Do not trust, bought a car, had R sticker when I picked it up. Said it was a problem with the system, to come back. Lied to me, was told he was trustworthy, then told me I was on the hook for 2000 to fix the problems he hid from me. Don t trust.

Only went this time for an inspection, but they were very friendly, very fast and had an amazingly clean waiting room (with coffee and bottled water) compared to so many garages I've been to. I would definitely check with them for repairs again in the future if needed.

Such a pleasure to work with. Everyone I've spoken to at Kal's is always very friendly, fair and up front. Even when very busy, they have taken the time to clearly explain the work performed which is very much appreciated. My husband and I always use Kal s for our inspections and start there with any other issues for our cars. If they aren t able to provide the service they make recommendations to reputable providers. Everyone is so friendly and honest. As a young woman I always feel confident that I am being given an honest price and not being talked down to or taken advantage of. And you have never seen a cleaner or more well maintained automotive facility. Services are always rendered in the time frame and at the price they give at the outset. Prices are very fair and communication is stellar. I would, and do, recommend Kal s to anyone!!

Went for car inspection and was greeted right away and set up for the inspection. The waiting area was spacious and comfortable with several amenities available. My car was serviced quickly and was on my way. I will consider this place for my future car service.

When I call to ask for a simple repair they act like they don t know how to install parts because they want extra money, losers.

Highly recommend, very ethical shop. Honda recommended over $2,000 in work. I took it to kals for a second opinion, turns out I didn't need anything. They could have taken my money and I wouldn't have known any better. Kal's has been doing a fantastic job for me. I noticed a flat this morning, called them up and they said to head over. I had to wait a bit but it was only $25 to take care of patching, filling the tire with air, and swapping the spare with the fixed tire. While I was there I heard that they are booked solid for 2 weeks so the fact that they did this with no room in their schedule was so appreciated and just awesome of them. Thank you very much Kal's. Oh and the lady that runs the front, phones, and scheduling does an amazing job. I heard her dealing with customers and she is fantastic- very kind, patient, and just great as the face of the company.

Just went for car inspection sticker. which was fine and timely but the people at desk who attended me were not too engaging, not rude just not Engaging at least not with me. It seems to me a little engaging with your customers will go a long way towards Future business.

Kal is a honest fair man that will help anyone. The shop does great work . They take care and pride in what they do there. That stand by their work what more could you ask for .

Kal's is the best place I've found in over 20 years of having the burden of owning a vehicle. They are to the point and will walk you through anything you have questions about. They are incredibly reasonable with their prices and so far so good. I can't recommend them enough. Wonderful people and REAL Mechanics. I will give them my business until I can't drive anymore.

Trustworthy, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their waiting area is comfortable and inviting in a way I have not experienced elsewhere. When my car was inspected at other places, I remember being very cold, and sitting in waiting areas that were not properly heated, or even on benches outside during winter. I am very happy to know that for the same price, I can have my car inspected at Kal's and wait in a clean, climate controlled room, knowing my car is in good hands.

I've gone to Kal's for years after my mom went there and she recommended him to me. My family has been going there for years. I've always been treated well and respected when I visit. I had my check engine light in an older car of mine and he ran diagnostics to find the problem. While Nissan was going to charge me $4,000 for a new transmission he figured out it was only going to be a sensor.I then got a new car due to other issues and he's been great with everything.I've had my Honda Civic now for 3 years which can be awful in the snow on it's own without some help from different tires since mine were factory equipped with all-season tires. When I wanted winter tires he recommended new rims for the set so I wouldn't damage the rubber by switching it out every winter. Best purchase ever now the car grips and I have no problems. I go in every late fall/ winter and he switches them out with ease.Definitely recommend Kal's!Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment

Really fast and efficient service. I had an inspection, oil change, and new tire and it was super affordable and everyone was great. Kal explained everything they were doing and there's a nice waiting area inside. Will definitely be back with my HIDOLL!

Top notch customer service. I was contacted to discuss the issues with my car and was given a very reasonable quote. In fact, they went above and beyond. My car was washed, wiped and sanitized prior to it being returned to me. The waiting area was impeccably clean. Friendly service with a smile. I left there feeling confident that my vehicle was in new condition. Thank you Kal & Nancy!

Popped in for a quick car inspection - everyone is very pleasant and service is quick. The center is clean and inviting - Kal has regulars that clearly trust his work and value his opinion. He did work on my car when it failed inspection several years ago and it was done well and fast.

Haven't had a bad experience. Owner is straightforwad and easy to deal with.Super clean, in general,as well. I don't mind waiting for my car here.

Awful customer service - came in Tuesday for an oil change and inspection. Was told they couldn t do oil change but could do inspection and that I could drop it off on Friday for an oil change and they would get it done at some point. Totally fine, did inspection and came back Friday for oil change only to be denied saying I wasn t on the book for it. Even though the receptionist took down my phone and name.Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Kal is always there. He's honest and backs up his work! He troubleshooted my Honda's engine issue and fixed it quickly without over-charging. He didn't try to up sell me or push unnecessary replacements. The waiting area is spotless & comfortable, with good coffee.

Had an alignment done after putting new tires on. They messed that up. Had to take it to another shop and have it done right. They also missed a bad ball joint when doing the alignment. Something. That is suppose to be checked during alignment.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Been a customer for 20 years. The shop is honest and well run. It is clean and inviting. It is a shop I have recommended to friends. I have sent several female friends because I can be assured that they will be treated fairly and with respect. I have never had anyone come back to me with complaints. The owner has integrity and his staff is professional. I have several cars...and he has always come through even on the wierd cars I own (Suzukis, VW EOS, Ford C-max plug in hybrid.) They are very good with HYBRIDS

Not sure what that 1 star is about. Kal's owner is one of the last honest repair guys I know of. He helped me out of a couple of binds with zero issue and charged less than I was quoted at several other places. He's an honest guy trying to do a good job and help people. Keep up the good work.

I've been taking my family's cars to Kal's for the bast few years. I have yet to be disappointed. Even for tires I find Kal's has the best prices. I have Kal order the tires I want, and he takes care of the rest. And he will beat any price! I'm a car guy, so I tend to know what my cars need, and I'm only interested in top tier parts, and Kal delivers.

We've been taking our two aging vehicles to Kal for years. On many occasions he has gone far beyond the call, saving us easily hundreds of dollars. Truly a kind and compassionate man; he has my complete trust and respect.

Brought my car here for a clutch replacement and was completely disappointed. The job was not done well at all. The car "bucked" when letting out the new clutch. Brought the car back after a few days. Kal refused to hear my concern or look at the clutch. Assured me it needed to be broken-in. Finally brought the car to another mechanic who said the replacement done at Kal's was sub-par at best. After proper clutch replacement, clutch was smooth as it should be. Wasted $800! Will never go back!!!

Recently my exhaust broke on my truck after a long drive. I was stranded in the Nashua area and decided to Google some repair shops. After reading some poor local shop reviews( which inspired me to write this) I decided to call Kal's Auto in Dracut near my home. Kal advised me to tow my truck in for my safety. He came out of his shop and inspected my vehicle as soon as I arrived and had me driven home. The repair was done quickly and at a lower price than expected. Most places would have charged for a full exhaust system. What a great experience and what a great team Kal has, very polite. The shop is clean, the repairs are fully explained and excellent prices. Thanks again Kal, I will gladly be back!!!
