Auto Care is a great name to describe this place. The employees are kind, caring, and considerate professionals. "Great teamwork."They have been serving the South Dennis area for approximately 40 years.Service is generally impeccable!!!Pricing is also fair and reasonable on a steady basis. Personally they have saved my vehicles in crisis mode a number of times in timely fashion. Awesome (Auto Care)

Place always seems really busy. Might be having trouble finding good people. Sometimes a wait but they are honest and straight forward, hard to find qualities for car service these days

This place is absolutely aces...The alternator expired in my Rav4 at the Seasons Shell Station above Rt 134 Automotive yesterday afternoon. They retrieved my Toyota and I was back on the road at noon today. Amazing. Many thanks to this great automotive repair team.

I was visiting Cape Cod for a few days and started having engine troubles. They were able to quickly diagnose and repair the issue. Rick made sure to speak with me when I arrived to pick up my car to alert me of the issue and advise me of future preventative care. The team was extremely knowledgeable of Hondas and I am so thankful they were able to help me out!

Car broke down on my way into the Cape. I was towed in and Rick was great. He fixed my car for a very fair price and got me back on the road quickly. I was thankful to have been towed there and would recommend the shop to anyone.

Honest and Fair what more can you ask for...My truck broke down on RT.6 and AAA towed me to 134 Auto Care. They fit me in the next day and the owner (Rick) determined that the problem was something that only the dealer could handle and suggested I get my vehicle towed to Toyota. What was so cool is that he did not charge me for his diagnostic work - and he certainly put some time into my vehicle. I read a couple of the reviews and agree that the owner's sense of humor might not be for everyone...but...I was impressed with his honesty and integrity...He certainly treated me fairly!

I went to get a state inspection. I asked one of the mechanics if they did inspections. He said, "Yes all day" I asked how long a wait there would be. He said, "Long enough" So I asked again and he told me I had to ask in the office. As I was driving away I called him a snot. I decided to leave and as I left, I heard him tell another guy that I was the one who was rude, not him. This is not the first time I have been treated rudely at this place.

I get sent a reminder for my annual inspection sticker from them. They get the job done. Most times, you can get in and out within 30 minutes or less.

Went for an inspection & asked them to put air in tires as my light had come on. They charged me $10 for AIR. Not going back here for any reason, what an absolute ripoff. Feels like they saw a young solo female & thought they d pocket extra cash for nothing. If they d have given me a heads up I would have gone elsewhere.

Fantastic service! I bring all of my vehicles here for routine maintenance, oil changes, inspections stickers, brake jobs as well as larger mechanical issues - or my favorite "my car sounds like ggrgrrrgggr grrrggrgrrg" The friendly staff always seem to fit me in. Highly recommend!

In.. out... done. They accurately tell you the wait time.I don't want a drum circle talking about my feelings, I need a mandatory safety inspection. I came in, was told the wait time, got my inspection and was able to make it to the transfer station before it closed because they were accurate. I love these guys.

I've been coming here for years to have my vehicles inspected and always greeted with a professional personable attendant.....until this morning.I arrived before they officially opened looking to have my car inspected. I was informed my car was second in line and should be ready by 8:30. So when I told the senior attendant, who always waited on me in the past, that I would be back to pick it up, he told me in a very snarky tone that if not I would be charged $50 an hr. I was shocked at his disrespectful tone and told him I would be there to pick it up at 8:30. He was chuckling. I guess he thought he was funny.....NOT!!! As I was waiting another woman came in for an inspection and asked how long, she too was the recipient of his ill mannered humor. Apparently he is having a bad day or no longer happy in his work. Maybe he should consider retirement or another job...stand up comic. He did not return to the counter when my car was ready. Rather, another attendant, who was extremely professional and very pleasant. I will not return! BTW....one star is generous in light of my experience, unfortunately I could not post without giving the minimum.

I am a summer resident and I don t hesitate to take my vehicles to RT 134. They do great work fast and seem to be a good value. I have a semi-retired summer dump and beach vehicle that they keep running well years past it s prime. They do great work they are very knowledgable, I like going there.Now this is not a place where sunshine and good cheer always radiates from the front desk so I f you can t remember your phone number, plate number or need an inspection sticker this morning because it has been expired for a week, they may seem grumpy.

This business has kind of a bad reputation in the town, but to be fair the individual who earned that reputation drank himself to death twenty years ago - no doubt happy to escape his wife - and it's not the same people for a long time, now. They don't charge crazy prices for repair work when I go there. In fact they seem pretty fair. I can go in for an annual inspection and they usually have it done in fifteen minutes. I've been in for basic services like oil changes and it never takes more than twenty minutes or so and they are always polite.Local reputations can be deceptive, when you live in a community of cheap, alcoholic retirees with long memories.

I had my Lexus into the Toyota dealership for some minor work and after completion they ran a general evaluation on my car. They told me that my brake pad and rotors were in need of replacement as was my radiator as it was leaking coolant and could go at any time causing major damage.I went to 134 Auto Care as I had used them in the past for a second opinion.They found NOTHING wrong!Brakes are fine and after running the car for an hour and inspecting the radiator there was no leak.Great honest work, would recommend them to anyone.

If you enjoy bad experiences go here. Waited two days for a caliper. I've had alot of cars and that was ridiculous. I had the nerve to ask why so long the Mechanic proceeded to yell at me and hung up. OMG..I had been here before for my inspection and saw him be rude to an elderly gentleman but I thought everyone has a bad day. He has an anger problem....Not one person apologized to me..If I broke down out front I would get towed to one of the many customer friendly and professional shops on The Cape...

My car broke down in the middle of the road a few weeks ago and I had it towed to Route 134 Auto Care. The entire team, especially Rick, couldn t have been nicer and more professional. Though my engine needed to be replaced and this isn t part of their services, they let me keep my car in their parking lot for a few weeks while I could sort out my insurance claim/set up repairs. They did a thorough inspection of my car and really went to bat for me when my car issues turned out to be due to a faulty install from a different auto service provider. Rick made sure to work closely with my auto insurance adjuster to get all the details right in an unbiased, professional manner, all while keeping me updated every step of the way. I will only service my car here in the future and so will my family due to the excellent service the team provided. I can t recommend them enough! Thanks, Rick and team!

I went to get a annual safety inspection done on my car and was sitting in the office when an elderly gentleman walked into the shop. When he asked the owner if he had time to look at a slow leak in one of his tires, the owner stated "yes that it would be thirty to forty minutes wait time". Store owner asked about the vehicle the older gentleman brought into the shop and the elderly gentleman said, "Sienna" and explicitly told him where his car was parked. The attendant walked out of the shop and came right back into the shop immediately and asked the elderly gentleman "what type of car is it?". The elderly gentleman stated, "Toyota Sienna". The owner of the store piped off saying, "a Lexus?" The older gentleman stated "oh yes, I brought in my wife's car to have her tire fixed." The owner rudely and crudely stated, "I don't have time for this..." I just wanted to remind everyone that this could be your own father or loved one and always be kind especially with our seniors.

Since I moved to Dennis 12 years ago, I've gone here for all repairs, oil changes, & inspections. My 13 year old cavalier was always taken good care of & the staff is always friendly & knows me by name. I finally got the 'I can recommend a good transmission guy, but we can't fix it' nail in my chevy's coffin. I continue to bring my new car here for regular service. Great guys.

Got my oil changed here. The guy who did it was great. I believe his name was Bo. He did a great job. It was done very quick, first time I've had an oil change that didn't take 45min. I recommend going here.

Don't go here for your car inspection. They failed the inspection based on windshield fluid not coming up. Did it ever dawn on them that it might need windshield washer fluid? I went next door to Shell station, filled it up and it passed. They claimed they put fluid in which was a lie, because I had just filled it. They did not want to take any responsibility and just basic good customer service without being rude would have sufficed.

I had the oil changed in my 2010 Ford Fusion. I asked for Synthetic Blend as thats what I regularly use. When I went to pay, I was told $82. I told the manager thats the highest price I've ever paid for an oil change and he replied "Good"I usually pay $45 to $50. Im a middle aged guy so I know what I should be charged and its not $82 for synthetic blend 5 quart 4 cylinder car. Didnt like his attitude either. I will never be back...Suggestion: Ask what things cost before you have the work done so you don't get screwed like I did.

I am grateful to have found Route 134 Auto Care. Working like a team, they get things done. They are personal, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, they are honest. I feel safe in my car when I leave there.

I called and asked to speak with a manger, this is my first time contacting this facility. The gentleman who answered said "yes" and I asked if he was the manager and he replied "yes" so I asked for his name and he went silent, so I repeated the request and he said "what's this about?" I said i'm not going to bring my vehicle to a place where the manager doesn't feel comfortable giving his name. I would suggest everyone take a bit of caution with dealing with this place. Seems very dishonest and akaward to say the least. They just missed out on probably $1000 worth of work because they couldn't provide even basic customer service. Judging by the way this gentleman acted I'm sure that $1000 worth of work would have turned into $2000 anyway.
