Really good and honest people/mechanics. They're always busy but manage to fit me in. Had my alternator repaired and oil change done. They also topped off my fluids. I was low on antifreeze and they advised me to keep an eye on it in case I have a slow leak. Very knowledgeable and willing to share this information. They also charged me a very fair price compared to other shops that I've been to. The car runs really well again. Thank you Joe, Marsha and Dean.

It was over 98 degrees in the Boston area when the AC in 2010 Nissan Murano died. Thankfully, Joe at the Dedham Service Center scheduled a repair appointment within two days, compared to other shops where the wait would have been two weeks. Joe gave me an accurate and very reasonable estimate up front. When I came for an appointment, I was pleasantly surprised that I did not have to wait for my turn. It took about an hour for the AC to be repaired. While waiting, I observed the staff treating customers with respect and kindness. Five-star service. Highly recommend.

We only bring our cars here. Anything oyr cars need done ,if a day work or a simple thing needs to get done. They have saved us $$$$ of dollars by not going to the dealership. Very honest crew. Always happy to help answer any questions you have.

I don't really have enough great thing to say about this place . Talk about convenience ? I work and live close by this shop and own 2 vehicles , I will not trust any of my vehicles to no one else than these group of mechanics . Joey , Peter ,Dean , Marsha and of course the big Dog JEFF . These guys I consider friends at this point . Who takes you home or to work while they repair your car ? No one but Jeff . Thank you for all your hard work and honesty . Unprofessional business, owner and employees constantly harass a resident of the apartment that is located directly across the street by screaming offensive language towards building.

Great full service, prices and people. Family owned and run. Been going for years. Very reasonable prices. Jeff the owner goes beyond 100 percent in taking care of you and your car needs. His sister Marcia wonderful taking care of administrative and other tasks. Love these guys. They were referred to us by friends

I've gone to Dedham Service for ten years. They are fair and honest about what needs to be done and you leave with a safe driving vehicle. I started going there with a printout from another place asking for a second opinion. I found out that the recommended work could easily be cut in half. Dedham Service stands behind their work. Jeff is a superior mechanic. Troubleshooting and honesty will win you over. His staff will treat you like family. I've sent many friends and family there. Highly recommend!and

We were visiting from Ohio and something started grinding on our back tire. When we checked it out, we noticed a piece had rusted out and dislodged. I googled local auto places and this is the only place that had 5 stars. They deserve every star. We went there, came in, showed him the piece and he immediately identified it and then came out, got under my car and checked it out to make sure we were good. He was honest and very friendly, he was thorough and educated us about the part, and told us it wasn't critical and didn't charge us anything to check us out. We were in and out in only a few minutes. We appreciate his time and his hospitality! If we lived in the area, he would have won our loyalty just from this one experience. If we're ever back in the Boston area with car trouble, this is definitely the shop we will trust. Thank you!

I recommend this place to ANYONE in need of car repairs. Everyone that works here is so friendly and easy to talk to! That's a very rare thing to come by when going to mechanics. My car died in an unfamiliar town on a Friday night. They helped me find a tow truck, held my car over the weekend, and had it ready by EOD Monday. They helped make a stressful situation much smoother.

The best place ever! Wish I had known about this place sooner. Joey and team were great at resolving a leak in my 2011 RAV4. Water was coming in through passenger side floor, along the center console. The issue was a problem with the windshield cowel. Prime Toyota suggested i replace the heat block at $2k, Joey was able to order a replacement Cowel (from Prime, so it was over priced - Not Dedham Service fault) and fixed the leak! We will never go back to the Dealer again for service. Thank you again Joey! I really really appreciate all your investigative work to find the problem.
