Doug was extremely knowledgeable and professional, had my bmw 328d xdrive brakes done all around/all rotors and pads, saved me a lot of money compared to brake shop and BMW. They also do inspection stickers which I didn t know. I m dropping off a very high mileage wrangler today with some check engine lights to see if they can keep it going. Will highly recommended Coastal to family and friends!

Recently purchased 2016 Honda after first looking online and found a car I liked. Went to see car an met Lance and Nick both were helpful. Had some concerns about brakes. They said they would repair as needed. Was pleased when I picked up car brakes were done and car was cleaned. I found the process easy Lance was the best salesman you could ask for.

Outstanding sales and service!! We worked with Lance to get a 2nd car for our daughter and we could not have had a better experience. Lance could not have been nicer and more attentive. He and Coastal Auto were both super NO pressure and they really worked hard to listen to what we wanted rather than what they may have to sell which is what we found at some other places we visited (and we visited a lot of places!!) We ended up with the perfect car for our daughter. 5 stars !!!

We ve now bought two cars from Coastal Auto in Cohasset and had a positive experience both times. Lance went the extra mile to make sure all our questions were answered and concerns addressed. And even in a pandemic, the process for seeing and test driving cars was safely thought out and carefully implemented to make their customers feel comfortable. I ll now always check the inventory at Coastal before looking anywhere else.

These guys are a team and they have treated my family well. we have bought 7 cars at this point and I am sure we will go back.Lance has been great over and over, Mike the Manager is great at working the deal to make it all work. WE just took our son in for his first purchase and they were terrific with him.Thanks Guys!!

The most miserable auto experience of my life. After less than 3 months of driving a Coastal Auto Center vehicle, I have a $14,000 paperweight.Would not suggest to anyone purchasing a car there. The staff primarily deals with customer frustration by passing the buck to an uninformed employee, often not even in the same location.Purchase process was very painful. First visit to view car (over an hour drive one-way for me) was for nothing as car had been sold a week prior; man I talked to before leaving my home said it was still available. Upon arrival was told there was a "probably a miscommunication somewhere." Got a call a week later saying the car was available again as they only got the deposit from someone that was actually not an American citizen. Met with agent Lance Ward and agreed to purchase vehicle. Had my own financing; they continually attempted to force me to go through their lender even after specifically telling them I didn't want to discuss that option any longer. Lance's decision was to then bring sales manager Mike into the fold to press the financing options. Once they finally let up, it turned out that purchasing the vehicle required visiting two of their other locations for paperwork. Upon completion, I then had to return a third time to actually pick up vehicle. This third trip was after countless reminder phone calls to get back to me with information as they never met the timelines they stated. Knowing my frustration after finally getting the keys, Lance sensed my anger but suggested maybe "I could lie a little and post a good review for them on Yelp." I posted nothing at that time.After 5,000 miles the vehicles rear brakes became so bad the car was unsafe to drive.The metal-on-metal screeching was unbearable while visiting family for the holidays. I had the vehicle checked by a shop and they showed me there was nothing left of the brake pads and the rotors were ground far beyond salvaging. I called in and they stressed they could take the car in and have a look. However, to do that, I would have to call in another day to talk with the Service Manager.It took several days to hear back from the service manager and ultimately was told by Mike the sales manager that there was nothing that could be done. He seemed surprised by the fact I would feel ripped off; after hearing my story of pain of continual trips and bad service, he suggested that I could "drive it down and they could have a look and probably give you some good pricing."

Recently purchased a car through Lance, and experience was very good overall. The used lot in Cohasset is small, which caused some concern with a late model used car, but Lance showed a lot of knowledge and professionalism and lefT me comfortable moving ahead. I felt we got a good deal on our used Subaru, good value vs other large dealerships.

Started off with their BDC rep John who right from the start was a straight shooter and I told him I'm in car sales so no need to BS me. I decided after talking with John I would go up to the Cohassett store to check out the Wrangler that I was interested in. I walked in and met Lance who was AMAZING!!! Once again he was a straight shooter and did not sugar coat anything. After deciding this was the car I want I did my paperwork with Ron, who is the coolest guy ever, being in the car business myself for 17 years him and I just clicked!!! He did everything to make the deal work for me and my budget.... And now I am the proud owner of a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited I work in the business so I know first hand that if you make a customer feel welcome you are doing a great job! By the time I left I felt like part of the family.thank you so much for everything you all did!!!!

These guys tell lot s of lies. They had me seriously questioning if their dealership is an outright fraud. They may act nice, but these are just not nice people. I walked out when they tried the bait and switch trick. They use very unorganized strategy, where one tells you one thing while the other says something in total contradiction. My advice: don t waste your time or gas at this place. We may have been able to buy the more expensive car, but for the way I felt I was treated, I d rather go through a different dealership. Sorry for not giving the exact details of the problems I had at Coastal Auto Center, but that would probably amount to writing an entire page!

I recently bought a 2013 Corolla S from Coastal Auto Center in Cohasset. It has been a while since I bought a new car and the salesman Lance Ward was very friendly and informative. He certainly made the experience a most pleasant one from start to finish.

GREAT Experience! We recently purchased a VolvoXC90 from Coastal Nissan. Our salesman Tom Di Pesa was super knowledgeable, helpful & friendly, which made the total experience effortless. Tom took the time to listen to our needs and we worked together as a team to find the right vehicle. After purchasing our vehicle we had a minor service issue and Tom jump right in and worked on fixing it right away. It was WELL WORTH the trip to Coastal Nissan. Looking forward to enjoying our car. Week after I got my car from them I noticed my brakes are pulsating really bad and I went back there and they said they replaced the front rotors and breaks which they did not.and they said they are at state minimum so they can't do anything. And I already having problems with my transmission which I figured that was a common problem with the car I bought. But they acted like they never heard of that problem , thank god it's under factory warranty if something happens to it.

I met with lance ward a handful of times over the past week as we hammered out a deal. Throughout the whole process he was understanding and helpful, making the car buying process easy and painless. I ended up getting exactly what I was looking for from this local dealership.

When purchasing a vehicle from this dealership the salesman ignored the fact that I had obtained financing else where. Even after repeatedly stating this he attempted to trick me into signing their finance agreement when closing the deal. When this happened I said that I had financing and you know this. His reply was to use their financing and change it to mine afterwards. High pressure bait and switch. Minus that clown everything else was fine. Bring your A game when purchasing from this dealership.

Over a month ago, I took a test ride in a Toyota Tacoma that was being offered by the Cohasset dealership that had "special" pricing. Upon the conclusion of the ride, I offered the salesman $ 1K less. He promptly shook my hand and offered me a "good day" and walked away. No negotiation... no further discussion. I guess that was special part. By the way, the Tacoma is still on the lot with "special" pricing.

I have a bad experience, a month ago I bought a Toyota Tundra which is great car in fact two weeks ago I just hear some noise from the passenger side and also my radio all the times I used Bluetooth is shut down I thought is was my phone but I don t think so, so I brought to the Toyota dealer and the charge to you just for inspect it so is not fair because you spent a lot money and the car for what.
