Went in expecting just to browse and get some information but left with a really great car! Juan Tabares was very professional and helpful! He made me feel like my needs and goals were put first and did everything in his power to make sure I left with what I came for and obtain the best outcome I could get. He went above and beyond and was very attentive. I will be recommending Juan and Honda to my friends and family. Thanks Juan and Honda!

I never imagined I d write a review of a car dealership, but Amy was truly amazing. She made the entire process so simple. The quote she gave me over the phone was competitive and complete - no hidden fees or up charges or anything. She walked me through the entire process and I left with my car, without needing to follow up at the RMV or anywhere. Can t recommend enough!

I couldn t have asked for a better experience at Kelly Honda with Sal. This was my third lease trade in and it was extremely easy. They worked with me to get a deal that worked for my budget and I never once felt like they were trying to play me. The whole entire process was quick and easy and I got to take my car home the same day! I can t thank Sal enough for all his help and for helping me lease another car.

One thing Kelly Honda has from me is Loyalty! Every experience I ve had has been great! Really exceeds my expectations and i always leave a satisfied customer. From services to sales I always know exactly what is going on with my vehicles. I ve gotten two cars from them thus far! Everyone there is amazing! Best experience. Kyle the sales manager was extremely helpful and kind. Manny (who sold me the car) was great with dealing with me as I was very particular in what I wanted. Answered all of my questions and found everything I was looking for in a car. Ask for him! Jose was also a great help with all my paperwork. He even helped me set up my insurance through my app. I was very well taken care of while being there. Truly feel like they all went above and beyond for me. Thank you for your unbelievable service!

Angel was amazing, at first I went for a Civic LX and unfortunately they didn t have it in the color I would like. Angel worked his magic and found me a perfect civic for the perfect price. I have to give this team a lot of credit for the whole process. Visiting dealerships can be challenging and not always pleasant but this team truly has changed the way you interact and the way which you purchase a car. For starters I looked online and got a follow up from Andres Rodriguez, this guy is top class. He took the time to break down what I needed and guided me to a car that I wasn t even considering due to cost but of course he made sure to at least present the different options. After much discussion and submitting my info I was able to get in an Accord and once I arrived, Sal greeted my wife and myself and showed us the way to the car. After taking a look at the car we moved into finance and worked with Tony. The guy has a way with paperwork, he covered the options for wheels and coverage and kept us engaged the whole way. This has to be one of the best experiences I ve had and I ve purchased a lot of cars from this dealership and I highly recommend you visit this location if you re looking to find out your options.Siuuuu!

Drove a good length to this Honda dealership because of its reputation of good deals. Very good as expected. Kelly Honda salesman Sal was very good at getting me that great deal. Got me that new Honda to drive home the same day! The finance manager was very clear and informative. Definitely recommend this dealer over other Honda dealerships around the area.

From 1-5 it's a 10 for me my experience was excellent. I knew what I want and wasn't pressured in any way to do something I didn't want to do. Justin Flores the salesman i dealt with was very nice, helpful, informative and explained a lot of details helping to get a better deal. If you go to Kelly Honda on the LynnWay defiantly ask for Justin Flores and you'll be in good hands.

However, my recent encounter with Dan Wendt, the General Sales Manager, has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.My husband and I have always enjoyed a positive experience at Kelly Honda, referring friends and family and even receiving referral bonuses. However, dealing with Dan Wendt was an entirely different story. He exuded arrogance, rudeness, and condescension throughout our interaction, making it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for him.Despite Kelly Honda's slogan of making the car-buying experience "Easy," Dan Wendt made it anything but easy. His attitude and demeanor were far from welcoming or helpful, leaving a sour taste in our mouths. When I told him that I needed a larger vehicle because I have four teenaged kids (1 and triplets) that have backpacks, sports equipment, and take a lot of room- he asked why we all need to travel together in the vehicle at the same time- I was so perplexed. This guy just doesn't get it.I regret not working with other staff members like Kyle and Anthony, who have been helpful and courteous in the past. It's a shame that Dan Wendt's behavior has tainted our perception of an otherwise reputable dealership.As our current leases near their end, we will be returning our vehicles to Kelly Honda, but we will not be engaging with them for any future purchases or services. Dan Wendt's unprofessionalism has cost Kelly Honda a loyal customer, and I would caution others to beware of dealing with him.In conclusion, my experience with Dan Wendt at Kelly Honda Lynn was nothing short of a nightmare, and I hope management takes steps to address such behavior to ensure other customers don't have to endure similar treatment.

Kelly Honda of Lynn made the buying experience of a car as easy and hassle free as possible. The staff was very helpful. Not the first car I've bought from them and wont be my last. My thanks to the Lynn staff.
