I was extremely pleased with the sales and service provided by Nissan North Shore. The team, including Clinton (the Salesman), Alan (the Sales Manager), and AD (the business manager), guided me through the purchase of two vehicles: a CPO Nissan Rogue (Sept 2023) and a used Honda Pilot (Dec 2023). Their assistance was invaluable, and they even offered me the option to purchase extended warranties. Additionally, the service team consistently addresses any concerns I have regarding recalls or maintenance. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I recently purchased a Nissan with Reverend Clinton as my salesperson. I can t say enough great things about him he was friendly, caring, helpful and knowledgeable. He guided us through the entire process and when I picked up my car, he took the time to show me how everything on the dash works, and even hooked up my phone. 5 stars isn t enough for Rev. Clinton! Wonderful experience!

I had a great experience purchasing my rogue sport at North Shore Nissan. This was my first time buying a car alone and I was nervous about having to fight for a fair price, but I felt the staff here was genuinely interested in helping me get the best deal. Reverend Clinton, Alan and AD were wonderful to work with and made the process easy and enjoyable! They answered all my questions clearly and kept in constant communication with me while waiting for my registration to come in- they even took my car to get an inspection sticker when it was ready. I would highly recommend North Shore Nissan.

Had a great experience at North Shore Nissan purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle! Was pleasant doing business with salesmen Alan and Rev (Clinton), as well as their finance manager A.D. Had a discussion with Alan over the phone before I headed into the dealership to confirm vehicle in question was present, he was very transparent about the process and costs etc. No high pressure upselling or anything of that nature, staff was down to earth, took the time to explain all options with warranty, hashing out financing etc. Majority of my experiences with dealerships in past have left bad taste in my mouth. Was refreshing dealing with North Shore Nissan.

My husband and I have leased cars from Nissan NorthShore for years and have had the pleasure of working with Reverend Clinton. He is a wonderful salesperson, he is knowledgeable, eager to answer any and all questions. He is accomodating and has always been available to meet with us at our convenience. He calls to make sure you are happy with your purchase and to remind us that he is there if we need him.I would say our experience with leasing cars has been made easier and much more enjoyable because of Reverend Clinton. I was extremely nervous about purchasing my first vehicle on my own but Reverend Clinton made things easy. I had already gone to another dealer and the experience at North Shore Nissan was night/day better. I was greeted immediately and it felt like a very personalized experience. I was not feeling pressured and I appreciated the fact that they accommodated my hectic work schedule. I m really excited about my new Nissan Altima!

Re. Clinton was awesome. He was kind,professional, helpful. He actually remembered selling my daughter her car 21 years ago. If your in the market for a car I recommend visiting Rev. Clinton. You won't be disappointed. If I could give 10 stars I would.

My new car sales experience was good, Low pressure, attentive, professional sales man and straight forward finance guy. Deal done. I then tried to order spare keys from the parts/service department 4 times ( In person at signing papers and then at delivery, a call and once via web, same time with the tire issue ) and was ghosted every time. One time the service technician even suggested it was my fault he didn't get back to me. I now have a slow leak in my tire, might be road damage might be bad wheel/tire no idea. I used their online to schedule service and was ghosted again, so I called and they said they would get back within a couple of hours, ghosted again. Any service department this unprofessional is not touching a car I drive my family in.

Very thorough and helpful.Remember to bring the plates to the dealership if you're transferring them - the insurance and registry process takes a while.Also, if you're buying an EV, they are not up to date on the Mass or federal rebates.

From the minute I met when Reverend Clinton, my first impression was that he is not just a car salesman BUT that he is a genuine human being and wanted the best for me. I will 100% go back to him.The moment I called North Shore Nissan, I knew this was the Nissan dealership for me. From the associate who answered the phone and was patient with me, to Mike in the Service Department, to AD in financing, to Tom (the big guy) . all these people led me to Reverend Clinton. I have always had Nissan cars. My favorite car since 2011. Thank you everyone!!

I recently bought a 2023 Nissan Rogue with PJ and he was fantastic! He answered all my questions, never pressured me, patiently assisted me with an issue I had with my insurance company, and delivered everything on time. He was incredibly transparent and knowledgeable throughout the entire buying process. I m so thrilled with my experience and absolutely recommend North Shore Nissan and PJ!

I am from Maine and recently purchased a 2022 Nissan Frontier from North Shore Nissan. I worked with Reverand Clinton who was excellent. It was a no pressure and very positive experience - unlike the experience I had had at another dealer in my own state which is why I chose to buy the truck from North Shore Nissan. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because if you buy a vehicle from a state other than Mass or New Hampshire, the GM insists on delivering the vehicle to you at your local town hall or dmv to pay taxes and register the vehicle. This did cause a bit of a hassle on my end simply because my own work schedule conflicts with the hours my town hall is open. Nonetheless, I was able to work with the Reverand to find a time that worked for me, and he personally drove the vehicle up to Maine to meet me. He was very accommodating through the process.

I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue shortly after Thanksgiving.The process was fast, easy and low pressure.We had the good fortune to have PJ Montanez help us with the sales process. So unhappy the the salesman that I had when I bought my car he chips the paint on my door and when I point it out to him he s comment is .. well its not a new car nice Attitude .. I asked for touch up paint and he never got back to me.. I have been calling since August my keys don t work I changed the battery and everything . I believe I had Rick as a salesperson. Very unprofessional puts all blame on customer . still trying to get things fixed .just talked to Rick now again he puts me off . I don t know when they will fit you in . someone should remind Rick that you offer same day service

Shopping for a Nissan Rogue at Danvers, MA. My salesperson was the Reverend. He was very good in answering my questions and allowing me to test drive the vehicle (local and highway). I bought a pre-certified 2021 vehicle, color blue, and had many different pluses in the car ie Apple play (navigation, phone, play my own music), power lift gate, heated steering wheel, seats, etc. The process went smoothly in purchasing the vehicle. There was one negative thing, no inspection sticker when I picked up the car. The Reverend took care of that issue for me. On the whole I give 4 stars shopping at Nissan Rogue in Danvers.

Just went in to test drive a frontier that is actively being advertised. Conveniently when I just went in, the frontier was just sold to someone in Maine. IT IS A LURE CAR. I ve encountered this situation a number of times. This is a shady dealer. Would not recommend.

I recently purchased my 2020 Rogue at North Shore Nissan. It was a very good experience. My salesman, PJ was very helpful and answered all my questions. He was very polite, professional, and very easy to talk to. I never felt pressured. He made my car buying experience a good one. I would definitely recommend PJ and North Shore Nissan to anyone looking to buy a car!

I purchased a used vehicle recently from North Shore Nissan. The entire process was straightforward and easy. I have had bad experiences in the past with dealerships and was expecting to have to fight for a fair deal. Rick and Alan were a pleasure to deal with. I found the vehicle that I wanted, we agreed on a very fair price we closed the deal with no hidden fees or high pressure sales tactics that I was expecting to have to overcome. I highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.

Everyone at North Shore Nissan was amazing. They were all so very helpful. I HATE dealing with buying or leasing a car. They made the process so smooth and easy. Our salesman, PJ, came in on his day off to help finish the paperwork so we could take home the car on the day that was convenient to us.

Excellent experience buying a Nissan Rogue! Sales people were professional and friendly. They had the car ready to go because I called ahead, and most importantly gave me a fair price on trade in vehicle. We go back Monday to finish paperwork and hope it's just as smooth. Compared to the experience I had at Pride Hyundai in Lynn, this was a walk in the park and I will definitely recommend!

Had the best experience at North Shore Nissan. Clinton and Alan gave us great service and a fantastic deal on my new Rogue! Normally this is a stressful process but Clinton and Alan made it a breeze. Very friendly environment and never any pressure. Highly recommend going here for your next car!
