We were on vacation and there was a thumping noise from the back of our car. The team at Town Auto was great - prompt attention, kept us informed as to status of the repair, got it finished for us quickly to limit the impact on our trip at a completely reasonable price. We were on our way to visit family and our car broke down in rhode island with a flat. We had to get towed all the way to Mass. The following morning we started working off the lugs to fix the tire (we work in auto repair ourselves), but we just didnt have the tools being so far from home. Granny recommended Town Auto, and I'm so glad she did. We called ahead, they said have it towed right down and confirmed they had a tire in stock. They had it done in an hour on what was clearly a busy Saturday! Price was totally reasonable. Amazing customer service and great quality work. They were even able to get the cap stripped lug off that was sort of seized in there. Very impressed! Highly recommended.

Real nice people. Brought in for slow air leak and determined it was a valve that had the pressure sensor in it. They did not have the part. Since I was heading off cape I would bring it by dealer as there was a possibility it may be under Warranty . He did not charge me for diagnosis. Top of my list in the future.

Had them work on two different vehicles, I thought they were fair priced and they fixed the problem. I gave them a 5 star review. I now have to change my review. I drive a long distance to get here and I noticed I had fluid leaking from my engine, didn't seem to be much but I had to get it checked out. They told me it was transmission fluid and both a line and the seal around the pump was leaking. This was going to be a very expensive fix. I waited a couple days for them to get back to me and during that time I took it to a transmission shop for a second opinion. Those guys checked the fluid said it wasn't low at all and found that a small amount of motor oil was leaking not transmission fluid. Come on man, very disappointed and thought it was important for people to be aware.

Check engine light came on to it to AutoZone coolant thermostat code called Nas and they took me right away. It was a big job but well worth becoming a regular customer. MY CAR HAS HEAT WHOO HOO

I came to Dennisport for vacation and my car started shaking and making noises on the drive there. I called Town Auto and they got me in that day and fixed it by the next day! They were reasonable, kind, and made it possible to travel home on time.Fast forward to the end of the week when I was supposed to drive home, and my husband's tired popped and we didn't have the key to change the tire. We called Town Auto again and he was able to get his car in and get it fixed within one day so we could get it back home! We had terrible luck but Town Auto really made the best of a bad situation.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

I drove from Connecticut to help my family search for Diesel, the golden retriever who went missing on July 4th 2020 when he dove off the Smugglers Cove Jetty into the ocean, terrified of the random fireworks going off everywhere.While searching for him, my charging fault light came on in my car. I called my mechanic in Conn and he said my alternator may not be charging the battery so my engine might just stop. I called a number of mechanics in The Dennis/Yarmouth area, but no one could get me in for a week.Then I came across Town Auto, and the Owner, Naas, was kind, honest, and professional. He did not overcharge me because I was stuck out of state with a broken car. He was fair to me, and fixed the problem within 1 day when no one else would give me the time of day. And he did a great job!He is the gold star of business owners, the standard by which we should treat each other. I will not forget his kindness at a time when I was so vulnerable.Thank you Naas.Jamie Alosi

We were driving into the Dennis Port, MA area to start our family vacation and started hearing a loud sound coming from the front end of my Jeep. After driving over 970 Miles, we were tired and ready to relax, but knew we had to find someone to fix the jeep because we were leaving in a couple days to our next destination. At 4:45 p.m. we started calling around and the stress started building because we were having a hard time finding a garage that would get us in yet alone spend any time talking to us because they were getting ready to close at 5. Thank goodness we called Town Auto!!!! They talked to us, took the time to understand the problem and told us to bring it in first thing in the morning. We arrived in the morning and they quickly fixed our vehicle and were very reasonable! Thank God we found them. Highly recommend them!

Stay away! They don't wear masks or gloves! They get in your car and breathe all over it and touch everything which makes for a huge chance to spread germs. I just took it in for an inspection and now my car might be contaminated and full of Covid germs. If a business can't offer the common courtesy of simply wearing a mask that means that don't care or respect their customers. I no longer trust Town Auto and will never go back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had to get a repair and I was in from out of town. They take my fuel card, so I went there. They diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it quickly.
