We shipped a car to New England from New Mexico. Viktor was the driver. From the minute he got in touch, things went smoothly. We texted updates to each other from the road. Transport went very fast, picked up on Wednesday and dropped in Springfield on the following Monday.My only small issue was that once the car arrived in Springfield, Viva planned to deliver to me in Vermont 3 days after its arrival. So I chose to get a ride to Springfield and retrieve the car from the storage lot.

I used this company for a car transport service from the Midwest to the east coast. Car came back filthy inside with dirt and scuff marks all over back seats and dirt/crumbs in the cushion seams. I expected the outside of the car to be dirty but the inside was way dirtier than when I gave it to them. I received a text saying my car was going to be delivered the next morning and never received updates the next day about where my car was. I called the office number and the number that texted me about the delivery and no one ever responded to my calls. I finally texted the guy that picked up my car and he was finally able to get a hold of them. Apparently the truck that was going to deliver my car broke down but no one felt the need to tell me that. I waited three more days for my car to be delivered and I had to contact them again to ask if it was actually being delivered before the driver finally called me and said he was 45 minutes away. The communication with this company is very poor and it's almost impossible to get a hold of anyone within the company unless you have your driver's phone number.

My car was picked up within the timeframe I was told and delivered on the day it was supposed to be. Communication was great and I really appreciated that they were able to give me ampel to arrive at the pickup area. They must have washed my car because I couldn't image it looking as great as it did after a trip from CA to Maine

We had a car shipped from Louisiana to Ohio.Zach was the driver picked up the car on time, and delivered 2 Days early.He was very courteous and professional.Greg
