WARNING: This shop placed a used/faulty part in my vehicle and charged me full price for a brand new one. I had only found this out when my vehicle had entered the original dealership service center for a recall on separate issues one week later. The mechanics at dealership notified me that the previous part fixed by Sprague Street Auto Service was used and needed to be replaced ASAP. When I brought this to the attention of Sprague Street Auto Service, they were extremely combative, unwilling to discuss the matter further for resolution, and did not provide a receipt for part purchase! Sketchy and dishonest work. Highly suggest you avoid.Service: Auto maintenance

Avoid future issues and don t bring your vehicle here. They overcharge for terrible service and on top of that they are dishonest. Lied to my face when I had evidence them doing so and still denied it .

Horrible customer Service , from the guy I assume to be of Asian decent and possibly the owner.Drove in for fuel full service .Waited few minutes for service , failed to greet ,while waiting for him to cash me out he pumps another person gas and cashes them out before me and instead of this person handing my card back to me in the same manner in which he received, he literally throws the card on the counter and showed no appreciation for the patronizing of the business.This guy is rude and disrespectful.Will spend my money where I m treated with respect.

Bring your business elsewhere. Unprofessional and rude.I went to Sprague Street Auto Services in January to get my breaks and rotors replaced. After paying over $800 for the job my breaks squeaked nonstop. I gave them a few weeks to settle with no change. I decided to wait until the spring to see if the warmer weather would make a change. Once I knew they weren't going to get any better I brought my car back. They guarantee the work for a year. One of the mechanics drove down the street and asked me which side it was coming from. I said I wasn't sure because I wasn't a mechanic. He suggested the front passenger breaks and I responded maybe. He said he would fix it. When I was called to pick it up they said whatever it was wasn't a safety concern. I responded saying, "As long as the breaks aren't squeaking anymore, it's driving me crazy." The man awkwardly laughed and said maybe I should turn my music up louder. I drove out of the lot and the breaks were STILL squeaking. My dad, who is also a mechanic, went down to the shop to figure out what was going on and they rudely told him that if he was so worried about the breaks that he should fix them himself and told him to leave.I have never received such poor customer service.

Like other costumers state their complaints, i have had the same bitter experience with these guys, theyre rude and want to charge an arm and a leg for repairs, they always try to find ways to raise the cost up from the initial estimate or deal you made with them without any reason just to hit you with hidden charges and fees. The guy the pumps the gas and does the inspections is extremely rude and always angry at life, .. Not again returning at this place . guys BE AWARE!! Take your business somewhere else where is appreciated.

These guys are great!!! Honest and fair, fast and efficient. 5 star!And they know which vans require diesel and those that take gas. Thanks Sprague Street Gas!!!You are our favorite gas station in all of Massachusetts.

I've been coming here for years and I will never use anyone else. It's hard these days to find a good shop that does quality work at a fair rate. Pirate mechanic shop, mechanic den full of Mickey Mousers. Came in and did full front brakes (rotors, pads and calipers). Calipers are still stuck and smoking, refuse to refund or fix properly. Stay away. Thanks a lot pal Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Misdiagnosed the problem on my car. Fixed the supposed issue. Then when the problem with my breaks was obviously was not fixed. Brought it back and said it wasn t his problem. Im out 700 dollars with breaks that dont work still.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Love these guys! They are so friendly and won't try to sell you anything that isn't necessary. This was the third time I've brought my car in, and will not be going elsewhere anytime soon!
