Professionally friendly and their work speaks for itself. Perfectly matched and has held up to many washes and another new England season. I won't hesitate to go the extra distance to go back there when I need it!

If I could give them zero stars I would, they re that bad. This auto body shop is the worse in the entire Massachusetts area. If you know better you most definitely should take your car else where it s been a year since this place has fixed my car and I say fixed in quotations because it s not really fixed. My car was hit a year ago and first of all, there was a lot of back and forth between them and my insurance. Secondly I got my car back and they did not fix the appearance of the car well you can still tell I was in an accident. Lastly after my car was hit water would leak inside of my car. That issue is still happening to me. Honestly taking my car here aside from some where else was the biggest mistake and still one of my biggest regrets to this day. Take your car anywhere else but here.

At first the owner and his son had a decent professional attitude and gave the notion that they had the ability to fix your car, however that was not the case. First of all they do not communicate, they don t call and they don t answer the phone. When you finally get someone no one knows what s going on, finally when you get the owner he has the same answer for every question the car will be ready in 3 days it took almost 3 weeks for me to get it back. The repair showed poor craftsmanship, you could still see the dent, the paint was dripping and they dried it so now you re always looking at running paint. They did not change the parts they charged for instead they just repaired them by using touch up paint and the parts they painted started to strip so I had to go else where and get the job redone. They did not offer any compensation for money or time lost. Instead they became rude and didn t complete the job now my car has 2 different colors because they did not match the colors to get a unified finish. To get this situation corrected at the dealer it cost me an additional $3800. Do not go to these people and the son always has buggers in his nose so nasty and unprofessional and his supposed to be the face of the business...yuck!

Ive been having my vehicles serviced here for over 10 years, and i always receive the most satisfying customer service in dealing with car shops. Its never a hassle here, they are kind, helpful and honest which is hard to find in a mechanic! If ever you find yourself needing work or even a new car, stop by and try them. Im sure you will not be disappointed
