Wonderful afternoon Craft project with Tracy! Many thanks for making atmosphere festive& inviting suppling so many different items for all to create with. Also the nice easy music in background as warm smelling apple cider create lovely cinnamon and spice smells. All seem to enjoy along with making connections to friend not seen in some time.How enjoyably along with craft to put up when home

Dear Brent Thomason,Please be assured that the Chilmark Library has never banned a speaker or a book based on political views. We strive to promote diversity and do not discriminate.We are aware that attorney Alan Dershowitz has made claims that we have banned his books. This is a ludicrous lie. We currently have 30 titles by Mr. Dershowitz on our shelves significantly more even than his home library, Cambridge, which only has seven. We also think it s important to note that 20 of these titles have never been checked out.It s just very sad that someone desperate for media attention would bully a library in order to promote a new book. They keep removing books and speakers that don t agree with them politically. That s not what the administration are there for. We know where banning books and speech leads to

The Chilmark Library is beautiful, inviting and the staff is excellent. It's not just a place to go on a rainy day but has been the start of many excellent Vineyard days.

Great local library with a section for everyone. Great snappy internet for when you're in a pinch for sending out a quick proposal or too meet a deadline.
