I stopped by earlier and Tommy was able to step in and quickly replace my battery! He was the only one in today that was familiar with the Jeep Compass battery and my install was fast and convenient. I almost had to pay over $500 at a shop, but I saved so much time and money coming here instead!

Just left because the rude woman who works there refused to help me. She walked away while I was still asking a question. I had waited in line for help, when it was my turn she quickly looked up my car then pointed to the car battery area. I told her I looked there but couldn t find it. Meanwhile, I m trying to show her what I m looking for on my phone (says it s in stock at this store). She tells me go somewhere else without even looking up at me, waves me away with her hands and walks away. So unprofessional. Before she was yelling at another customer because they were standing to the side and not in line. Never been treated so poorly at any autozone.Update: I did follow through with contacting support. They said they would get back to me in 24 hours, but of course they never did.

Horrible experience! I purchased a set of spark plugs for the car and borrowed tools to change the parts in the store parking lot. The attendant kindly offers to help, but the supervisor strongly interferes and tells me to buy the necessary tools. We know that many customers receive help... but I found someone who didn't care about the good image and reputation of the company... pity!

James klash who is head of commercial at the store is always extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to help me find parts for my customers. He's my go to whenever I'm in need of help! Awesome and extremely professional guy can't say more about him!

Went to purchase an $80 for the set top of the line RainX wipers. I asked if they could install them for me. Was told yes and no ..I could do it but I can t go outside seeing I m alone. My Jeep was literally at the front door, not a customer in the store nor a car in the lot. Had time to be texting but not for an $80 sale. Terrible customer service ..went down the St to advanced auto, installed in 3 minutes .

Called to see if they had a metric flange nut and they told me I had to come in and check myself. More than one employee on the phone and they sounded annoyed to even be called.

Rosco gave great and quick service, im handicapped so he even offered to carry my items out for me to my car since the town of Dedham doesn t allow bags! Great guy, love coming to this place.

The employees I dealt with at this location were unprofessional. They were on their personal phones the whole time (on the phone talking to someone while checking out), refused to say anything other than what they found on the screen, and did not want to come from behind the counter to help me find the right windshield wiper they knew I had purchased the wrong ones. Ended up returning them and will look at other auto stores in the area.

Showed up 15 min before closing, the doors were locked. I knocked on the door and the employees looked at me and shook their head. Off to O Reilly Auto Parts tomorrow. So much for fixing my car tonight .

Theres a taller big guy (maybe a manager) who has an attitude problem, yells at customers and loves profanity. He went outside looking to fight me. Im shocked.

I went to the Autozone in Dedham on Saturday. Troy was fantastic! Even though he was very busy, he was able to help me with my headlight and my windshield wipers. I hopeAutoZone realizes what a great gem that has been working for them. Thank you again, Troy!

Guys were great. Huge help with my jeep. Had a broken bolt in my caliper. Was able to find the parts. Even the ones they didn t have there they were able to track down. And even let me borrow a tool that I did not have on me to fix it. Got me back on the road. Thank you. You guys rock

Hello,I want to acknowledge Raymond who was very nice when I called regarding my ac. I also stopped to get the ac boost and he was so patient, so helpful. Like I told him customer service goes a long way. He knew exactly what the problem was and helped me tremendously. Thank you sooo much.

Great experience. First time back since the construction next door was complete. Place looks great. Well stocked inventory. Very short wait time. Awesome customer service from Troy and the team. Nice group of people working here. Very helpful. Highly recommend this location.

If you need help with anything related to your car, go here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever received thanks to Ramon. I live a couple minutes away and my battery died. I gave them a call and Ramon, at 8pm at night, offered to come bring me the battery himself and even helped me install it. He was kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone. Thanks so much for your help!

The sales associate Jordyn was so incredibly helpful. However, the manager was so rude and ignorant. He instructed Jordyn to not help us with looking for inventory. Making comments right in front of us I was left speechless. This place needs a new manager ASAP. Don t come here.

Pulled into AutoZone this morning thinking I needed parts for an overhaul of my wiper system in the middle of a downpour. However, before I could start ordering hundreds of dollars in parts, Raymond stepped up and saved the day with some legit experience and straightforward honesty, tightening a nut and setting me up with a new wiper blade. Raymond went out, IN POURING RAIN, to help save a customer from spending money I didn t need to - while his fellow coworker was also doing the same for another customer at the same time! Needless to say, I ll definitely be back when I need parts (and advice) in the future. Their integrity, experience, and willingness to go above and beyond is exceptional when average is the standard elsewhere. Thanks again!

I just need to take this minute to share quite a reassuring experience I just had at the AutoZone in Dedham ma.Nigel a very pleasant store associate grabbed his jacket and came out into the cold to do a diagnostic test on my car.He was very pleasant and reassuring when I didn t even know how he would go about doing the test, as I popped the hood, He simply explained that it was going to be done from under the dashboard.He printed out the results and he discuss the right products with a colleague and, I am now on my way feeling much more secure in my car while I wait for an appointment at the dealership which will be in three weeks.I highly recommend stopping by this AutoZone and speaking with Nigel if you have any concerns about lights on your dashboard!Thank you Nigel!

Today I got great help from Raymond and his team at the Dedham Autozone. I had flunked my sticker inspection for a light I didn t even know I had. The 3rd brake light . He knew what I was talking about, there was a good deal on the bulb and he offered to install it for me even before I bought it. I was very appreciative of his help which was given very cheerfully. The tone of the employees in the was upbeat . Over all great experience. I now have my sticker! Thanks Raymond!!

Worst AutoZone I have ever been to. The worst customer service I have experienced in an auto parts store. First, they could not find my battery since it was misplaced on the shelf and I found it for them. The woman who was supposed to install the battery then said to come back in one hour as she rushed out for a "delivery." I should have been helped first since I was already in the store. Finally, the dumb register person did not give me a full refund since he did not know how so he almost charged me for a battery change fee when I discovered his mistake. I got charged for the tax for the fee so I did not even get the full refund that I had requested. Very disappointed! Would not recommend to anyone.

I want to take a moment to share a prime example of excellent customer service. Many may say when one works with the public that s the way it should be but when someone goes above and beyond their job description, that person needs to be recognized.I have recently purchased a Range Rover HSE Sport Td6, although I have become acquainted with all the different functions of this vehicle but this was the first time the warning of low diesel exhaust fluid came on, on my way to my destination in Dedham, that is about 45 minutes away from home. After speaking to my spouse he told me to find the closest Auto parts store and request DEF because I probably would not make it home. As a female I am quite self sufficient and able to problem solve, but I was quite nervous because this was a recent new vehicle and the Diesel world is all new to me and I was afraid I may do something incorrectly and make matters worse.I walked into this Autozone where I was instantly greeted by a newly hired salesman I explained my situation and he reached over to a co worker by the name of Raymond (I hope I got that right for I just glanced at his name tag) for help whom I would have assumed was a possible store manager due to his excellent work ethic and the need for his attention from many different people at the same time. After a few exchange of words he explained he s just a regular salesman. He demonstrated seamless excellent customer service and reassured me I was not going to be left stranded 45 minutes away from home.I wanted to write this review because it is important for employers to recognize their employees that go above and beyond their job duties and not there just for another paycheck at the end of the week. Raymond is a professional at what he does and wish him the best for his future.

I had a burnt out brake and tail light on rear driver s side and needed to get replacement bulbs. Was planning to install with a coworker via YouTube instruction and instead Asst Store Manager Raymond MacLean (sp?) kindly offered to install the bulbs, and complimentary at that. He was on his way home after his shift already ended so I was floored by this generosity. A++ customer service! Saved $$ from mechanic labor costs too. Highly recommend AutoZone for car needs like this, batteries etc.

While I know the franchise prioritizes customer care, this location is especially filled with amazing staff! During my last visit Dae-dae went above and beyond to help me with my car, and educate me around caring for a luxury vehicle. The physical location allows for great convenience.

I went to Dedham Autozone for an air filter and happen to ask the worker for some advice on how to fix a recurring alarm problem I had with my car. Raymond went above and beyond to help me reset my battery that day and also suggested spraying my new air filter with a deodorizer, which smelled great. Raymond made my trip to Autozone well worth it, he s obviously a great employee that cares about customers.
