I was approached for a man in very rude and tough way to buy new tires for my car. He said that I couldn t leave there without new tires. Well, it is my car I decided where and when I will buy news tires or other parts. The other who was taking my information to do oil changes over my request , said that I was there for free car advise. It was very disrespectful attitude for a customer who was paying for his service. I m very disappointed with IRA . Never going back there again. Bad , very bad service, attitude and disrespectful employees.i won t buy any more car there or do service for my cars. Worse attitude I ever felt!

I am writing this review as I sit and wait in the service waiting room. This service dept is very consistent with their level of service, so when the GM responds to a review, it means nothing as I noticed his responses are the same. Customers come back and nothing has changed. Service advisor informed me a couple days ago that my wait was going to be over 3 hrs so I rescheduled to a day and time that he was adamant of a much shorter wait. Here I am waiting over 3 hrs for a routine oil change, which was my feedback to him and why the rescheduling. He said I had something added to the service previously but both previous services took that long when one had no added services and no oil change just an inspection because of the prepaid maintenance packages. Customers: pay attention to your visits. Notice that the service advisor(s) always try to add on services to your visit even when the vehicle is fairly new. Not one visit where I can just come in for a routine oil change without them asking for additional service, which was my experience many years ago to be able to only come for an oil change and leave in less than an hour. Funny how I was presented with exactly the list of maintenance service common upsells. I ve owned several Toyotas over the course of 25 years and have serviced my vehicles at different locations and states so my review is based on pretty much a lifetime of service visits. I m giving two stars because my advisor (whom I seem to get each time I come) was pleasant and just doing his job

I am one disappointed customer. Came in for prepaid service. Constantly encouraged to purchase additional dealer recommendations that are questionable at best. 5000 miles since last appointment. The oil was not changed. Looking at the paperwork only fluid levels were up for a check. Not due for service for another 5000 miles. Prepaid service contracts buyer beware. Having work done here? Get a second opinion. Buyer beware. Purchased a synthetic oil contract as well. My mistake evidently.

I live in Woburn which has a Toyota service department but I drive to Ira in Danvers based on positive customer service experiences. Bruce Brewer was initially at Mazda but went to Toyota; he was the key factor for switching because Mazda service declined when he left so I followed him to Toyota. When I bought 3 Toyota vehicles since the switch ... I've been continuously pleased. I've tried Woburn Toyota and it was the worst experience ever ... They misplaced my car.... I'm not joking.... They couldn't find my car that had been brought in at 9 am for an oil change that wasn't returned till nearly 3:15 pm because they lost the car. Ira is quick, thorough and doesn't lose the cars of their patrons

Unfortunately, there seems to be a lack of communication between, and within, departments. I only come here because I have a CPO vehicle that still has warranties and it s the closest service center, but I will be unlikely to recommend anybody to use the services of this dealership.

I Walk in a sales person was a traine ,he went to get a experience sales person I told him I was interested in a 2024 T undra platinum white he goes get a black one and said go try it so I took it around the parking lot came back 5 minutes later he had another customer in his cube so he put me in the open table on the floor he said he was multiple tasking .This is poor customer service he was back and forth not giving his 100% of time to my needs as a customer he said the lady was a good customer and brought 7 cars from him thats all good but if he gave me good customer service I probably would brought from him .This Ira Toyota has changes .There so many sales people on the floor just doing nothing he could gave me to another sales representative.Also he didn't know the product and didn't want to see what is coming in I had to ask and see if he could locate one .I just told him I had to goAnd thank him .It sad today business grow instead giving better service or know what your selling. They just want us as customer to sign on the dot line and not have repeat businessGood luck

Matt Buonomo is awesome. We used him as our service advisor multiple times and it s always been a smooth process. Communication is great, we usually opt for the drop off and pick up option and that s always been easy as well. Hey Ira Toyota. How come I paid $295 for the service and don t see the fluid levels adjusted. Inspect & Adjust All Fluids was inclued in the service. Service was done 08/27/2022

I called in to schedule Transfer case oil change which was do at 30000 miles. The service representative didn't even know what transfer case was. She said she'll talk to a mechanic and then call me back which she never did. But every 5000 miles they love to pitch me parts that I don't even need, and they totally ignore a major fluid change maintenance. No one mentioned it to me in my last visit either. I just found out by looking at the maintenance book of the car.

I got the fall package which included tire rotation, oil change and wiper blades. After the work was done, I took the car home and noticed tire air light was on. I brought the car back and they diagnosed bad air sensors. I opted to forgo replacement of the sensors since service advisor Curran quoted around $450 and just paid diagnostic fee around $120. Tire low air light was still on for next few days but it fixed itself. I was surprised because if the sensors were bad then light should have stayed on. Next day it was raining so I tried to turn the wipers on but wipers won t buzz. End up missing the work day and took the car to service station for wiper check next day. I tried calling the service number to talk to Curran but got his Voicemail twice to see if he can have someone check the issue. Left Voicemail on Curran phone too but no use. I was under $200 and may be more if there was an issue with the vipers. Took the car to service station for viper check after work. Curran s shift was done so he couldn t help. Tyler assisted and I spoke to customer service manager Bill about continuing issues after the service. Bill was able to expedite my work and credit my account since he understood that I had received bad service previously and lost 2 days of work due to car not being available. I have been using Ira Toyota for car service and this experience makes me continue using them. Everyone makes mistakes but I am glad they were able to admit that and make the wrong right. Tayler seems to have a greater sense of customer service and helped make the situation better.

Always trying to sell you a car, if it's not trying to part you to a new car . They try and tell you need stuff to your car that you do not need. We finally have stopped going after 3 cars and 13 years. Rip offs.

Engine light went on which disabled safety features. I suggested bad gasoline at very beginning. My car was in the shop for 6 days. On the 5th day, conclusion was bad gas! Should have listened to owner when brought in, taken a sample of gas, and moved on.

I bought a brand new car, when the battery has gone bad, i went back to Ira to have it fixed. There was a miss communication at first but Mr.Steve Mahan made everything right. Five star service, great job Steve!

When I went in for my normal 30,000 mile service I was told it would take two to two and a half hours. Even though there was no extra services needed above the standard service it ended up taking just over three hours and a half hours.
