Rainbow Auto Body is top notch! Ken took a look at my vehicle and told me exactly what I needed to do to file an insurance claim. He was then able to schedule my repair in less than two weeks, for a pretty big job. He contacted the insurance company for a more accurate claim to finish the job correctly. I only needed to pay my deductible and my truck looked good as new in less than the time he quoted. They also completely detailed the interior which was a mess, that was such a pleasant surprise.

Ken was very helpful to me when my car and garage door got smashed into.He told me to cover garage opening with a tarp and that my car may be totalled. That was the first day I met him and he was informative and knowledgeable throughout the process of my car being totalled. He gave me great advice on what I should expect from the insurance company. He is the best. Hope I will not need a body shop again for awhile but if I do will go there again and tell my friends to go there too. He is a great artist also. Ginny G

I have know ken for a long time and he is above all the other body shop his is artist in many forms super nice owner and very proud of his work if the artist is not working on you prizes auto the your job is probably not going to come out right. I have been around plenty of nice cars and I have owned so many gorgeous cars I can not trust anyone. Omg now that I have meet ken he has made me very happy and well trusted , smart, knows everything about painting and dealing with customers and you know that you don't have to worry about anything. With today's prices we are not all millionaires so if we can feel comfortable the we are goid

I cannot say enough about Ken and his METICULOUS work. He is a fair, decent and professional with a moral compass. My car was in his shop for literally 3 months after some jacka$$ hit and ran me right outside my place of employment back in July, right before my birthday, of all days! Thank God I wasn t injured-but my Honda Civic sure was. His dedication and decency are RARE qualities in a mechanic, and I ve dealt with MANY for the past forty years. Someone hit me in a parking lot, luckily they stayed and told me. I've never had an accident before and didn't know what to do. I've heard about rainbow auto body from a neighbor so I went to see Ken. He was friendly and knowledgeable and I immediately got a good vibe for his business. The process was very easy and he delt directly with the insurance company. He ordered all parts and did the work and exceeded my expectations. My truck looked like new when I picked it up. They will definitely get all of my business as well as friends.Thanks Ken

Ken does excellent work and is very trustworthy and communicated throughout the process of the repair of my 2019 Outback. The insurance company wanted to use inferior parts but Ken ensured original parts were used to repair my car. My car looks fantastic. My family has used Ken a few times since moving to the Cape and we are very satisfied with the repairs. Hopefully, I won t need his services any time soon but I would not hesitate to use Rainbow Auto body again if the need arises.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I needed (out of pocket) body work for a 20 year old truck in otherwise good shape...not yet a beater but... I brought it to Rainbow Auto Body, and Ken Defeudis proposed a fix exactly right for the age of the truck and its condition. Work done, and it really does look good as new. We had some body work that needed to be done and based on reviews, we chose Rainbow Auto Body. We are so pleased we did. Ken, the owner was extremely professional and engaged throughout the process, worked with our insurer to make sure they paid for all the work and the quality is outstanding! You would never know there had been an accident. I hope we don t need Rainbow Auto Body anytime soon, but if we do, we won t go anywhere else.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best Auto Body Shop I ve ever used! Very professional, honest and fast! They went above and beyond with customer service and did an excellent job fixing my car after it was rear-ended. You and the Staff at Rainbow Auto Body are truly the rainbow after the storm, the car was a mess but you made it more than right with diligent care and professional courtesy, you paid attention to such fine detail that one would not know there was any damage on a car that was almost totaled,,, almost, but not thanks to you. Thank you for caring about the small things because they are really important and thank you for the sincere honesty and the integrity every step of the way - you guys are the best !

After getting hit by another vehicle in a Stop & Shop parking lot, the driver of that vehicle left the scene and left me with a search to find him/her. Long story short, I searched for an auto body shop who would do an outstanding job on my car. I asked around and got a recommendation from my auto repair person. He recommended Rainbow Auto Body in South Dennis. So glad he did! Ken DeFeudis worked with me helping to go through all of the appraisal services, insurance, and explaining exactly how he would complete the repairs to my satisfaction. Highly recommend Kenneth's shop, Rainbow Auto Body. He's knowledgeable, trustworthy and recommends only the baseline work that is required, doesn't try to upsell you at all. Kenneth did a quick fix on my car, and gave me some recommendations and advice for the future. It's hard to find auto shops you feel totally comfortable with, which is why I'll definitely be coming back here next time.Service: Body & Trim

Great experience with Ken's services- you would never know that there was anything wrong with your car prior taking it to Rainbow - brand new look. Not only the quality of the work but also Ken would keep you updated and saves you the headache by taking care and corresponding directly with insurance. Car repair in the time frame that he estimates as well.We need more people to run businesses like him . Thank you

We had three estimates for a new bumper on our truck and chose Rainbow for a number of reasons. Prior service made us very comfortable with the business, the price was the lowest by far. Ken s work is promptly and carefully done, as well as guaranteed. His followup email makes it easy to connect with him for questions, concerns, or a simple thank you. Great job!

Ken did an amazing job on my car, I'm very happy with the body work, my car looks whole again! The cost was very reasonable, Ken was courteous and very professional and much to my surprise, the car was washed, waxed, rims cleaned and the interior was immaculate! I highly recommend Rainbow Auto Body!!

Service at Rainbow Auto Body was excellent. I had a brand new car banged up in an accident in a parking lot. The other driver's insurance company wanted to cut corners but Ken at Rainbow Auto Body made sure that they paid for the repairs to be done the right way. The car looks great, there is no way to tell that anything happened. Honest, efficient, and high quality work, can't beat that.

Very satisfied. After bringing my car to a few local shops I decided to go with Rainbow. Ken did an amazing job fixing my door for significantly less money and time than others quoted me. He also took off some decals for no additional charge. Wicked happy, I would definitely recommend!

Does great work, listens to the customer and makes good options for the customer to follow. They are trustworthy and will go out of their way to make the job right. I have had 3 separate repairs at Rainbow and the cosmetics were perfect, the prices were right and the service superb. Small shop, great craftmanship.

Had a great experience working with Ken & Rainbow, they took care if all the paperwork & communication with my insurance company and got just what I wanted done with my truck (did NOT settle for the original estimate from insurance). Quality of work was excellent and I have already been able to recommend them to family and friends.

I needed body repair after being hit by a pickup in a parking lot. I got an appointment within a week of the estimate and the car was ready in 3 days.
