so after buying a car from this place I immediately needed 2 front tires...hard believe seeing aspi JUST passed my car for inspection...so I put new ones on and within a few months they are both JUNK..seeing as the tires on it when I bought it were worn prematurely in the same EXACT pattern... it caught my attention.come 2 find out, the tierods and bushings are JUNK yet they passed it through inspection upon purchase just to get it out the door. .even though it's still under warranty I don't want these people ever touching my car again. and that's not even including the 1 too big lugnut on one of my tires thrown on there just to make it look like one wasnt missing!!! also, when I bought the car the back inside of the door panel was loose and missing a 25 cent clip but it's used,so whatever i thought..I bring it in to get the window actuator replaced on that side and you would've thought they might replace that clip seeing as it would've been impossible not 2 notice...but nope. couldn't of missed it if u do inspections on every vehicle like you say. also says a lot I'm not using my warranty and bringing it back there...I'm driving 2 phoenix next month to move closer to my daughter, losing this repair money hurts bad enough without putting my life at risk by having anything else done at this place...thanks guys. want 2 make things right with me? I need $1500. I don't see that happening, even though I'm damn lucky I didn't have an accident over the course of the last few months due to what appears to be clear negligence on your part. I just wanted 2 buy a car...

The service was excellent. They were able to make my car drive like it was new again without me having to break the bank. Its nice when the owners actually working on cars and over seeing thing in the shop instead of just sitting in an office. To sum it up. The place gets an A plus

Very upset with this place..Attempted to charge me $800 to replace a spark plug and an oxygen sensor. The 2 parts are side by side spark plug screws in, the sensor just has a connector.. Wasn't paying that!!! That's ridiculous complete rip off...I did it myself took me about an hour and the parts cost me about $50..I understand you need to make money, but when you attempt to rip someone off because you think they don't know anything about vehicles that's just wrong This was the 2nd time you tried this. I'm done with you

So I have owned about 10 used vehicles in my 15 years of driving. I run a masonry construction business so all my vehicles take a serious beating. That being said, the 5 vehicles I bought from aspi have been the best ones i have ever owned. They use extreme caution when selecting vehicles to sell and they use an extensive evaluation process for each car. I highly recommend these guys. You get your money's worth every time and they are extremely professional.

They helped me really well. Went above and beyond to answer all my questions. Even unpackaged product to show me how it looked on my car. I was unsure if i wanted what i wanted done. After i went there they made it easy to pull the trigger and get what i wanted. Competitive prices with the internet too. Walk or appointments. Great place. I'd send everyone that way immediately.

I would highly recommend A.S.P.I! I just bought my first car from here a couple of weeks ago and I'm really happy about it. They are very reliable, made sure that I received good service, and really listened to my questions/concerns. They are honest in what they do and the owner was very understanding and reliable,

Well it's a smaller franchise I wouldn't take my vehicle to any other garage Greg the guy that the receptionist takes good care of you and you make sure the mechanics do what they're supposed to do so I'm changing this from a forward or five star

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change 4 days in advance, When I arrived I was asked if I was leaving my vehicle or was I staying. I said that I was staying because I had other appointments, that's when I was told that all the bay's were occupied and even though I had an appointment I couldn't be told how long it was going to be if I waited. What is the purpose of making an appointment. UNACCEPTABLE!!
