We had a very difficult dent repair , and Brian , the master technician, spent what ever time it took to make our car look perfect. It looks perfect. Mind you this was a very complex repair , and it s hard to explain but it s magic. From the time we stepped into their office , they were all extremely professional and friendly and eager to ensure that we were pleased. Lou, even called us after we picked the car up to ensure we were happy with the repair! We can t say enough great things about Dent Wizard , in Danvers, and you should ask them to look at before and after pictures of a 2021 Grey Audi , you too will be amazed! We must also mention that by this process ,they are VERY environment friendly as this repair is with no paint , sanding , power consumption, new part replacements , or even over all use of everyone s time. What a great feeling they must have doing their job.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Dent Wizard is truly a Wizard! They removed 6 dents in my truck that would have been thousands to repair and repaint at a body shop

Took my wife's car for a hood Dent that was pretty big. The technician stated he will get it perfect because that's what he does. I told him not to worry about it and if he could just get it better, I'd be happy. He really took pride in his work and he did get it perfect. The price was reasonable and they made sure it looked good to me before I left. It's rare to find someone who really cares about their work these days. It was much appreciated.

Had some annoying stone chips on the hood of my almost brand new car. Since I had great experience with Dent Wizard in Danvers in the past, I made an appointment. I provided the original Volkswagen touch up paint. Josh, 'the guy from New Hampshire', took care of the issue, he was right on time. Within 45 minutes the chips in the paint literally vanished. Even knowing where they were, I can barely identify them. Great Job and Thank you!Service: Painting

These folks are very professional and very good at what they do. We had multpile scratches and dents on a car we were trying to sell and were looking to spend little to make it better for resale. They were very reasonably priced compared to a new paint job and the car looked like it was brand new after they worked on it. Needless to say, the car sold for our asking price within days after they made it look so good! Thanks Dent Wizard...Highly recommended!

Dent Wizard took a very nasty dent and made my car like new again! Absolutely amazing! Paula, the office administrator was knowledgeable, friendly and professional and John, the technician, worked magic on my car! He's an extremely rare commodity these days: a true craftsman who takes great pride in his work! I couldn't be happier! A+! VERY highly recommended!

I have used this shop a couple times and they did a fantastic job, I was very satisfied and happy with the work. The last two times I needed to use this shop though I was not able to have my vehicle repaired for at least a week and the prices seem to be on the high side. I'm an impatient person so when I want something, I want it yesterday. I was able to get a place that repaired my vehicle the same day and for 90 less dollars than I was quoted at dent wizard and the work was done very well, perfect in fact. So for those that don't mind waiting, this place is great. If you want same day service, this may not be your place.

Awesome expierence. I got my dent removed same day, only took about 90 minutes from walking in to leaving (plenty of places to go eat while your car is being worked on) and overall great expierence.John, one of the employees who got the dent out even put a little white paint on my car where a few road chips were as well. It's so hard to find great customer service nowadays but dent wizard Peabody definitely still believes in that! Keep up the great work guys! 5 stars!

Some lady backed into my antique Harley Davidson motorcycle and dented the tank. Her insurance paid $1800 and the tank is super rare. afriend suggested Dent wizard. John did an amazing job repairing that dent. I'm a machinist and used to getting things to within a half a thousandth of an inch so to impress me with this kind of skill is rare and I was only charged $238.

I was referred to Dent Wizard by a body shop and I am very happy with their work. My truck had 4 small dings and Paul repaired them quickly and charged a reasonable fee. I would highly recommend this business.

To get a 5 star rating should be the most difficult objective to attain in this type of industry. To achieve this, there can be no room for error. People demand perfection when it comes to their automobiles. All the people who work here are well deserving of five stars; from the front desk to the master craftsman who took out the dent in my fender. I thank you all.

i had a dent wizard rep come to the dealership i work at and met me just say, i was in shock and awe to how much of an amazing job jason did. I had a teenager jump on the hood of my car at school and leave a massive dent on the hood, i met up with him at 9 o'clock in the morning and it took him some time but it is expected, for such high quality work, takes time, i would recommend the dent wizard to anyone of may family or friends who needs to have paintless dent repair done. he told me afterward that he even surprised himself how well it came out. it looks brand new and we were both extremely impressed and i will recommend this service to anyone i come across, thank you for your expertise and letting me watch you do your job, even though it was somewhat painful to watch at times, it looks brand new. thank you jason and the team at dent wizard for such an amazing experience, A+ work.

They fixed the wife's scratched rims, they look new. They also buffed out the scratches on the bumper for another $25. These people are serious professionals. I recommend them

Outstanding work. I had two pretty good dings, they are now completely gone. John, the man who worked on my car, told me he's been doing this for over 20 years, it shows. Highly recommended, reasonable price.

I was quoted $150 to repair a 1" dent on my truck if it was accessible from my truck bed. Made the appointment only to have the technician say he didn't think it would work because he may break the trim in which he would've accessed, which I was ok with. We opted to go with the glue route and try to pull it out. He pulled some of it out which took about 20 minutes. It looked maybe 50% better but I was still charged $150. Would I do it again knowing the glue/pull method would may or may not work for $150, absolutely not. Oh well, guy was cool.Service: Body & Trim

had appointment with the Danvers office.... no one ever showed up.called the next day & they said their guy was so busy he couldn't make it..rescheduled.he never showed up again.called again for the 3rd appointment & rescheduled again.they finally showed up.... made the job MUCH WORSE, & said they wouldn't charge because they f**'d it up so badly...DO NOT RECOMMEND!
