Horrible service and place. I ordered tires online based on their recommendations for my car. I waited 2 weeks after making the installation appointment and they tell me they cannot install because their computer does not tell them the torque my car needs. I called customer service and they said they should be able to get that information. They refused. I went to Waltham and no problem!The tire manager should not be working there. Rude, condensending, arrogant.Do not go there!!!

I dropped off my tire last Wednesday. I was told they would call me once it was ready. After two days I called but never got a live response. After 4 days of calling with no answer they finally picked up and told me it was ready. When I asked why it took so long and required ME calling THEM the gentleman at the counter had no answer and couldn't be bothered to find the root of the issue.I love Costco but I will never be using this tire center again, my advise is go to Braintree instead, they are much better managed and won't make you wait a week before they finally pick up.

Incompetent staff. They weren t able to install tires properly. Damaged my lug nut covers and messed up the balancing so I have to get it done again. After 4hours of wait time and 4 hours of driving back and forth I wasted so much time and still have a car that shakes when I drive it over 50mph. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I got there at opening time on a weekday and left my car as a walk-in to get a tire patched. I didn t hear a word all day. Finally I tried to call at 6 pm to get an update and it took me literally 45 mins of calling to get anybody to answer the phone. I understand I was a walk-in and was okay with waiting a while but 8+ hours of silence and then 45 mins to answer a phone just to be put on hold for 15 minutes then to be told they couldn t find my car? ridiculous. when I got there, it was there unfixed (they d been done with it since noon) and I was never contacted. the supervisor Joe was so incredibly rude and didn t apologize for one second. we had to go back inside to ask someone else for my money back because he simply blamed the whole situation on me. terrible experience, truly never going back.

They never answer the phone and if they do, they hang up. It is difficult to get an appointment to the extent that it is probably better to get your tires somewhere else. We are big Costco fans, but this is by far the department with the worst customer experience time and time again.

Went in after one of my tires popped and the staff was great. They couldn't fit me in the first time I went in but I had an appointment a few days later. Got a set of 4 tires for a great price that included installation, balancing, filling, and TPMS check. They even offered to throw one of my good tires on my cars donut, but it was too big. The offer was very generous though and went a long way! The actual install took a while(about 2 and a half hours) but other than that, great experience.

My experience in July 2022 at Costco tire center was not a good one. I went to Costco to get my wife tires changed and showed up at 1pm on Saturday July 23rd. The tire employee's name was Fred. Fred calls me at 3pm saying to come over my cars ready. I walk out and turns out Fred lost one of the lug nuts, no big deal we can get another one. So fred gets another one and it's the wrong size, he tried to get it on not one but two of the lugs stripping them both. So now George comes out offering to solve the problem, he calls in a tow truck using his AAA membership and while I wait Jim the general manager comes out to speak with me. I request to get a full refund as they've damage my car and I can't even drive home. He says they'd refund me for 2 of the tires. I said great and I get that refund. 3 months later and I get a letter from Costco stating that they are going to send me to collections if I don't pay for the tires, I call Jim and now he's claiming he never said that and that I have to pay. Bottom line is I'm very disappointed in Costco for treating me like this. If you go here for your tires I hope this isn't your experience.

TL;DR: Horrible service, chronically understaffed and extremely disorganized.I made an appointment last Tuesday to install my existing winter tires (I was charged $50 although I thought it was supposed to be free for life, maybe I'm wrong). I was told 1h-1h30' max. That is longer than my guy here around the corner, but it makes sense because that's how long it takes to shop at CostCo. After 1h30' they hadn't started yet but told me my car was right up next. So I decided to take another 30' and hang out with frozen shrimp and turkey in my cart. 30' later I am told the exact same thing: they haven't started yet, my car is next. I politely complain about the poor communication and the waste of time and decide it's time to take my car home. One staff member (who seems to have more authority than the others) apologizes profusely, explains they are understaffed, and claims he will "take care of" me. We agree that I come back Saturday at 2pm and I'll get priority service ("you'll be in and out"). At that time, he will also refund me the $50 so I will get complimentary service. I still do not relish the idea of wasting my Saturday afternoon at a CostCo changing tires, when I could be playing tennis with my children, but I see that they are doing their best and I want this to be a success for everyone so I agree to the plan.So I come back Saturday afternoon at 2pm on purpose to do this tire swap. They take my car. After 1h 30' they haven't started working on it yet. One of the staff tries to blame me for not making an appointment. I am also told about a different understaffing problem. I ask for a refund and the refund itself takes 25 minutes and three people to process.Overall, I wasted a total of 3 hours (1/2 hour last time + 2 1/2 hours this time, including travel to and from the place). This was completely avoidable with proper communication and organization. I am furious and will never use this tire center again.

They stole money from my car during a routine tire rotation and scratched my rims..they moved stuff all around in my trunk looking for my wheel lock and didn t bother to put everything back. The tossed my trunk. Stole an envelope of cash from my trunk. Police were notified and a report was filed for theft.The loss prevention manager and store manager reviewed the cameras with the police but the footage was from a bad angle. The tire technicians name was Frankie but both guys who worked on my vehicle lied. The staff and managers were also unapologetic.I had an appointment and it still took them over an hour just to rotate my tires. That s just unacceptable.I overheard another customer complaining that a piece was missing from his vehicles wheel. The technicians are not ASE certified the whole shop ought to be closed down by the state. They ought to fire everyone who works there and hire all new staff.I ve always had nothing but Horrible Horrible Horrible experiences ever single time and only at this Dedham tire store location! Never at their other tire store locations.Buyer Beware! Stay away from this place if you care about your luxury vehicle and your personal belongings! Shame on them.

Good prices, poor service. 2.5 hour wait (with appointment) to have 4 new winter tires improperly installed; my car now shakes badly. I'm guessing they skipped the "wheel balancing" part of their "tire installation plan." Returning tomorrow to try again.

They are heavily understaffed and therefore their appointments aren't reliable. Until Costco properly staffs this place, stay away!

Ordered 4 tires. Got an email that tires were received and ready for installation. After scheduling an appointment and taking a day off work, i came in to find out that they were missing two tires. They stated they would contact me once the two tires are shipped in. Never heard any updates after 2 weeks. Called Costco Customer service and refunded my order.

Very long wait time (over 20min still no one shows up), very long service time. Not very experienced mechanic. The first time when I came here to change tires they told me that the lug nut key wore out and asked me to get a new key and come back again. I have to Uber back and forth. But turned out it was the lug nut worn-out and the mechanic broke two brand new keys. The manager Jennifer was very very helpful and I really appreciated her help. If she was not there that day my tires cannot be changed after two visits. But I wouldn't recommend this place overall since you don't know who is responsible for your tires.

Good service and prices with initial purchase, which also included a road hazard/flat tire warranty. The problem I had was with getting Costco in Dedham, MA to follow up on a single tire repair/replacement. It took three visits to the shop, two phone calls, one week for the new tire to be delivered (not in stock) and ultimately waiting for over 3 hrs to have the tire replaced. This was with a scheduled appointment.

Yes, my car shakes after changing 4 tires at this location when driving above 75mph. Staff are rude and makes you wait longer if they don t like you. This place need an entire team replacement!!

Terrible service!! Got four new tires 6 months ago and went back today for a tire rotation. While they were working on the car i got a phone call to stop by because they had an issue. Got there, and a guy named Fred mentioned that one of the studs was cross threaded and that i needed to take it to the shop to replace the stud and the tire bolt. I told them the tires have not been removed since i was there last time, so even if they were not put in place correctly it would have been them since the last time the tiers where removed was from them. He started saying that their work procedure is perfect and it would not have been possible that the damage took place there. He refused to take responsibility for that and said that it might have happened where i get my oil change, even though they never take the tires off for an oil change. They placed back only four bolts and handed me the damaged one, and said that i need to replace it, and i have to drive away with only four bolts. When i got home i noticed that one of the four tire bolts was smaller then the original 3. Went back to the shop and asked them if they used the same socket size when they removed my original tire bolts. Fred went back to ask and came back with an answer that the four original bolts were bad and they put different ones for all four of them. I showed him that 3 of the bolts installed were the original ones and only one was replaced with a smaller one. Then the guy who installed the tiers came by( believe his name was Franciscco) and said he replaced only one because it was damaged and he put on a smaller bolt. I asked them if i was supposed to be notified for this before i left the place. He said they made me a favor by giving me a free smaller bolt and that i was supposed to be charged for the bolt. I asked Fred for his name and the manager name and information, refused to provide me the information at first, then noticed that i read his name tag and gave me the information and the name of the manager who is supposed to be Mark, i asked for his contact information and Fred gave me the store number as if it was Marks number. Then they both continued saying that they did me a favor by taking my car because i wasn't a member and that i should't complain. My brother has a membership card and we live both in the same household and use the same card and he was present with me today. They didn't refuse to sell the tiers and the services when i went there and paid $700 to get my tiers 6 months ago, now that they messed up my car they were saying they did me a favor even though i never asked for one. Really bad service, hope i get reimbursed for the damage made to my car.

Costco Tire center helped with a small puncture in my tire last season. When it was time to replace my tires, Costco offered me quality tires at a great price. Not to mention the warranty, Costco offers free alignment & rotation for the life of any tire set purchased. Their employees are straight to the point and never have tried to "upsell" any of their products.

I made an appointment but when I showed up the next week I was told my tires didn t come in. But no one thought to call me to say my appointment would need to be rescheduled.After my tires were installed, I drove away and almost immediately got a warning that one of my tires was under filled. I had to stop and fill in air right away.The staff was friendly but I ll go to an actual tire store next time.

Because my car has some noise which is not a safety issue, I checked. They don t want to help me change my tires! Why? I just need my tire replaced because it is flat! So how can I even drive out of your parking lot? What?

People here are really nice. Friendly and professional. Maybe need to wait for a while for all the work to be done but if you can get an appointment definitely do as with one most works can be done within an hour.

Fantastic and friendly service. Wait times may be long, but what else do you expect when the line is already 5 long 15 minutes before they open? Prices are great too. Highly recommend
