I just had a repair done on my CVR due to a hit and run. My husband and I were very happy with the service we received. The work was completed in a doable time span and the car came back clean and looking awesome. Also, the customer service from the ladies in the office were outstanding.

The most EXCELLENT auto repair experience I have ever had. If you want your damaged vehicle to look brand new, and like NOTHING ever happened, take it Paul's Collision & Repair.Do yourself a favor, have it done expertly the right way. Don't waste your time and money going to amateurs and repair hacks who just want to take your money.Piece of mind is PRICELESS!

I walked in there today after going to another larger place for an estimate and was immediately struck with how friendly, honest and knowledgeable the assessor and front desk woman were, and thrilled to discover the price was much more reasonable than the first estimate. I went to them based off the other Google reviews and was not disappointed. I'm looking forward to getting my car fixed next week but writing this review now because I can tell they will do an excellent job especially since I'm told the owner has been in the business himself for more than 30 years. It definitely makes a difference to support a family business!

This is a wonderful family owned business. Alexis is professional and efficient with her work. She saved me a lot of money avoiding going through my insurance claim and preventing my insurance from going up. She was able to fix my bumper, headlight and some cosmetic stuff in an hour or less. I highly recommend this business to anyone in the area seeking any body work done.

Unfortunately I've been rear-ended a number of times on my long heavy-traffic commute to and from work. Paul's Collision shop has repaired the damage every time and I was very pleased with the result every time. Paul and his team do great work and are kind, professional, and easy to work with. Paul was even kind enough to pick me up and drop me off at home at needed times as well (I live just 2 or so miles from the shop). Trish who manages the office is also wonderful to work with. She is always pleasant and very prompt and thorough when managing communication with my insurance company and myself.

Unbelievable! The service, the people and the quality were above and beyond! In the past owning body shops this one is top. They are a definition of true custer care and quality work.

Excellent work and extremely nice staff! Highly recommend going here for any work you need done for your car. Vacuumed interior and washed exterior when they finished the top notch repair work!!

My truck was a total wreck, I was surprised it hadn't been declared as totaled. Pauls Collision was there for me every step of the way, gave me constant updates via text, handled any and all issues that I was having with insurance, did all of the work SO well, cleaned my truck inside and out, and even reached out to see if i was satisfied after driving it a bit. If there is any work you need done, Pauls can do it. When I brought it home, you could never tell that I had totaled the front end and crushed the doors/frame. Beyond that, in fact, my roommate had even commented "It looks like a brand new truck." I seriously cant recommend these guys enough. Getting in a crash is stressful enough, so believe in me when I say that Pauls is who you want to have your back.Services: Tires, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding

Used to be the best in town. Not any more. They went from first to worst faster than the 2013-2014 Red Sox.

paint did not match right. the lights were installed improperly and there is water entering the quarter panel and light housings.
