I am so happy I give them 5 plus stars thanks and gratitude all the work that auto use did to help us over the years. It is so greatly appreciated from carl helping us with e key for cars to help fix an ingition switch and Walter Scott trying to help us with a bad transmission and Tim stitham and mike working together with walter to get us in to a newer car our deepest thanks and appreciation. When other dealers and finance institution would leave there customers with negative equity and no car this team went above and beyond to help. I would recommend this company to any friend and family members and look forward to continue to purchase vehicles from them.

I just bought a 2018 Honda Crv and Mike and Jake made my experience easy and satisfying. Had a problem with my car and they took care of it right away. I would recommend this place for anyone that is in the car market and looking forward to make future business.

Justin is the best salesman ever. He worked tirelessly for me and always kept in contact. He was always pleasant and upfront with me. Tim was also amazing. I have bought every one of my cars from AutoUse since 2002 because it s such a seamless process. Go see them. You will not be disappointed

My experience with Auto-Use, has been nothing short of amazing! There professionalism, the respect, and most important, customer service is #(1).Ive dealt with many auto dealers, many company s, (Joseph), my sales agent, acted in the utmost professional manner. Not only did he move heaven and earth to make it happen, he has stood by my side during the entire process. I was very reluctant to use the company after many bad experiences, the folks at Auto Use have truly changed my perspective on how things should be done. Joseph handled my concerns with respect and was very patient with me...that s almost an impossible task as my schedule is crazy. He is the example of what a professional should act like.The auto techs, Steve and the rest have been amazing with there prompt service, awesome attitude and understanding towards myself and the vehicle. I love my truck. I recently just leased my second vehicle with Auto Use. I do have to say that the service, friendliness, and professionalism that Justin Rodriguez offered was truly remarkable. He in no way was at all a pushy salesman and knew exactly what I was looking for. More salesmen like him are needed! First impressions are always important and he sure did a phenomenal job at it!!

Justin is the best. Everyone in the company is always on top calling in once in a while to check on the car. But we had our up and down way back from top line but he s the best. He make everything work for me to get my jeep and I m in love with it I would recommend everyone to buy car with you Justin

I couldn t be more happier with the service I received with Justin! He went above and beyond to make sure I was set with all the car fax etc. I got the car less than a week what can I say a great guy also will have you set with any budget workable with what car you want go gettt at him!!!

I had the pleasure of having Justin as my sales associates. He called me the next day after i inquired about the car. It was a Range Rover 2011. I checked it out and ended up buying the vehicle. The process was simple and Justin texted me with updates regularly, up until I drove home with it. About a week later I heard a knocking noise and called autouse, they didn t argue, question me or blame me for the noise. They simply stated they will take care of it. And in one day the car was ready. And the repair was not cheap. Trust me. Thank you guys! A 3 weeks later and the car is running smoothly.
