Only great things to say. Very professional. Handled seamlessly with insurance. Very high quality body work... cannot see any subtle evidence of repair. Repair was completed ahead of schedule. Highly recommend.

Brought my car in on a Monday for some repair work on my driver's side panel. Told it might take 4 days. It was done in 3 days and it looks great. When I got in my car I noticed they had cleaned the interior including the crumbs and such from the cup holders. From start to finish they were professional and respectful, never once talking down to me or over my head. They made sure I knew what was going to be done and advised how to deal with the insurance co. of the party who damaged my vehicle.

I brought My 22 WRX here after someone hit it and caused a good amount of damage to the front end. Cohasset collision did a great job with the repair and it looks as good as new. I noticed that the headlight involved in the accident was not realigned correctly, but that was easy to take care of myself.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

My parked car was hit and they did a stunning job with it's restoration. It was returned in better condition than it was before the incident;Couldn't recommend more. They turned a very stressful upsetting situation into an easy process and even emailed with me versus phone calls which as an anxious person is my preference and very appreciated lol.

I cannot recommend Cohasset Collision Center enough.My dad needed a repair done, got quoted a price and left.The next day we get a call that there wasn't as much damage as they thought and they had a check for the difference.We were shocked. This has never happened before.I cannot recommend Cohasset Collision Center enough.

There is only 1 Bodyshop on the South Shore.36 year customer! I spent 30 years in high end car dealers. This is #1!!!!

These guys make the best of a bad situation, kinda like bragging about your surgeon after they cut you open and sewed you back up. Unfortunately, with seven cars in the family we have used Cohasset Collision more than once. Mike Harris, who is one of the people who works the front end of the shop is terrific and the work they do on many high ends cars is top rated. As a Liberty Mutual customer this shop is one of their preferred shops so Liberty will make sure that the work satisfies you. From our experience they are really good on German cars with all their special paint and this and that. We just got our car back today and they completely detailed the inside so it looks showroom new. Great job!

After having been rear-ended and pushed into another vehicle, there was a lot of repair needed on my truck. Cohasset Collision did a great job with the repair while being helpful and empathetic during a frustrating time. This was the third time we've used Cohasset Collision and I would definitely use them again - although I hope I don't have to!

As a fellow auto body shop owner - I can tell you that these guys have it together! I stopped in without an appointment and Mike Harris was nice enough to give me some advice on my Grandmother's (who lives nearby) vehicle which had some minor damage. He gave me a quick tour of the shop and it seems as though they have a wonderful operation in place.

This place has been a total nightmare. If I could save one person from bringing their car there my review would be worth it. I got into an accident with my car which wasn t my fault, my insurance suggested I take it to Cohasset Collision. The estimated time of completion was 10 days. They took a month. When I picked up the car and brought it home, the same day I noticed moldings which were replaced were falling off, scratches on the bumper which weren t painted, dents on the hood they made while prying it open, and poor quality overall work. The work they did was VERY SLOPPY. I called insurance and told them my concerns, they told me that Cohasset Collision Center has been paid for those repairs and they MUST repair them and make it right. I brought it back to them, and when I went to go pick it up they informed me that the aftermarket parts they used on my car don t really fit that good and I have to live with it . It was becoming more of a hassle than it was worth, so I let it go. 5 days later when I am driving my car THE TRANSMISSION HOSES FALL OUT OF PLACE DUE TO POOR QUALITY WORK AND THE TRANSMISSION DIES!!! I bring it to VW, and they tell me that parts that the collision center claimed to have replaced with suspension issues were not replaced. Cohasset Collision SCAMED ME and destroyed my car. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THEM!!!!!!

Had my car repaired and it was excellent. They did the whole front of my car and looked better than when I got the car originally. Front office was friendly and helpful. No complaints and would absolutely take my car back again if I had too.

I was recently in an accident. My Car was almost totaled. I had damage to the front end of the vehicle including the bumper, grill, both sides of the hood, tire brackets and so on. My insurance asked me to take the car to a repair shop associated with them. I researched and one of the places was Cohasset Collision Center. I checked their reviews and they were alright. They worked on the car for 10 days or so. When I went to get the car I noticed some issues with the molding on the bumper. Person in charge told me this is the best they could do with after-market parts (molding was coming out of the bumper on the right side). He also said there is no way they could put original parts. There were also some scratches on the bumper. My hunch is that they charge the insurance for the usual after market parts but actually buy cheap after market parts because as you know there are a lot of after-market companies with some selling junk.Anyway, this is not the issue and the story continues. I went and took the car. I did not want to deal with the headache of the bumper so I just left. I drove the car for a few days. Then a few days later as I was driving on the highway, I notice very strange sounds from the gear as it refuses to shift, Check Engine lights up, car can shift only to the third gear or may be second. I had school and other errands that I had to put on hold and I drove directly to the nearest dealer. Dealer immediately checked the car and told me that my transmission was gone. WHAT? HOW! How did this happen. After checking the car they notice that that the hoses for the transmission fluid were hooked in the wrong place which made the car leak transmission fluid. They determined that this was done by Cohasset Collision Center because in order to fix the bumper and the front end of the car they had to take out the transmission hoses. When this collision center went to hook the hoses back after they were done, they hooked them wrong. Which led to the car leaking transmission fluid for days until the transmission was gone. We are talking 4-5k cost of damage (new or refurbished transmission).Car was not drivable. I immediately contacted insurance and they went out and checked the car and determined it was Cohasset Collision Center's mistake. Imagine if you had no insurance or if your insurance did not cover this. This is a disaster. Besides, I was without car for over a month. I had to ask friends and family for rides. It was miserable.Dealing with Cohasset Collision Center people was like pulling teeth.Anyway, I will never take any car to them again and they will never work on any of my vehicles. This was by far the worst body shop I have dealt with for ages.

My car was dropped off a little over a month ago to have some dents & scratches removed. The exterior of the car was fixed in a timely manor and looks great! However, upon driving the car, the headlights no longer turn on, along with several other electrical issues. Having explained my situation the the staff at Cohasset Collision, they stressed that these issues are unrelated to their repair & are a separate matter, which I find it hard to believe. The car had only been driven once since recieving it, when discovering that the headlights wouldn t turn on while driving down the highway! The car was turned into Cohasset Collision with working headlights and free off faults, yet upon return, the contrary. Looking for any and all input here. Is there any procedure that auto body shops follow before handing cars back, whether it be ensuring that it passes inspection or that headlights work/ hud on dashboards is free of warnings & indicators? The car currently has more problems than when it was turned in.

Excellent work when I was in my accident. Quick turnaround. A bit pricey but because of their honesty and quality of work, I have no problem paying the extra.Thanks! Would always take my car there.
