I picked up my vehicle on what appeared to be a very busy day with three rows of vehicles parked to the entrance on the left of the building. I sat in my vehicle in a charging port while I was waiting for my paperwork. When I was given the paperwork they told me I was good to go. I was hesitant to back out because there wasn't much room and I wasn't used to the car or camera. He told me he would direct me. I backed up and the camera told me to stop. He waved me on, so I backed up a little more. When I looked again he had no signal ( I was expecting him to tell me to stop) so I inched back again, only to hit the vehicle behind me. I pulled back into the spot, and when I looked in the rear view mirror he was moving the car I hit (I suspect is wasn't supposed to be parked there). I had a dent in my hatch. He eventually returned, telling me that he checked with the manager and I would have to put it through MY insurance. I had owned the car for 30 seconds and driven it five feet! The story gets worse from there. Insurance, after my $1000 deductible only covers $44/hour for labor and Tesla charges either $95 or $125 at different centers. I'll be out over $3,000. We went back when it was less busy for help. The new manager acted like she would help but in the end just sent us down a rabbit hole and stopped responding to emails. This is a picture of their lot with 2 rows of vehicles. Imagine this picture with 3 rows of vehicles. I was in the second bay to the left. They shouldn't have made me back out.

Cannot say enough good things about my experience at the service center. Erica in particular went the extra mile for me from the minute I walked in to the day I picked up my Model 3 good as new. Excellent communication, transparency and overall awesome customer service. Jack the technician also took the time to actually look over my vehicle with me in person and advocate appropriately during a long and complicated repair process. Tesla Dedham made the absolute best out of a difficult service job. I will go out of my way to bring my vehicle there for any service needs in the future and you should as well.

Be aware of the bait and switch tactics when trading a car with them! It's documented everywhere online and I should have known better. As soon as you put in a deposit (or fee as they conveniently say), they can unilaterally change the trade in price due to "market adjustment" yet the used Tesla I was buying was not affected :)Further, you have 3 days to take delivery so if you are trying to now sell it privately good luck! Nothing short of a scam! Great car, terrible service and shady tactics...

Absolute the Best most smooth experience!Very accommodating and friendly staffOne only thing I suggest, is for buyer to know to ask for both key cards and charger connector, I had to ask but they were happy to provide itI will be buying again when I see this location as my delivery spot! They also respond to text very promptly facilitating paperwork process during and after purchase!

Been here a couple times and every staff was professional and friendly despite how insanely busy they were. Came here to pick up a car and there was a huge line. We were there from 330 to 8pm. They close at 6pm and some staff had to stay to help us customers who are still waiting for the delivery process. Everybody was well taken care of and in the fastest manner as they can. Lots of staff working but still crazy busy. They kept their smiles on throughout the busy day.FYI, do FULLY INSPECT your new vehicle for scratches or missing parts before signing away. Even if it's new, there may be scratches on it. They can buff out for you once you complete the delivery and make an appt for the service. However, there is no discount or anything on the new vehicle even with legit deep scratches into the paint. The new vehicle was missing a cap on the wheel and they made sure we got our replacement before we went home. The process was easy to complete the delivery or buying process since it was mostly done through an app.

Save the Earth .Cleaner environment Yes, I m in.Unfortunately, that s NOT the case! I bought a Tesla that takes more than 2 hours to charge the car. The first month, I bought the car, I complained of such to Tesla of Dedham. It s under warranty. They never replaced the battery .To prove a point, I took numerous amt of pictures with the dates and times I started to charge the car til the time it ended. Not only does it seem as if the battery is damaged since there was condensation in the dashboard and the screen flickers. Then, I received my car physically damaged by Tesla. Certainly, I immediately notified them the day I picked up my car from service. Mike Berkman is aware, he provided me with their insurance information. I sent visible pictures to Jarrica: Liberty Mutual Insurance Co but she claimed she couldn t see it Who is taking advantage of who or could I say, who is scamming who?Any feedback????Legal advice????I work long hours as a nurse for very complex patients, then to have to stop and charge my car for 2 hours. Who wants to deal their nonsense at the dealership?Who conducts a business in that manner?Does the OWNER of TESLA aware of how their employees are conducting his business?

Really appreciated Jesse s time and patience answering all my questions involving an upcoming move. He was thoughtful and offered several different courses of action - all resulting in continuing to be a happy Tesla owner. Thanks Jesse!

It was a good experience and we booked a car repair. From the time we entered the store to the time we left, the staff at the front desk were smiling and friendly. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask the man's name. I'd give him five stars.

No words to say . I don t think there is anyone at this place who cares for customers. On the day of delivery they just gave me car . It took me an hour to know what is where as I am new to EV/Tesla. Please provide a 10 mins briefing to customers. They never told me on how to get MA rebate of 3500. I can not apply now as it should be done in 90 days of purchase. I lost 3500 just because of careless Tesla reps . It doesn t cost them any informing customers about mass rebate. On the day of delivery they stress me 10 times that , they are not charging any for first time charge at their charge station which I saw a 7.05 USD bill waived . Instead you could have informed me about the 90 day limit of MA rebate. Elon , I recommend to replace the reps with robots , atleast they will have prompt check list. Soon you sign in the papers you are an alien , and none bothers and never treated as a Tesla family. Don t know all Tesla dealers are the same ..but other car makers are far better in customer service.

I really want to like owning my Tesla, but honestly the customer service of this organization is beyond horrible. They do not care about their customers at all. They never answer the phone, everything is driven through the app and they do not even respond to that. At this point, I can honestly say I have no interest in ever recommending anyone to purchase a Tesla. Find a better option, at this point there are many....The facts behind the complaint. We brought our Model Y in for a new tire. They replaced the tire gave us the car back and sent us on our way. Unfortunately, when we arrived at work and went to plug the car in we discovered that someone at the dealership had hit a pole and destroyed the driver's side rear quarter panel. We reached out via the app, because they do not answer the phone.... The good thing is that the quickly took ownership of the mistake and made arrangements for getting it repaired. Ok fine.We went to drop the car off at the designated time only to be told that they had no idea what we were talking about. After a series of conversations they gave us a loaner and told us that the body shop was expecting our car to for repair. That was a bit shocking since nobody at the dealership had any idea we were dropping it off for repair. At this point, we are almost THREE months out from dropping the car off and still do not have our car back. Since we can see the location on our app, we can see that it has sat in the back lot of the body shop for MONTHS never moving or being brought into the shop at all. At least until two days ago.... seriously?Every other week we inquire via the app, because again that is the only way to communicate with them. We get the standard run around like "your customer service representative with call you with an update". That NEVER happens. Then we get an update on the app that he car's estimated delivery has been moved out.... every week it gets moved out. That is bad enough, but we still have not received a single phone call about it.All in all, this is the most unacceptable scenario I can think of for customer service. They do the damage, they forget to prepare for us, then keep pushing out the delivery date without the courtesy of a phone call. They hide behind technology and do not care about their customers at all.All in all, HORRIBLE company and HORRIBLE customer services.

I had a test drive scheduled at Tesla Dedham, as I was hoping to get a Tesla 3 today. When I arrived, sales person welcomed me, I provided my driver's license, signed the agreement and was ready for the demo drive. To my surprise, sales person took me to a Tesla Y model without even mentioning anything about Tesla 3. When I said that there must be some misunderstanding because I wasn't interested in model Y, they said that they don't have any model 3 demo and stated that it's basically the same car. What a ridiculous sales pitch... I was interested in model 3 driving experience, handling, how it feels inside... I told them that testing model Y was not something I was looking for and I left. In the end it was nothing more than a colossal waste of time. I don't understand why did they schedule this test drive at all?! What was the point? Such practices are not going to help with the brand reputation for sure...

Is it typical to spend nearly $40k on a brand new car and it s only charged at 34% for pick up?? Without charging stations available?? Had to drive around to find stations just so we could make it home. Also no salesperson had the time to go over how the car functions, where to find certain things on the car, etc. Car itself is great but customer service not at all.

Booked battery service via app. Super friendly service team. Clear communication. Arranged Uber credit and loaner car later seamlessly. Worked on car at night and got the issues resolved. Dropped off the loaner car and picked up mine at the lot. This is the way car service should be! Definitely will get another Tesla later. Or, maybe the one in the photo here!

I spent several hours picking up my Model Y, a process that was supposed to take only 5-10 minutes, due to the dealership being overwhelmed with customers. However, the staff at Tesla were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

First time bringing in my car to a service center, and it was a seamless experience. The gentleman who helped me out was really nice and got me in and out with a loaner within 10-15 minutes. Car was fixed on time.

Picked up my Tesla Model 3 today and it was eventful! With multiple communications errors from our insurance company, we spent 4 hours at this location. The whole time the staff was incredible. Always checking in to make sure we were on the right track with our clueless insurance and making the whole experience worthwhile.Chris and another employee, I wish I remembered her name, were our main points of contact. Chris went above and beyond to check in and do everything he could to get us out of there with our car. While Chris was doing our paperwork, the other employee made sure we felt comfortable as we were the last ones in the place. Not to mention all of this was way past closing time!! We are extremely grateful for the help and true care these individuals showed us. Made the nearly 2 hour drive back home much easier in our new car! Thank you!

Love the brand. Some staff need to be more friendly and communicate more with the clients. I understand that they are very busy and have a lot of deliveries in 1 day. They had 60 on my delivery date, but I had a problem with my acceptance of delivery. It got stuck on the system. The girl who took care of me wasn't that friendly and seemed she didn't care about what was happening with my delivery. Turns out, she was taking care of it, but wasn't communicating with me, even if I asked questions, to the point I got very frustrated and was on the phone with Tesla customer service to make a formal complaint.Tesla, communication is the key to everything. Make sure your staff give quick updates to the clients waiting and half of the frustration of being in a busy place waiting for something will be gone.Still 5 stars to the company!!!

The staff was nice and courteous. I had to get my car serviced here, and the gentleman (I think his name was Mike?), took his time to help me out in letting me know what parts needed replacing. Kudos for that!Because the SC was so far away, they were able to give me $100 worth of Uber credits per day, so I could come back to pick up my car the next day. (They didn't offer a loaner!).It was estimated that my car would be done the next day, but they were quick and fixed it that night. I went back to the SC the next day, picked up my car (no need to talk to reps at all), was lucky enough to grab the last spot at the Super Charging station, and off I went.I am hesitant in giving this any higher though, because I *think* I came in a time when it wasn't too busy. When I was leaving, I could see lots more customers coming into the building, but no staff workers were available so everyone was randomly walking around. There wasn't structure at all.I even saw a gentleman clearly frustrated with his car's progress as well. I feel like this SC has friendly staff workers, but I think it needs to expand the area and Tesla needs to hire more staff workers. From my one personal experience, I had a relatively stress free time getting my car fixed. However, I think I might have been lucky and gotten work done on off-time hours.Just for reference, I got my car scheduled on Thursday at 11:15am, so maybe the earlier in the day, the better.

This Tesla service center might as well be run entirely by AI. Because the humans (technicians and service reps) barely serve any purpose. Took my car in for wheel balancing once as it was vibrating above 50mph. They couldn t detect the problem and brought me into the work area to explain that wheels appeared balanced. As I was in the work area, I detected two dents in the rim. They went Oh! . Then I had to take it to a 3rd party rim repair place to fix it. Detect and fix your own problems service center .Made the mistake of taking my car in for a second time to diagnose a groan in the suspension upon turning the steering wheel. After 8 hours, I got back the car exactly the way I found it, zero resolution. App said resolved . The service rep Ramon tried to reschedule me a month afterwards, citing that the tech couldn t reproduce the problem. Anyone with a functioning ear could have reproduced it, so I m guessing they didn t even try.At least AI would acknowledge its shortcomings and give a polite apology in much less time.

I was very impressed by the staff at this Tesla facility. This is the New England delivery location for Tesla. This is a full-service location. Sales, trade-ins, service, huge bank of Superchargers. Jeremy, my sales associate, took ample time with me prior to a test drive to give me a full understanding of the available options and never rushed me on the drive. Tesla had an SR+ with AP on hand (among many other Model 3 trims) and it served as a perfect test drive vehicle for my interests. So glad I didn't have to go to Natick or Boston. This location is much more convenient. I left wanting a Tesla! Tesla also offers info on its energy products here. Well worth a trip.

Worst customer service experience I ve ever had. Made an appointment for a time, showed up 30 min early, was told it would be ready at the time I had. Then proceeded to wait there for 3 more hours. Staff kept saying a few more minutes and then snapped at me when I asked for the third time in 2 hours. Staff just kept telling people that they were selling 60+ cars that day - as if that was an excuse for running 3 hours behind an appointment time. When I finally got the car, it was near dead. Barely charged. No walk through of any features. Just here you go and on to the next person that was 2+ hours behind. If you are buying a Tesla, go anywhere else.

0 for 2 on good service from their service department.First car had a paint defect on delivery that needed more thsn touch up paint. But that was all they would do here.Second car had a window alignment problem where they just added foam to lower the noise impact of the problem. They do not treat the root cause of problems here and mention that everything is within spec.Tesla spec allowances must be terrible then. They will only treat the symptoms of the problems.Go elsewhere for service. Their service people know nothing about cars, even Teslas.

The car is great but the service here is lacking. They certainly need more employees and some training on customer service. I along with others were standing there waiting for someone to help us and they would walk right past you. Once I did get some help they told me it would be 20 minutes and I waited 5 hours. Huge waste of a full day. I wish I could have gone to another Tesla delivery spot.

Our Tesla was delivered with two issues that weren t able to be fixed on delivery day. The staff was also unhelpful in fixing the issue and simply told us to schedule a service appointment, since I knew this was a black hole I asked them to have a service representative call me the next day and they of course did not. Then without my authorization they changed the service appointment that I scheduled to a DIFFERENT TIME, DAY, and LOCATION without my approval. Still no phone call or interaction with a human. If you re leaving here with problems don t expect them to ever be solved, apparently.

Extremely unprofessional and inflexible. Wasted my time on the first appointment by installing the part reserved for me to someone else. Ordered a replacement and made me wait for 2 more weeks. Then refused to provide an uber credit.
