I appreciated the Staff at Danvers GMC. They were courtious, professional and very organized. They worked hard to make a deal that made sense for both of us. They listened to what I wanted and never attempted to up sell me. Overall a good experience and I love my truck!

Kerry in service is top notch. My 2022 has been in to service a lot over the last several months. When your at the dealer 5 times in one month you don't always have the best taste in your mouth. Given the situation I dealt with an advisor who had a great attitude and is always willing to put you at ease. Even if the issues linger with the vehicle its nice to have someone that goes out of their way to provide service. Thank you Kerry!

Extremely happy with the customer service. Both Johan Estevez & Henri Duverneau were very helpful in the purchase of my new GMC Terrain. They were both very informative and made me feel comfortable during the entire process. I d like to thank them both again, and would recommend GMC Danvers to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!

UPDATE: we're stranded in Connecticut because the repairs completed were apparently just a quick fix. This truck has been nothing but issues from day 1. It has now cost us thousands extra and now I'm on the side of the road in Connecticut overheated and leaking coolant (see video below). GMC Danvers should be ashamed with the service they provide.My salesman Jared was very nice and professional , and the purchasing process was simple. Unfortunately, the same day I drove my truck off the lot, it began to make a clicking and screeching sound. I was told to bring it back. After over an hour, I was told they "sprayed the belt" and that the screeching noise was resolved. Within 24 hours the sounds resumed and the check engine light came on. As this was still within 48 hours of purchase, I called and arranged to bring the truck back in. Prior to my appointment, I had a mechanic (not from GMC Danvers) take a look to tell me what the issue was, as I felt the dealership was not taking me seriously. I learned that the check engine was from the evap canister and that the belt, idlers and tension pulleys were the cause of the sound and that they needed to be replaced. When I arrived for my appointment at GMC Danvers I informed them of the issues. They kept my truck for 2 days and only replaced the evap canister. My truck continues to make an awful squeak and clicking noise, as they refused to address the problems with the truck they literally just sold me. I expect that a truck purchased from a reputable dealership would have been thoroughly checked over prior to selling it. At a minimum, I expected that they would fix the issues in a vehicle they let drive off the lot 48 hours before. This company clearly doesn't care about getting repeat business, or providing credible service to their customers. I feel like I was scammed and would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Excellent experience at GMC Danvers. I knew what I wanted and how I needed to achieve it. Dealing with Kim was a great experience. She was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk with.We got right to business and found and put into motion a deal that was acceptable for all in less than an hour (including the 15 minute test drive). There was no back and forth multiple times trying to find the best solution. They knew what I wanted and were able to meet as close to perfect as possible.In less than 4 hours of entering the dealership, I drove off with my new truck. I highly recommend!

I m so incredibly happy with the work GMC Danvers has done on my vehicle! I recently purchased a 2007 Hummer H2 and was nervous about being able to get it serviced given the age. GMC Danvers service department has gone above and beyond, helping to source parts as needed, and completing quality work. The service team is lovely, friendly, helpful, and responsive. If you drive a GM vehicle, there s no better place in the north shore to get it serviced!

We recently bought a car from GMC Danvers and it was probably the best car buying experience that we've ever had! Our sales consultant was Jared Zenga. He was knowledgeable and very, very easy to work with! The used car manager, Tommy Huynh, was also extremely helpful! The finance woman was extremely friendly as well! If we ever buy another car, or if family members are looking for a car, we will definitely go there again! They did a great job and were very respectful and helpful!

Great service department. We were traveling from Florida and needed an issue fixed on our Yukon. Sara was able to find the parts and get it fixed in amazing time to get us back on the road. The 30-point inspection saved me over $1800 in other repairs. Highly recommend this dealership.

Brought my truck in for warranty work and the service manager lies to me about finding aftermarket parts on my truck and would not cover under warranty. I bought it with pre certified that gm gives and there s a list they have to go through. I called up banks Chevy because that s who I bought my truck from and they bent over backwards to look up and tell me that in fact my problem was covered under warranty. So once again I won t be giving this place business because it still hasn t changed. Always trying to screw people. I m willing to drive an hour away to make sure my truck actually gets the care it needs.

Purchased a used truck from there, everyone was very friendly and help me out to make the deal work. The salesman Johan very friendly and easy to work with and the sales manager Niko was also a joy to work with as well. Good small dealership to work with and very welcoming.

Here is my story in MA.I started with another GMC Dealer that wanted to charge a $5000.00 fee over invoice. I TOLD THEM I was going to GMC Danvers Ma. The sale person at that Dealer said I would do that If I were you. I met Jeff Clickstein and told him what the other Dealership had said to me and ask if he was going to increase price on Truck. (2022 Denali Ultimate). He said the price we agree on will not change. 1/15/2022 when my truck arrived there was a $2700.oo up charge from GMC. The sales person Eddie Espaillat said I would need to talk to Jeff about this. I called Jeff and he said he needed about five minutes and he would call me back. I found Jeff to be a man of his word and a stand up guy. Jeff said he had good news and bad news. The good news was I was NOT going to pay the $2700.00 up charge for the truck I ordered. the bad news could pick up truck in 2 days. To me that was all good news. The sales person made be fell like I was Family Ten stars for Eddie. This is the first GMC that I have purchased. The name of the truck is Denali Ultimate and GMC was right on when when they decided to call this truck Ultimate. I have own Fords all my life ( just turn a young 76 years old in April) If you are lucky enough to ride in one and even luckier if you could buy one. I had a great time at GMC Danvers .In closing I know 2 other people that went to Jeff and purchase there GMC in this day price is important . So hats off to Jeff And Eddie.

My experience with Kim at GMC Danvers was outstanding. In these times of new vehicle shortages, it was wonderful to hear that GMC Danvers had 11 Acadia s on site for me to choose from. Kim listened to all my requests, respected my budget and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. My husband and I were presented with vehicles that fit our budget and not coxed toward higher priced cars which was our experience with other dealerships. I would highly recommend that if you are in the market for a new car that you call Kim.

Terrible service. Brought my truck in to have the rumbling noise checked out when truck is in 4wd. They said it was my brand new tires. I said it s not rumbling when in 2wd. I used to be a mechanic when I was young and the tire theory is just a lazy one. The service manager that I had never seen before just argued with me. I waited almost a month and they changed me $190.00 for nothing. Repeat there is no vibration when in 2wd. It s not the tires!!!! Maddening!!! I ve never had a problem with GMC Danvers before.

From start to finish this was the best experience by far. Every 3 years we trade our suvs and it is never good . We dread the thought of dealing with car saleman, that is until we found GMC Danvers. We hope every trade is as easy as this one. We laid our cards on the table as did they and it was a done deal. Unlike another NS dealer, they spent the time to go over all the new technology and devices. Niko , Eddie, and Jeff thank you again. Will see you this time next year for the next one.

I would wholeheartedly recommend bringing your car to GMC Danvers. I had to have some repairs done urgently before a trip and they squeezed me in when other auto repair shops turned me away because they were too busy. The team was quick, very honest and pleasant to deal with. The tech personally addressed my car's issues and gave an honest assessment of what needed to be done to get me safely back on the road. Overall excellent service and a great experience. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Older vehicles often are difficult to get repaired(new parts hard to find and younger techs not familiar with obsolete models). Danvers GMC has rescued my '06 Sierra several times.
