I was very pleased pleased with way my car turned out. Eric did an amazing job at fixing my 2015 Nissan Altima after a very scary experience. For those of you who own one, and didn't know there's a recall on hood latch, get to Nissan immediately and get it fixed. While I was driving, my hood flew open and smashed into my windshield. Thankfully I was able to walk out this, without a scratch, just very shocked. After being informed that there was a recall on this, I reached out to Kelly Nissan and explained what happened. I was very pleased to hear they would take care of the damages and also my rental. I am extremely grateful and very satisfied. Thank you Eric, and thank you Kelly Nissan for stepping up to the plate. I would highly recommend this collision center to get your work done!!!

My car got towed for repairs to Kelly Collision on 10/30. They couldn t appraise it until 11/13 so I won t count those first 2 weeks since I didn t call ahead and towed it here after an accident. I had my car repaired here in the past so figured I d just go back. It s now been about a month and a half and I haven t received the car yet. The parts were painted and awaiting assembly since 12/15. I might get it back tomorrow but I was also suppose to get it last Friday so we ll see.

Overall, I m happy with the work they performed.I appreciate Tyson and the team, who also accommodated a few special requests such as painting my grille to match the car and not putting my front plate back on.I dropped the car off in early April and it took around 3 weeks to get it back because they were waiting on parts. COVID lead times suck, so I can t knock them for that, but it would have felt more seamless if the lead time was clarified up-front so that I could have planned the drop-off accordingly.After the first week went by, I started calling for progress updates, which is when I found out the grille had not arrived yet. It was tough to get them on the phone at times. When I did get the car back, I noticed a wave in the front fender that I didn t recognize. I had to bring the car back to get that repaired, but they made it right and did a good job. Thanks!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I want to thank Eric Cole, Steve Smith, and Dan Smith for their ongoing fine service and help every single time I have been hit and also hit and run. They are very patient, thorough, and understanding. They study the case and take their time in seeing what scenario best fits the accident so that they are able to blend in the repairs that makes the car look brand new. I have never ever been disappointed, they are spot on. I would never consider anyone else but Kelly Collision Center. Thank you very much for your time, energy, and money spent.

Was directed here through Kelly VW to file a claim for a corrosion warranty on my car. Eric was wonderfully helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive with his work. A true professional in every definition of the word.

I was hit by a car and got my bumper scratched and broken fog light. I took my car to nissan collision center in Danvers and I expected to be fixed. I had to pay $1000.00 for my deductible. Dealing with my Insurance was a nightmare and it's ongoing problem but when I came to pick up my car I was in shock. License plate cover was broken in two pieces hanging down. When I asked what is that they said it was like that when I dropped my car which was a lie. I took a pictures before and that was all good not broken. I was dealing with Jojo who was not helpful at all and tried to convince me that I had broken plate cover. Later she said that it could happen in a car wash, which is absurd because i use car wash all the time and nothing like this happened to me. She said that not all carwash is the same. I felt like I was in a crazy movie. I got upset because if I had a broken plate cover and I just paid $1000.oo for fixing my bumper they should give me car in good condition. Another thing, there is a hole in my bumper and it wasn't there before. I am very upset and I can't get over it because they suppose to fix my car and not give me car with damage. She was dismissing me and my complaints it was like in a bad dream. I can't just be quiet and don't say anything. This was worse experience in my life. I never had to deal with something like this and I am very disappointed and I would never go to this horrible place with poor customer service!!!!!!!

Service was exceptional from the moment I brought the vehicle in for minor repair. The vehicle was cleaned upon my arrival, and it appeared as new as when we first purchased it. Outstanding in every capacity. Big thanks.

My new Nissan Versa car was rear-ended by a Jeep, whose break wasn t working properly. It was badly damaged. A manager at Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield, where my car was serviced semiannually, recommended to me that my car be repaired at the Kelly Collision Center. The insurance company handling my case granted my request that my car be repaired at the Kelly Collision Center.I have a superb experience working with Mr. Steven Smith, collision estimator/advisor, at Kelly Collision Center. He handled my entire case from the moment of my first call very professionally and efficiently. He provided very clear guidance to me every step of the way, starting with communicating with the insurance company, arranging for the towing of my car to the Collision Center, and receiving the appraisal of the damage. My car was declared total. Steven then arranged for me to pick-up my personal items from the car and then he communicated with the Insurance Auto Auction company to tow my car away. The car collision was traumatic. I am very grateful that Steven had made the entire process of dealing with the damaged car, the insurance company, and the salvage company painless for me.I recommend Kelly Collision Center and Mr. Steven Smith very highly and without reservation should you ever need to service your car damaged in a collision.

The service at Kelly Collision was great. Had to get my hood replaced from an accident. They also took the time to help me clean inside of the card which was also great. The team at Kelly Collision Center was super easy to work with and made getting repairs done to my car very simple. They worked directly with my insurance so that hassle was minimal and my car was returned to me looking brand new. I hope I don't need body work done on my car again but if I ever do, I'll be heading back here without hesitation.

I made an appointment last week to perform minor touch up/repairs to scratches on my front bumper. The receptionist on the phone told me to bring it to the Lynnway even though I asked if it should be brought to Collision center. She said no and that Kelly Honda would take care of it which I took to mean they would drive it their themselves if need be. I received an email confirmation and estimate to bring it to the Lynnway. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told by the service representative that they didn't do that work at that location. I explained what I was told to do and asked and suggested several alternatives as I was in a hurry and couldn't take more time to make an appointment in Danvers. They said sorry. I spoke to a manager who stated the same thing with no alternatives. I am a long time customer, having leased many cars over the years and deserved better customer service than I received. These people have wasted my time and and if I could give them no stars I would. No professionalism; no concern that individuals making appointments are giving wrong information; no desire to make a situation they messed up right with the customer. When it comes time to lease again, I'll have to seriously consider whether I want to do business with Kelly again.

They are great. They handled everything with my insurance company. They got me a rental car when all the local agencies were sold out and Diane even walked out into torrential rain to find a rental for me. The body work came out great and I had one concern that was quickly handled. The entire team here deserves credit. Thank you Diane, Tyson, Luna and Skip !!!

I can't say enough about my experience at Kelly Collision Center, specifically Jason Louf. About a month ago a tree fell on my car and my insurance company recommended Kelly Collision. From the day my car was dropped off, they have been professional and EXTREMELY helpful. Jason went out of the way and made tedious calls to my insurance to make sure they did exactly what they were supposed to and even helped me with the car rental. I will never go anywhere else moving forward. Thank you Jason!

I have used this body shop four times. My last experience was definitely the best. Not only did my car look brand new from the outside they also took the time to clean it inside. It felt like a brand new car when I got it back. The office calls you and keeps you up-to-date with the repairs. And they make it very easy to pick up and drop off your rental car.

I brought my car in for a repair of the body and though there were some complications with the warranty and the rental car company, Enterprise. Kelly Collision Center was able to come to a solution and fully repair the car. I got the car back as if it were brand new! I ve been hit three times in 2 yrs. each time Kelly Collision has done outstanding work and returned my car to me in showroom condition. Everyone that I ve dealt with is professional and extremely accommodating and helpful.

I took here because I have a brand new50,000$ truck and read the reviews and they seemed really good for the most part. My truck had some rear end damage. Took a lot longer then they had told me witch is fine with me if work was done correctly and right. When i finally went to pick up my truck I noticed that it was not washed like they had told me they do. I found my sharp antenna to my truck on my dash. And when I got home I noticed there was stains inside of my new truck on my interior. Where the work was done as well as scratches. And my sticker I had on my window was damaged also my rain guard I had on the rear door they had to take off was damaged. Not exceptable to me for 5000$. I really had high hopes for this place as there website shows all state of the art equipment. I guess it all depends on the tech you get. Having such a expensive vehicle you would think they would give to there best tech. One good think about kelly collision center is there front end staff is very nice and professional. Unfortunately I will not be going back to kelly collision and hope this helps.

I brought my car to get fixed damaged from my car accident. They told me would be done in a week . Week went by called waiting for the insurance. Called insurance to figure out everything was all set in their parts. Got my car back they changed the parts my car is platinum and they put different color. Got my car inside trash . Driving car they told me is all set car is making horrible noise and I need to bring it again to get fixed . Tires both low I had to stop in middle of highway with my kids going out of my way when I could have brought my car somewhere else and would have Had better service. Try to call to get an answer what happened with the car situation always put on hold never get a call back . Horrible service . Would never bring my car back again !!!

Called to simply ask for information on an estimate for replacing a fuel door on my VW - was transferred 6 times before got a woman who then told me she was the only person in the office before I could even ask her my question. If this is how they handle a call, I don't trust them with my car.

Had our car for 12 days just to fix a little ding on the bumper. When we went to pick it up they couldn't find our paperwork, their computers were down and they couldn't even give us a summary of the work done. Massive headache all the way around.
