The associate overcharged me for wipers. He also added a protection plan that I did not ask for without my knowledge. He then proceeded to make me feel uncomfortable while installing the wipers on my car. He had the audacity to ask for a tip for his "services" when he couldn't even figure out how to properly install my wipers (which to my knowledge is a free service provided by Advance Auto). Do better.

One guy is working the female is here chit chatting on the phone with her friend in Spanish. Luckily I speak Spanish and it was unrelated to work and about weekend plans and gossip. Do better with a line and not working doing what you are paid for . Company needs to watch cameras and make sure this girl is actually working.

Tons of delays. Attendant spends wasteful time on the phone. Lack of management and customer service. Don't waste your time at this branch, save yourself the trouble and go to another who takes their job seriously. Not to mention with the distracted phone call, the lady at the register got me the wrong wiper blades on two trips to the store. Wasting my time. I had to eventually order the wiper blades from Amazon. How could you mess up what type of wipers... when you have make, model, and series of the vehicle? The same info I used on Amazon and nailed it on the first try. Don't go here.

Great place. My battery died, and I'm so mad I forgot the guys name he deserves the recognition for going above and beyond to help me. Put my battery in no problem. Great service!!

This is my go store for anything automotive related. They always have what I need! The manager is one of the nicest people I know! Employees are very helpful and friendly! Highly suggest advance auto dedham

Sean was tremendously helpful. Got to the store just before closing after the place down the road couldn't help me with battery testing. Even though he was about to close up, he went out of his way to test my battery and let me know it was in good shape. Good customer service is hard to find and I would absolutely come here first next time. Thanks Sean

Shawn/Sean provided the best customer service. He quickly researched the size of my wiper blades and was able to install them for me. He seemed busy but he stopped what he was doing to help me with this process. Will come back again to Advance Auto Parts. Thank you for the awesome experience. Give this guy a raise!

Advance Auto Parts are full of it! Not a car expert but the cashier tricked me into buying the wrong parts for my car which cost $70. When I went to the garage (because I m not a mechanic) to install the parts the people at the garage told me it was the wrong parts. After getting the correct parts from the garage I went back to Advance Auto to return to refund the $70. They told me that they can t return electronics even though it was not used and item was opened by the garage people. Screw you Advance Auto Parts and that cashier who confused me with the parts.

Great customer service. Guy that helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable! He was the only one out of 8 other employees who were just sitting around chatting but at least I got the guy who seemed to want to help and knew his stuff. They didn't have what I needed but I would still go back for anything else that they would have. Thanks!

Ordered a headlight I needed online and it was ready in 30 minutes for pick up at store - very easy and the man behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint (not the biggest deal)...I purchased a diet coke in the store that had expired in early 2018 and it was very icky.

I was absolutely blown away. I know so little about cars, and needed new windshield wipers. About five seconds after walking in, Kris immediately asks how he can help. He was able to quickly find what I need, describe the different options, and he helped me install them! A trip I expected to take 30 minutes took less than 10. It s so rare to get this kind of service, and I can honestly say that if I need stuff for my car again, this is where I ll go.

This store don t take customers phone calls seriously. I called to see if they have a part in stock and they put me on hold for awhile to then just hung up the phone while I was still on the line. I called again and this time a lady answered the phone and she pretended like she couldn t hear me and hung up on me. I ll make sure I never step a foot in this store if they are going to treat their customer like that. Worst customer service ever!

I shopped in store several months ago. The item I purchased was based on the recommendation of the store associate. It was not effective. I came back to store to return it. The store manager was very rude. He said he will not return as it is open. I explained that I bought it few days ago and I did not use it. He rudely took from me another item which I was buying and said I will not sell you this item.He is very bad reputation to Advanced Auto Part. I tried to call Advanced Auto Part, kept behind the line for more than 1 hour and no one responded. Will never go again to Advanced auto part.

I go there and Autozone. It all depends on what they're both selling the parts for. But Advanced Auto is very stocked with mostly everything that would need except maybe specialty parts like an axel or an engine. Also the staff is very friendly and very informative. The only problem which really isn't much of a problem is the prices are sometimes a little higher than most auto parts places in the area. I would highly recommend it.

Excellent customer service! They made sure that the wiper blades I was purchasing were compatible with my vehicle and even came out and installed them. They definitely earned my appreciation.

It's a little out of my way, but it's worth it! Great customer service, always have what I need, and if they don't have it, they'll get it in reasonable timing!!! Love this place!!! Oh yeah, also very clean!

Only went because had 2 $5 coupons, there was a person inline waiting to be served. I got in line and I could hear the guys talking about person things in the back were the commercial counter is, I had to yell to get his attention.

This store has gone down hills lately... every time I place a order for pick up they never have item in stock but the website says they do... they need to update their inventory smh! (Always wasting my time and gas)

Stay away from advance auto. They sold me a wrong part and I came to exchange it or give me a credit and they said no. Even though they messed up. I came back with receipt and un used parts and they said no. Also for warranty even though it says lifetime warranty if you don't have receipt it won't work.My advice stay away! Autozone works way better and never had an issue before!

The staff here are beyond friendly and always take time to make sure you get the right part. Usually minimal patrons in the store, quick-in, quick-out.

Great bunch of guys. Some of them are true car enthusiast... Young and helpful. Has knowledge in their field... Overall very good. Somebody give these guys a raise!

Very helpful went for a diagnosis test for my friends car and was in and out within 20 mins told us what was wrong and gave a print out.

Crazy thought there store hours said it was open till9pm funny they where closed by 730 smh exact reason I d rather go to auto zone and spend the extra few $$ will never come to this store again
