Great service, courteous staff, went above and beyond to help me, sent reminders regularly so I knew where my car was in the process. As for the outcomes, car was good as new! I had to walk around because I couldn t remember where the damage was (one of my passenger doors was hit). To top it off the car was quite clean so I was very happy. Would highly recommend!

Bridge Street Auto did amazing work! They repaired my vehicle during my vacation and had it ready to go so I could return to work in it, and not in a rental (my request when I dropped it off 4 days prior).

Absolutely exceptional service and work. In July, I was in a fender bender that was 50-50 (i.e. my fault and their fault). I called my insurance company who highly recommended Bridge Street Auto. I had an adjuster come to my house to assess the damage and they sent a check. I brought the check to bridge street auto where they ordered a new bumper for my car. Once it came in, I brought my car over for service on a Monday and it was fixed by Friday. Throughout this whole process they always picked up the phone and gave me accurate information. The body work on my car is truly remarkable. They were able to match the paint perfectly and gave me a lifetime guarantee on their work. You cannot do better in this region.Also, they have partnerships with both Hertz and Enterprise and were willing to help me not only secure a rental car, but also when the car was ready a week earlier than expected, they let me park my rental car at their lot where Enterprise came and picked it up at no additional cost. This saved me some time and a long walk.PLEASE look no further, you can thank me later.

Very hands on with lots of updates. Staff was all very kind. Offered me a ride to drop off and pick up my vehicle if needed. Stood by their repair and ensured me I could come back if I needed anything.

My overall experience with Bridge Street was excellent. Stephanie, who handled the paperwork, also set up my reservation with Hertz next door. When I dropped the car off for service, everything went smoothly with the rental car. Everyone was pleasant and most helpful. I was kept informed and the workmanship was excellent. They even cleaned the inside of the car!

The staff was very attentive and friendly, if you need a rental they'll schedule it for you with the hertz next door. Only without the car for 2 weeks and it came back looking great! Recommend pulling down Berkley Rd to park, the lot is usually very full.

Bridge Street Auto is the BEST place I ve ever brought my vehicle to get repairs done. They are super friendly, very attentive and extremely professional, especially when it comes to giving customers an estimated time for the repairs to be done by. I have over 5 years going to them and have 0 complaints. Also, Hertz Car Rental is right next to them, I love that when I go to drop off my vehicle to start the repairs, they already have completed my paperwork for me, all I need to do is review the paperwork for the rental, agree with the terms and conditions and go on about my day without worrying about not having a car to drive. So yes, I will continue to work with them and refer them to whoever needs to get their vehicle fixed!

Fast, efficient service with very friendly people. It took BSA no less than three days to order and install a whole new front bumper onto my car, and it looks just like new. They always call to either confirm, remind, or update their customers with new information, and it's easy to call BSA during service hours with no robot-calling involved. I'm always willing to come here for car repairs, even if I live a considerable distance away.

My car sustained a lot of damage when a driver ran a red light and hit me. I took my car to Fred at Bridge Street Auto Body. It was was finished almost a week earlier than quoted and it looks like new.Fred, Stephanie and everyone else were extremely helpful and kept me updated every step of the process.I highly recommend Bridge Street Auto Body.

My car had scratches all down the driver side after being sideswiped during the night. The driver side mirror was just barely hanging on. I took my car to BSA and they couldn t have been nicer and more professional. Stephanie was so very patient with my 2 young kids and offered them paper and markers to keep them busy. She ordered a rental car for me that same day. She instinctively knew how to work within the insurance process and was so very kind with answering all my questions. After waiting for the mirror to arrive, my Telluride looked brand new! They even got the dents out without having to replace any of the panels. The whole process took about 3 weeks but that was bc we had to wait on the parts to arrive. Would 100% go here again and recommend.

Brought in my 2009 tacoma after a t-bone accident + popped tire. Everyone was friendly and helpful. 2 tires were covered by insurance and ended up having them replace the other 2 while they were at it. I just got the truck back and it s perfect. I think they even buffed out some extra scratches. Brian Whalen was exceptional. He kept me up to date about the process, found me tires, helped out when the insurance company customer service was lagging. Great guy. Great shop. 100% pleased.

The team at Bridge St auto did an exceptional job on my vehicle repair. They were timely and very professional. Walked me through every step of the repair process and kept me up to date with my repair progress. My car looks brand new, I was ecstatic when they where done. Amazing business establishment. I was involved in a serious car accident causing extensive damage to the rear end of my car. The folks at Bridge St Autobody completely restored my car as good as new. The whole thing was covered by insurance and paid directly to the shop. They also have a Hertz car rental at the same location which was also paid in full and made for a seamless experience.

Been to this garage twice now for different kinds of car repairs, and both times everything was quick, easy, and professional. The fact that they're right next to a car rental agency just helps the process go along even smoother. If you're a West Roxbury/Dedham local, I'd recommend it.

I brought my 2018 Jeep Sahara in for minor bodywork repairs. The staff was terrific, work was done on time, communicated throughout the process, worked directly with the insurance company, and I picked up my car better than new. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent experience with Bridge Street Auto. I worked with Fred and it was the most straight forward and pain free car buying experience of my life. Extremely fair trade in offer and the truck I purchased was priced exceptionally well and in outstanding condition. I would not hesitate to purchase from this dealer if they have a vehicle on the lot that catches your eye.

Was rear ended and insurance company recommended Bridge Street - brought my 2015 Accord to get the bumper and rear camera fixed. It was a quick turn around, the bumper looked great and they cleaned the car. Tony and company are super organized and very helpful when dealing with the insurance companies and even helped me to rent a car as well!

This is the best body shop I've ever been to. They are honest, upfront with you, and do amazing work! I was hit by a town of Walpole plow not long ago, and my whole left side and front of my vehicle needed to be repaired. FRED and TONY, (owners) have never let me down in the 5+ years I have used them. Big or Small they have your back. For as frustrated as I was with the situation, and the insurance company yanking my chain. They were able to make it a better experience. I trust them both completely, and I trust their work. What prompted me to do my first review ever, was I saw they received a 1 star from Maria Quintana. I have to say I believe this is false or embelished. Or quite frankly you reviewed the wrong body shop. Never a single negative experience and they treat all their customers like hold, and with RESPECT. My family of 4 all go to them.

Always honest and efficient services for auto sales and body work. I purchased my car here four years ago from Tommy at Bridge Street. When my car was vandalized in Vermont last week and I drove 2 hours to have the repairs done specifically at their auto-body. There is also a rental car agency attached, making it an easy transaction to get me on my way quickly after dropping off my car. Thank you to Fred, owner of Bridge Street, for making an upsetting vandalization of my car quick and easy to move on from.

I had passenger side rear ended in October. My brand new ram truck got serviced from Bridge st auto-body. This is the best among other shops in dedham/chestnut hill area. My truck looks new and runs even better than before. They listen to customer s whatever concern and trying to bring the best solutions. They inform every details and keep updating what s going on. Lucky to have them in this area.
