Best experience I've had at any auto place. Made my appointment online, got in the next day. I arrived 15 minutes early and they started working immediately! I was out the door in less than an hour for a 4-tire mounting, and all tires are holding pressures and look good the next day! Highly recommend!

I came in for a quote for 2 new tires. I asked the associate to go through options with me and I was only given two options which were extremely expensive. I scheduled the appointment for the following day for installment. I then went online to tire warehouse website and had to do my own research to discover that the associate had quoted me the worst 2 options available. I was able to find a reasonable options on my own which has been in stock the whole time and never mentioned to me my the associate. I came back the following day to have them installed and the associate informed me that he had broken my tire pressure sensor during instalment of the tires. He said that I would be responsible for finding and paying for my own replacement part which he had broken. I scheduled an appointment later that afternoon thinking I would be able to find the part easily. I found the correct part (based on years/make/model) after going to several auto shops, however when I went back to have it installed, the associate told me he wasn't able to install it and I would have to return the part and order it from tire warehouse for an additional $80 and wait a week to have it installed. This was very frustrating and after asking to speak with a manager, the associate finally agreed that since he broke the part, he would be willing to order and install it free of charge less than a week later. I have been a patron of this establishment for years and am very disappointed in the customer service I received this visit. I don't think I will be coming back after this experience.

Paul, Nik and all were wonderful! Great service. I always go to the location and Clinton. This is my second set of tires with Tire Warehouse. Went 70,0000 miles with my first set and plan to get another 70,000!

Today was the second time we came to Tire Warehouse and had a great experience. We were greeted promptly and politely, they took our SUV right away and were finished in no time. John was great and we know where we will be coming for tires or repairs in the future.

The service here is fantastic. I called the dealer first - the person on the phone didn't know anything about tires and could only quote pricing. He also said I would need an alignment. I then called Clinton Tire Warehouse and got a knowledgeable person who helped me decide which tire to purchase. Also, they only charge for an alignment when it's needed. I was scheduled for the next business day. No alignment needed so I saved over $100 just for that. I'd definitely go here again. Thank you.

I needed 2 front tires asap. I called on a Monday afternoon and they were able to fit me in first thing the next day and had 2 new tires waiting for me. Friendly staff, great service, and a reasonable price!

Because I've had so many bad experiences when other people work on my cars, I ve become one of those people that do my own wrenching 99% of the time.But alignments are one of those things I can t do at home. So I took my Accord to the Clinton Tire Warehouse and asked Nick to perform the alignment.Thanks Clinton Tire Warehouse s state-of-the-art alignment system and Nick s skill and dedication to doing the job right, the car now tracks like it is on rails!Thank you Nick and Tire Warehouse

I highly recommend Tire Warehouse in Clinton Ma. Alex, Paul and John are super friendly and customer focused. I had a slow leak in a tire which they repaired immediately even though I didn t have an appoint t. I am so appreciative of their kindness. To top it off Alex has pipes and sang to Journey s song Don t Stop Believing while he making the repair. A customer for life!

One of my tires had a slow leak and I needed it repaired. I scheduled my appointment on their website very easily. The quality of work, customer service, and professionalism was some of the best that I have encountered. I 100% recommend Tire Warehouse.

My son made an appointment two days in advance to get two new, front tires. We also called to make sure they were clear on the appointment, the make and size of the tires and whether they would be ready for him. Chris indicated that they had the tires in stock and would be good to go.He arrived at 3:45 for a 4:00 appointment. He then had to wait until past 5:45 to be serviced. Did not leave store until past 6:00. Not good considering what we did to set up an appointment.No apology from them for his adjustment to a pretty high bill. These were expensivetires.What is the point of making appointments if you are going to keep people waiting two hours? What kind of customer service was this? Apologies can go a long way. Letting people know why there is a delay can go a long way. Trying to adjust a bill can go a long way. None of this happened. They did let him use the remote in the waiting area. Thanks so much.This store has lost a family of customers.

Most painless experience of my life. I called thinking it would be a while til they could get me in and they took me right away and I was there for maybe 10 min waiting. Got 2 new front tires. No stress, no pressure to try and sell me other products or services. No complaints from me

I live next door, these guys are always super helpful and fair. Have brought tires over there to have TPMS sensors replaced and this AM 9.9.23, Paul fixed a leak in my company s Ford Escape and got me back on the road quickly. Definitely recommend

I called for an estimate on Weds and was quoted a price for four tires. When I went to the appointment on Friday the estimate was not in the computer and they didn't have the tires I was quoted. I was also told on the phone the job would only take 45-60 mins. When I got to the shop on Friday I was told it would take two hours. The man at the store was extremley rude and dismissive. He told me to 'take a seat" and sat down to look at his computer before I was even done decieding what tires I wanted. Needless to say, I left and took my $1,000 dollars worth of buisiness elsewhere.

My daughter's tire was leaking. Tire Warehouse fit me in and told me i had a cracked rim.I bought a used rim and they fit me in to get it switched.Service was excellent. Very honest and curtious.I will be buying my next set of tires here. I highly recommend them.

I should have gone with my gut and listened to some of the other 1 Star reviews. I have never experienced such rudeness, incompetence, and lies when dealing with an auto shop EVER! If you care about your vehicle at all, do not use this shop.I ordered new tires due to a flat from bad wear patterns and asked if they do alignments and if I can tell them what numbers I want for toe and camber in front and rear. They told me they do and I can do that when I come into the shop with the car on install day. The tires were supposed to be in the next day after I called. Next day comes, no call. I call them to ask about it and after a 20 minute hold I was told they'll be in tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and again no call. I call them and the tires were in. After getting to the shop and asking about the alignment numbers I want them to adjust the car to, they tell me they can only do a front wheel toe adjustment and this is what they do for all cars. IF YOU NEED AN ALIGNMENT DO NOT GET IT HERE!Fine, we take off the alignment and I'll do it elsewhere. Later I get a call that they can't balance the wheels with the new tires because they can't get the center caps off my aftermarket wheels. They're afraid of breaking them because the screws are seized. Ok, put the wheels back on with the new tires and I'll get it done elsewhere. I'm told they'll call me right back when the wheels are back on the car. No call comes. Hours later I call to ask if the car is done and it was. Five minutes after that call I get another call saying the car was done, guy was super rude about it.When I go to pick up the car they tell me that the person who put the wheels on last stripped one of the wheel studs and they couldn't put the lug nut back on and left it in my cup holder. The guy who did it last was me...and none of them were stripped when the car was dropped off. Fine I'll replace it later. After I get home I notice there are two lug nuts missing in all and the wheel stud on the side they didn't tell me about was mangled so badly a lug nut wouldn't screw on at all. When I went to replace the bad wheel studs I found they had stripped several other studs that I now have to replace.On top of all this, my TPMS sensors may have been broken as well. The light is turning on once in a while, waiting to see if it finally connects and settles down.All in all, the worst experience I've ever had and I will tell everyone I know to not use this shop and all about my experience I've outlined here.

The lug nuts in our car were seized up and we could not get the tires off. Paul at Tire Warwhouse was super helpful. Tire Warehouse was busy. We showed up on Saturday afternoon w/out an appointment. Paul did his best to accommodate us and within an hour we were all set with newly replaced lug nuts that at Paul s direction we purchased at Auto Zone. TireWarehouse cares about it s customers and goes the extra mile to accommodate when they can!!They have our loyalty as repeat customers!

This is my second great experience with Tire Warehouse in Clinton. In November, I went in on a Sunday to get my tires checked. They resealed the rims and after many months of warning lights, my problem was finally fixed.Today was a different issue. Driving through Northborough this morning, I heard an explosion sound under my car. My tire pressure light immediately went on. I drove to BJ's Tire Center in Northborough. BJ's told me they could not help me until February, and I must call AAA. AAA arrived and put on my spare tire. I drove back to Clinton, Paul took the damaged tire, and was able to get it repaired in less time than it took AAA to reach me in Northborough. After two great experiences, we will be bringing all of our tire business to Tire Warehouse in Clinton. Thank you for such great service!

I cannot express how amazing Paul and Chris are over here at Tire Warehouse. My car desperately needed tires and ultimately the tires failed before I could drive it in. The tow truck got me there at 5pm right before a big snow storm. They had me in and out in an hour and I was back home safely before seeing a single snowflake. The car drives like it s brand new. I will never go anywhere else for tires. They care about their customers and it s obvious!

Fixed a flat at a moments notice, providing outstanding customer service at a pace unrecognized in this industry. This along with a professional demeanor ensures I would recommend this location to all friends and family. 11/10. Service done by Paul.

My front tires were out of balance , every local tire shop I called they were giving me ridiculous prices and some of them were trying to sell a new tire. Now I don't blame them and I also know that I need new tires at some point but when I called to tire warehouse in Clinton it was relieve to find out that I could just stop by and get the job done in 10 min. People were really friendly and professional. I recommended them to my coworker that got flat tire.Thanks guys

Paul did a great job helping me out today! I came in concerned about my car computer saying one of the tires was low so just wanted to double check. It did end up needing to be fixed and he was quick to help me while I had my young son with me. Paul was super friendly and so helpful, thank you I really appreciated my experience today!

Had issue with a tire losing air every few days. Drove in without an appointment and the attendants were super helpful. They were able to squeeze me in and were super helpful and fast on finding and fixing my leak. Extremely positive experience and would recommend.

Had the best experience with the Clinton TW. Friendly staff, prompt service on a walk in at 2:30 pm. The staff used excellent technique on the balancing and tire reinstallation. Torqued to 100lbs. Car ride was smooth as silk on the highway. My car is a 1987 MB. I would highly recommend using this store for your tire needs.

Very pleased with the service at Tire Warehouse, they were able to get me in the same day for a tire repair and fixed it quickly.Paul was professional, friendly and gave me the item that had been lodged in the tire.They even were able to get me in the next day for an alignment before we were headed on a family trip.Great service, and great people to deal with.

Brought car in for an alignment. The Manager told me he couldn't do an alignment because the inner driver side tie rod was so rotted out he couldn't make the adjustment. Told me when I had it fixed to bring it back. I took it to my mechanic who said the tie rod was not in fact rotted out. He also told me the Manager at Tire Warehouse didn't tighten the nut back up after he tried to make the adjustment on the tie rod. Just left it loose and sent me out the door. No wonder why you can make same day appointments. Stay away stay far far away.
