I Had a die hard battery still under warranty but was leaking.They told me at counter they couldn't replace battery because it was still working.I said I'm not putting it back in my car that doesn't make any sense.They said there was nothing they could do and if I wanted to come back Monday and talk to manager I could do that.They were not rude it was there policy it was nothing they could do.I bought another battery from another store.

Amazing people work here. whenever an employee has been unsure of having an answer to any of my questions they make sure to ask other employees. I've never been told "thats not my job" or "I don't know" by any of the staff. finding products throughout the store is pretty easy but staff is always willing to help locate just what u need. If ur part is not in that store they will order it or send a driver to grab it from another location. This Advance Auto definitely impresses me and I highly recommend anyone in need of auto parts or accessories to visit this location. employees here also install wiper blades and batteries and also test charging systems and run check engine codes for free. they also will charge car batteries for you if needed. very knowledgeable about many repairs if u ever need advice and would seriously tell people to give any employee whom comes out to your vehicle to assist you a nice TIP. trust me they earn them and deserve them. if u read any of my other reviews u will see I'm not easily impressed and no I don't work here or have any friends whom do. this place has earned my respect and a great review solely on their own merit nothing else. this location should be the training model for every other Advanced auto

I went in with a request to buy 1 wiper blade and I wanted it to match the one I bought 2 months ago at same place. The woman behind the counter was not interested in doing anything that required her to get off her stool. She didn t help me in anyway, except to check me out after I picked out matching blades for my car.The men have always been very helpful. But after this experience I will be going to Auto Zone down the street.Your new hire is a very lazy employee.

I don t normally shop it this location for my car needs but I will from now on. Jose was very helpful with everything that I was looking for. He didn t try to sell me anything that I didn t need for my car, like some men have tried to do at other auto part stores. I appreciate his knowledge and I ll be returning soon because my car always needs something! Great customer service is a big deal to me especially as a millennial!

I walked into the store and Jose immediately asked if I needed help looking for anything. I showed him a picture on my phone and he knew exactly where the product was. As he was checking me out, I asked if there was a coupon he could apply for me. He immediately pulled one up and applied it for me. He was super nice and very knowledgeable. Great service overall! Anthony was very helpful He always lets you know what your car needs. I come here all the time from oil for my car to cleaning supplies If I have a problem with my car the staff here are very accommodating. They will help you

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at any advanced auto. Not friendly or helpful in any shape or form. Their employees lack the knowledge to perform the most basic of tasks. It seems as if the majority of the people who work there hate their job and and come off as extremely pretentious. (at least for my experience). Can't even call their customers to inform them about a mistake on their behalf.

Good luck getting any help if you don't have a part number or a specific vehicle make model and year. I can live with gruffness or the lack of knowledge but not both at the same time. Guess the days of auto part store employees having any knowledge of the automobile are in the past.

Been going to Advance Auto & Autozone in Clinton years. Generally found both about the same. That changed today. Bought pads & rotors for my truck on Friday. When I started the job today I quickly found that the rear rotors were stuck on. Ran down to Advance Auto to see if they had the bolts that go in the threaded holes to pull the rotor. When I asked if they had them they looked at me like I had 2 heads and claimed (all 3 staff working) that they had never heard of rotors having threaded holes. Are you serious???!!! Every car I have done rotors on ALWAYS has them. Feeling VERY frustrated and sick of the attitude I got, I went across the street to Autozone. They asked the make/model year & did I have the new new rotor with me. No, it was at home. They pulled one off the shelf, found the right bolt and I was out of there in 5 minutes.I was so frustrated with Advance Auto that when I was done with the brake job I went back down, dropped one of the rotors on the counter with the bolts still in it and the immediate response was, and I quote "I didn't say you were lying". Really???!!! That's it?! I'm not a liar???!!! For the extra attitude, I left the old rotor there walked out.Major kudos to the guy at Autozone who took the time to sell me a $2.00 set of bolts when I hadn't even bought the brakes from them. Who do you think I am going to go to next time. Damn straight! Not going to be the losers at Advance Auto. Morons.Thanks again to Autozone. Saved my day!Rated them 1 star, but zero stars needs to be an option.

This place is the worst auto parts store ever.They are supposed to open at 730am (per the sign on the door) and 845am still hadn't even had an employee there to open the store. Go to auto zone

So I've been looking for a bumper for a 2003 f250 for about a month now for a reasonable price and I finally found it threw Michelle at advance Auto found it for me threw one of the sources and I picked it up from Rachel at the store and there customer service was beyond amazing once again thank you to the Clinton advance Auto once again
