I cannot express enough how happy I am with Automotive Elegance. They installed the PPF (paint protective film) on my brand new car. They were so careful with my car and did so beautiful work installing the PPF. The installation is so perfect that it s unbelievable the level of professional craftsmanship to get it to be so perfect like that. I am very impressed so precise and so perfect. Also, I want to say that it was a pleasure talking and dealing with Kevin, he met with me and explain to me the whole process, he looked over my car like it is his own car, also updated me through the process. I m just very impressed with Kevin and Auto elegance installation team with their customer service, high level of professional installation, caring and wanting to help so much. I highly recommend Auto Elegance for your ppf installation on your car. Thank you automotive Elegance.

Hi Folks,Almost 1 month ago I purchased a new Audi RS5 and after driving off the dealer's lot and feeling my wallet tremor from the instant value depreciation I took the last thing I wanted to do was spend more money. It's certainly not an investment but it will hold a high value for years to come and as stunning as it looks it certainly deserves some paint protection to help keep it looking spectacular. After doing a lot of internet research and talking with several area Car Detailers I decided to work with Kevin Patel at Automotive Elegance in Andover, MA. Kevin was very knowledgeable, patient, customer-oriented, and accommodating. When I told Kevin I needed to make plans with a friend to pick me up when I drop off my Audi, he said no worries I've included a loaner car at no extra cost, a new Acura Integra in Apex Blue in a full Stealth wrap to boot. I was impressed with the shop which is a large modern facility with a reception area, offices, a customer waiting area, and several large high-ceiling work bays. Kevin gave me a grand tour of the facility including the PPF film CAD software cutting room, vehicle washing, PPF, and ceramic application bays. Later that day I received photos from the incoming vehicle inspection highlighting a few minor/typical new car manufacturers' paint flaws. When I returned to pick up my Audi it looked like a mirror. I am extremely pleased with the work of Kevin and his team. I'll be returning to Automotive Elegance in a few months for window tint on my Audi and to get my wife's MDX Type-S PPF & Ceramic protected. I highly recommend Kevin and his team at Automotive Elegance for your start-of-the-art car care needs.

Where do I start? If customer service is important to you, then automotive elegance is where you need to go-ask for Kevin. I ve had PPF, ceramic coating (inside and out), window tints, and detailing done on my Tesla model Y and C8 Corvette. Kevin and team always go above and beyond with my cars, and always take the time to ensure I m comfortable with the product. I ll definitely continue bringing all my cars here.

I highly recommend Automotive Elegance & Kevin Patel. Kevin & his team are car enthusiasts who actually care for your car. I contacted him pretty late on a Wednesday but he was still able to get me in the next day for a PPF Platinum package. Kevin is very professional and attention to detail, he kept me updated with everything that they will do on my car. This is not the first time that I have PPF done on my cars & I m happy that I brought my car to the right place this time.

Kevin and his team at Automotive Elegance did an AMAZING job on my new 2023 Ford Bronco! I got the Silver PPF package, Full Ceramic Coating, and Tinted front windows and I am BEYOND happy with the outcome. I also asked that they install my blacked out badges for me and they did that too. I wanted to share what a great experience I had at Automotive Elegance! I opted to have my car protected with Paint Protection Film (PPF), then shined with a ceramic coating and also got the windows tinted. I did my research first and a lot of it as this was a big purchase with all these services combined. The car came out just as amazing as I hoped but this is only a piece of the puzzle though. What happens when disaster strikes or maybe something didn t come out as you hoped? I experienced both of these scenarios shortly after getting my car back I had been nervous to even say anything as this company could have easily said sorry about your bad luck and if you were not satisfied with something you should have spoken up at that time as now it s too late. Their actions at this point though is what really blew me away, even beyond their craftsmanship if that s possible as it s as top notch as I read about! When I voiced my concerns after the fact this company went beyond the extra mile. I had spoken with Kevin Patel there about everything and his response couldn t have been more caring about my plight. He was very adamant about me bringing my car back in to make sure it came out as I wanted. I could easily see his concern for my happiness with the services I purchased and that they exceeded my expectations, even when they were already sky high from all the good things I read about them. And you know what, he achieved that with me and more! I mean how can you surpass expectations when they are already as high as they could be due to their reputation? With AMAZING customer service after the sale and that s exactly what he did! I couldn t be happier with any aspect of the services I received from the craftsmanship of their work to the post sale customer service! If I had to do it all over again there is no where else I d rather bring my car and I fully believe the services they offer will not only enhance you vehicles looks but also protect it for many years to come! When it came to selecting a protective clear coat, I learned more from Kevin about a quality paint job than I ever imagined. I had the best experience with Automotive Elegance. Kevin took the time to show me the PPF process and he gave excellent customer service. I was nervous about getting PPF on my baby because of hearing about some poor experiences at dealerships and other PPF shops. Please know that the Automotive Elegance team is extremely detailed and take pride in their work. I highly recommend them. Ask for Kevin, his knowledge of PPF is impressive and he ensures that customers are happy and satisfied. I got the gold package (bumper, full hood, mirrors) and as you can see, they did a beautiful job on the PPF and exterior detailing!

My first time bringing a car to Automtive Elegance was a great experience. Kevin was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very detailed. He took the time to go over the vehicle at drop off and pick up. The car turned out beautifully, and he even gave me a tip for how to resolve an odor issue in the interior. I would highly recommend to anyone who loves their vehicle.

Refrained from doing this but I have to vent. Got my PPF installed through a dealer I got my c8 z06 from. I was willing to pay extra just to have it done before I received my car so it s protected before I put any miles on it. Received my car and there are many many flaws. One of the sections the film already started to lift causing dirt to get in there. There s no fix for it other than to cut and replace. For the amount I spent this is a terrible job. At this point I might just have my local guy who will install my tints fix this but I know I have to pay out of pocket again. Those who are getting their PPF done through this company through a dealer transaction think twice. Because when you live far away it seems that no one wants to take responsibility for flaws.

Automotive Elegance treated me with respect and cared really well for my car.I wanted a place where I could drop off my car and not have to worry about the results. Kevin Patel took the time to show me their shop on my first visit. Let me tell you that I was very impressed with the professional equipment they have (including a dedicated graphics and printing room). The shop is spic and span clean all over. All employees were friendly and kind. Their waiting room is very comfortable and full of treats and different varieties of coffee, etc. You can feel class and great service the moment you walk into the place.They finished my car on time and there were no surprise charges. The end result, as you can see in the pictures I'm including, was top notch. Did I mention they had given me a late model Acura for a loaner?I've written many Google reviews before but this is the first time I'm also including pictures. This shows just how happy and satisfied I am with their work and service. Kevin took really good care of me. My 2018 Golf R looks just like the day when I bought it. I'm really happy with their work. This is my 2nd car being done by Automotive Elegance. I went with a partially Xpel film as well as a ceramic coating and ceramic window tint. Kevin is amazing, very thorough, and great customer service skills. When you enter the garage or parking lot of this establishment, you see all these high-end expensive cars. Needless to say, they are very trustworthy and professional. The guys that work on the card are amazing. As long as Automotive Elegance is in business, they have my business. I highly recommend them. Once you talk to Kevin, he makes you comfortable and feel like part of the family. I appreciate you guys over there at Automotive Elegance. This is a 5-star review. This review is real and honest. Give this shop a try. You will never regret it.

Kevin Patel was great to work with, I brought him my new Cadillac CT5 V for ceramic coating and PPF. Kevin and his team did an amazing job. He kept me posted, sent me pictures and videos of the progress while the work was being performed on my car. I am extremely satisfied. I will be bringing him my other car in a few weeks. I can't say enough about Kevin and his team 5 all day long... They took my 24 GMC Denali and wrapped the front with there clear chip guard ...absolutely seamless, you can't even notice its on.My next appointment will be to have them ceramic coat the entire vehicle..

I brought my brand new C8 Corvette to Automotive Elegance for a full ceramic treatment on my full PPF, the full interior ceramic treatment, wheels, calipers and had the side windows tinted to the MA legal level. Kevin Patel walked me through the options, prices and processes answering any and all questions along the way. His product knowledge, professionalism and customer care were outstanding. Nothing could have prepared me though for how incredibly beautiful my car turned out. The exterior ceramic looked like it made the car glow, the interior looked even better than the day I picked up the car from the dealer, window tint was spot on the right darkness I wanted and Kevin's insight on the care for all the car's finishes will help ensure this car looks great for a long time. I highly recommend Automotive Elegance! I did A LOT of research before choosing a company and found AE checked all the boxes. Kevin Patel was extremely informative and helped me pick the best protection package for my vehicle based on what I wanted. Kevin walked me through the entire process, gave me picture updates, and took the time to explain how to properly care for my truck now that it s protected. Quality is second to none. They even gave me a loaner vehicle while my truck was being worked on! They stand on their work and that s priceless. Moving forward, I will only take my vehicles to AE for paint protection. These guys are great. Kevin takes customer service to the next level. They ve worked on many of my vehicles and I ve always been happy. My last truck I had PPF which got dinged up on a trip to Florida. Kevin arranged a shop in Naples Florida to fix the damaged PPF for me. Best in the business.
