What an experience, through and through. Spoke with Leo, Leo took the time to explain a little bit about the tire rot on my tires, and also took the time to look into ordering an oil filter SAME day. What service. Leo and the team had me in and out for a tire patch in 15-20 minutes. I highly recommend Mavis. I will be back for all my car needs.

I received excellent service from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The gentleman managing the store was super friendly and helpful and the mechanic on duty got me back on the road in no time at all. Highly recommend coming here if you need tire replacement done right at an affordable price.

I contacted other local guides to seek recommendations for the Mavis Auto Repair centers in the local area. After getting the internet advice, I selected this location. I arrived at this location and stood in the lobby waiting for one of the workers to call me to the desk. I gave him the information about the vehicle and he went out to look at the vehicle and get the information needed to fill out the ticket. The work of advised it would be at least an hour before my vehicle could be evaluated then repaired. Someone missed their appointment so they got my vehicle in sooner and was able to repair the tire sensor and get me on the road quickly. I had no issues during this visit and I appreciate it. The effort made by the workers at this location to do an excellent job at getting my vehicle in operational condition.

Mavis tire was fast and efficient! I called over the phone for an appointment and they were able to take care of me quickly, providing a great price and professionalism. I would highly recommended.

I had a valve stem snap off and came in 30 minutes before closing, rather than be told I'd have to wait until tomorrow, Ryan and the team here did what they could to get me back on the road that night. They gave me several options on how I could address the issue and they were very patient and helpful in that process. One of the best customer service experiences I've had recently.

Went in today to replace my driver side front tire. Waited almost 2 hours but honestly felt quicker than that. Walked in, needed a tire. Bought what I needed and was out the door. Service was direct and simple. $188, yea you could have got a spare or a used one cheaper somewhere else but here. You have left guys who will check before you leave the lot. Will shop here again, I was pleased.

Everyone here was polite and this is one of the most clean and orderly tire shops I've been to.Unfortunately something is up when wheel balance is involved.I got tires installed, and they shook a bit on the highway immediately. Since the old ones didn't, I set up an appointment to fix the balance.I arrive at the second appointment. An hour goes by and my car isn't on the lift, there's only one tech in that day. I end up leaving empty-handed because I didn't have more time to give that day.I call and set up another appointment to drop it off. The tires get balanced, it's confirmed that they did take some more weight- so the original balance was indeed off.And... It shakes worse now. Three visits and shaking on brand new tires is pretty frustrating. Not sure if the techs get it "in spec" instead of all the way to 0.

I took my car in for a tire that was leaking air. It happened after an oil change at another place. The problem was a loose air valve that they fixed in no time. They didn't even charge me for their time. Thank you.

Very friendly staff at Mavis. Had a flat tire with a stripped lug nut, and the crew at Mavis helped me right away without hesitation or charge. Will definitely be back here in the future. Thank you Mavis, you are a great crew of humble and kind humans.

I had a lovely experience at Mavis in Dedham this weekend! I got a flat tire on Saturday evening and was able to make an appointment to have the damage assessed and purchase new tires the next morning. Leo and Joe were incredibly friendly and helpful, even going so far as to show me exactly what needed to be done on the car to get me back on the road as well as gave me tips on how to keep my car in good shape. I will definitely be coming back for any future car-related needs!

Great service I don't leave reviews much but I feel the guys here show so much respect. The man Rage who helped me really knows his stuff and it doesn't feel like your pockets are being emptied. Anyways I'll be back for sure

Trevor helped me out today with a tire rotation! Excellent customer service. Was very quick. Was done within the time frame they gave me! Would recommend for all and especially Tesla owners that need a tire rotation done! Great value

Fast, fair, and professional service for tire warranty repair. I came to this location after disappointing service at a nearby Mavis. Dori, who is this location's manager, was great to work with. Downsides: Waiting room is small and not very accommodating, website booking doesn't seem to cut down intake time.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!I bought new snow tires from this store in December 2020. They put them on fine with apparently no issues. However:When I left the store, I realized they did not put my summer tires back in the car, and they had charged me for tire disposal (I did not request this as the summer tires only had 1 season on them. I called and went back to pick up the tires, and we put them in the car, no issue. I took them home and stored them in my basement until today.I went to a different tire store to today to have the summer tires put back on, and three out of four summer tires had huge gashes in the sides of them (see photos).I called Mavis, and they will not take responsibility for anything. There is LITERALLY no other explanation for this. I picked up the tires, stored them in my basement, and then took them to another tire shop for mounting. There is no possible way anything like this could have happened in between.When I asked for an alternative explanation, Mavis had none. They simply said that it could not have been due to mounting so they will not do anything for me.With that, I urge you not to do business with these people. I can not stress this enough. Absolutely horrible.UPDATE: Since the owner decided to respond to my post (See Below), I wanted to let everyone know that I posted this AFTER contacting their customer service number. They connected me with the regional manager who then spoke with his boss and they still declined to do anything about this.Do not let their comment below make it seem like they care about their customers!!

I go here regularly when I need new tires. The very efficient and not too bad on my wallet. Ryan is a good manager he goes above and beyond for the customers

SO fast!!! Had an emergency on 95 and came in an hour before they closed and they were able to take me right away to service my vehicle. Fantastic crew! 10 stars

Great service. I was stuck with a flat from traveling here from out of state. I always use Mavis and new my tires were under warranty. It was 3:30 on a Sunday and stopped in knowing the closed at 5. Mr. Frantzi greeted me warmly and I told him my dilemma. He informed me the only had 2 techs, there were a minimum of 4 cars to be serviced and I could wait but it would be a while. I guess he saw my face and he said he could give my tire air and I could come back the next morning. I said that would be great. I have to say the energy and interactions of Mr. Frantzi with all the waiting customers was fantastic. He engaged us all in a group conversation and 10 mins later he got a tech (Mr. Ian) to pull my car in the bay. Again, another great employee and this duo made me laugh and promised to have me on my way. 20 minutes later Mr. Ian pulls my car up and give me the screw that was in my tire. 30 minutes in total I was there, but I would have waited 3 hours because they were fun and the place was spotless. Also, I heard Mr. Frantzi explaining tire tread wear and cracks to another female customer. He did a great job of not MANsplaining and respecting her intelligence. Well done, Gentlemen.

I recently brought my car to another mechanic prior to coming to Mavis for a flat tire fix and to fix my tire pressor sensor. The next day I was having issues with the hood of my car where it wouldn't shut and popped open mid-drive on the highway on my way to work (I have no idea why the other place touched my hood when they were fixing a flat and pressure sensors but they did). I called AAA and they said to bring it to a mechanic.I called Mavis and they were very kind and polite over the phone and said I could stop by anytime to have my car looked at. I brought it by after work and it was luckily not too busy so I was seen right away. The two gentlemen that helped me yesterday were awesome. They let me look at the car with them and explained to me what could be causing the issue.As a female, its easy to be taken advantage of at an auto shop but I did not feel this way at all here. The two mechanics there made me feel comfortable and fixed some of the corrosion and gunk that got into the latch causing my hood to pop off. They have certainly earned my trust and I will be coming back for any work on my Lexus.

4 stars because I was quoted 3 different prices over the phone which was beyond frustrating. I was finally able to speak to the third person and got the online price. Everything after that went smooth. I m happy with the new tires. Good prices, too.

Very reasonable pricing and honest workers here I loved the service! I had only went here for an estimate after checking out an auto shop nearby, but the assistant manager had went above and beyond to meet my needs so I gave them the okay the begin working on my car minutes after speaking with no appointment!! They completed the job in such a great timely manner especially for a walk in, I would recommend going here for anything you need done from an oil change to suspension work on your car they know about it all. I was helped primarily by Trevor who was able to explain to me the work that needed to be done with great manners and honesty. The car was done even faster than the time I was told which was great.First time here, Happy customer 5 STARS keep up the good work guys you're the best in town :)

Awesome experience, tire patched and ready to go in about a half hour and they definitely went the extra mile. Ryan was very kind and helpful. This used to be a NTB and I had a few terrible experiences here, but they ve done a complete 180 and it was a very pleasant surprise. Definitely go here!
