Vermont y no recibieron el producto, me atendieron mal y de mala gana.
