I cannot say enough good things about this business. I went to them after being hit and run and I can tell you now that they went above and beyond for me!Not only did they perfectly repair the damage from the accident but they also repaired some rust spots that were soon going to be a problem. To my surprise they also cleaned both the interior and exterior of my car. Did they have to do that? No. But the fact that they took such good care of both me and my car is the reason they have my business for as long as they want it.Thanks guys!

I am buying a luxury car 'sight unseen' and reached out to John's to carefully look over the car. Derek and his team were able to inspect the car the same day and promptly called me to review their notes. I hardly ever write reviews unless the experience really stands-out, and it did! For me, dealing with trustworthy people and having a great experience is as important as the quality of their work. You'll get both at John's Auto body. Thankfully, everything checked out good with the car.

AMAZING SERVICE! My car was in a collision and my entire passenger side near the tire was mangled, when I came to drop my vehicle off, I was greeted with amazing customer service! Shortly after bringing my car in, I was amazed at the work they ve done! My car looks brand new. Amazing job guys 10/10

I have been coming to John s Auto Body since 2015 and never once have I left disappointed! Whether it was an accident in which I was not at fault or for car repairs, he has always taken care of me and my family. Their customer service is #1. It is a family-owned business that prioritizes integrity & honesty with their customers. Prices are always competitive and even their rental service is a breeze. They take care of all the paper work and are on your side the whole way. In this day in age it is rare to find this level of quality service with so many auto body and repair shops charging you for repairs that were never an issue to begin with! I highly recommend this full-service auto body shop. There is a reason they have won Best of the Best Auto Body Repair Shop on Massachusetts for 22 years running. Don t believe me? I hit a deer in a dark evening and the whole front of my car was destroyed that needed to be replaced by new parts including both of the front lights and the hood. As my first-choice, this was the second time that I sent my car to John's, same as the first time, this shop did a first-class job in a professional way once again! John is always trustable and he complete the job with superb quality, everything was delivered as he promised and all problems have been solved, my car is like brand new and extremely clean after work done! There is a car rental devision which I managed to get me rental right onsite, definitely an extra benefit! I took my car last month for repair after a girl hit my car, I was so happy when i came to pick up my car. My car looks brand new , not only they clean my car inside and out, they also fix the little scratches that was in the car previously. I m so happy with their work excellent customer service 10 out of 10.

July 2023 marked the 13th anniversary since I have been a customer at John's Auto Body in Dedham. This firm sets the repair industry gold-standard for performing the highest quality body work and major servicing of vehicles around. Their honesty, candor and straight-talk at all times is unmatched! I base these super-positive statements now on over 120 visits the past nearly 13 years by myself along with my friends, relatives and associates. Each experience with them has shown to be truly honorable and super-easy to work with. Being a software guy, I am very strict with QA and I always follow-up with anyone I refer to this firm to confirm their satisfaction. Body work and major repairs/servicing (along with car detailing) have always been completed on time and within the insurance company estimates. I could not ask for a more smooth, professional, polite and honest relationship over the years!This firm is also close by to the Readville Commuter Rail station, allowing for a quick 15 minute train ride into downtown Boston.I recommend John's Auto Body without any hesitation or reservation anyone seeking a truly honest world-class automotive experience.

I had the BEST auto body experience at John's auto body. The whole team was so fast and punctual and honest. They fixed both sides of my car and made it look brand new. They made the entire process so easy, quick, and convenient for me. They also have a very good rental service which I was able to use while my car was in the shop. Overall great experience and great people. I will be back for all of my auto body needs. Outstanding service! Very professional, courteous and punctual. Price affordable. They took a complete care of my car by even fixing small details, like small body scratches, that weren t covered by my Insurance. My car looks perfect, brand new and absolutely cleaned at delivery. John is AMAZING! I brought my car here after an accident, which stressed me out to no end (anything that has to do with a car is always so stressful, to me at least!) When I dropped my car off to John, all of that stress was relieved, he took care of EVERYTHING for me! Rental, adjuster and the work that was done to my car. I just picked my car up and it looks brand new. I cannot believe how amazing it looks and how kind John and his team are! I would recommend this to anyone I know that needs body work to their car and would go back here in a heartbeat! John s Auto Body is truly amazing, reliable and overall a genuine shop! A few weeks ago I brought one of my work trucks to John s to have insurance work done as well as a few additional dings and dents. They went above and beyond. They sent me updates via text with pictures along the way. They found an additional dent behind the bed and sent me pictures of it, I told them not to worry about it and they fixed it anyway! He gave me a great price on the other dings and dents. The truck looks awesome, flawless work. Truck was washed and clean when I went to pick it up. Impressed with the service and family-like environment. They took great care of my car, and were very kind. As a woman in my late twenties, it can be intimidating going to car shops because people see that as an opportunity to take more money from you. My experience here was the opposite and the customer service was outstanding. Very kind people doing a thorough job. I will always use John s for any future car troubles.

We brought a car we were test driving for John to checkout before we purchased. John went above and beyond all of our expectations, and was very generous with the price. John not only test drove and visually inspected the car, but also put it up on the lift and walked us through everything that stood out as a red flag. He then told us what a fair price for the work would be, but put no pressure on us using his shop for the work. If you re looking for a genuinely honest, caring, and father like attitude looking out for you and your money, I would recommend that you go see John at John s Autobody Collision Inc.

John is extremely knowledgeable about what your car's repair needs are and the best way to go about them. He's been in the business for 25 years and he knows how to navigate the insurance claim, the appraiser and all the rest of it.He and his guys did a wonderful job on my car and he went over and above what I expected. There is an in-house car rental at his place, so having a car while mine was getting fixed was no problem. John made the whole experience as painless as possible. He even rotated my tires at no charge!His wife and all of his employees are extremely pleasant and professional. As much as I don't want to spend my time hanging around auto body shops, they all made it worth my while. I highly recommend John's Auto Body.

John is a cool guy. When I arrived they noticed me and introduced themselves as this was my first time here. I came in to replace my aftermarket headlights w/ LED bulbs back to factory. Decent price for great quality work. I definitely felt like my car was in great hands. Thank you!P.s. wow! Im amazed, he even added clear coating for my foggy factory headlights. Truly kind and genuine people here. Even the nice lady that got me a cup of coffee from Dunkins.

7/30/2020I was recently involved in an accident on the way home from work. I had extensive front end and door damage to my new Toyota Rav4.A friend recommended that I give John's a shot. I'm so glad I did and I couldn't be happier with their service.The work they did was amazing. They were really easy to deal with.Nellie handled all my insurance and rental worries which made a tough situation a whole lot easier. I don't usually write a review, but I felt so compelled to do one this time. I was in an accident back in February, my story is long and complicated, so I won't go into the beginning, but I will write about the middle and end.When I brought my car into John's Auto Body I was distraught and not sure how the whole process worked. John's first words to me "I will take care of you from A-Z". "You have nothing to worry about, put your trust in me." So that is exactly what I did. John kept his promise and the line of communication open with me the whole time, even gave me his personal cell phone number in case I had any questions along the way. The day came to pick-up my car, and I could not stop smiling my car looked beautiful inside and out. It looked better than the day I bought it. I cannot thank John and his staff enough for the professional and compassionate care they gave to me throughout my experience with them.While my car was being fixed, I rented a car with Nellie of Lucine's Auto Sales & Leasing. Nellie is the best she is located right next to John's Auto-body. She leased me a car very compatible to mine with convenience, and ease was without stress. The car was clean and comfortable, perfect for my needs.I can whole hardheartedly and without reservation recommend John and Nellie and their staff to anyone.Please give them the opportunity to make things right for you, as they did for me. Exceptional customer service! I needed to buff out some scratches on my car and my mother-in-law referred me to John's Auto Body. She raved about her own experience with their services, including getting driven home when she dropped off her own car for repairs. I am impressed with the professional and family-like environment. Very good quality, super friendly & patient & transparent service, competitive price and very informative!I had another place telling me I need to get my balljoint changed, I wanted to get a second eye and visited John's. John had my car jacked up and shows me exactly where was loose and needs to change. They provided very competitive rate and explaining to me all the details on the options I could choose. Between changing just a balljoint and bushing component and changing the entire control arm, and different brand I could choose. They were very transparent and explaining to me the pros and cons of each option, providing their suggestions with patient. They also send me pictures of the new part and the old part they took off, provide free rental during the maintenance. The car came back great! I don't know too much about car but I can feel the difference before and after with braking. The experience overall is beyond expectation and worth my first review!Service: Steering & suspension repair

John was terrific. My wife had a little fender bender that both parties didn't want to use insurance for. John's quote was fast, accurate and the job was done in the exact time he said it would be.Plus there was some other smaller damage on the car that he offered to fix for half price!Oh and the paint & new parts look awesome!

I found John's Auto Body on a Miata forum when looking for a reputable shop to repair some pretty significant frame rust. John was super kind and professional. "I'll do all that needs to be done" he said, and he and his crew certainly delivered.John sent me texts with updates and pictures of his crew removing my rusted frame rails, welding in the new ones, and painting the front of the bay. Everything he took of the car was put back on correctly and 4 months after the repair I'm without any issue.If you have any issue with your car, you owe it to yourself to bring it to John's.
