Even though I ended up not buying from them, Greg was super helpful installing about the cars and was up front about any and all potential items. Great customer service and honesty goes a long ways, so if you want that, I recommend giving them a call!

Bought my Subaru from this place. So far good. Greg was amazing with service and made me feel super comfy with my purchase they backup what they advertise for warranty on vehicles not many places di that. Go check them out.

Greg was literally the best! He had a great selection and he really spent the time to assist me with my application and choosing my dream car. After SEVERAL test drives I finally chose my Subaru Crosstrek. I could not be happier. Excellent communication and even better service and pricing! I highly recommend Vitaliys to everyone!!

I recently purchased a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek limited and I love it. Greg was upfront with all the vehicles as soon as I walked in so there was nothing I wasn't aware of. After a test drive and finding no faults and no rattles I knew this vehicle was solid and I decided to give it a chance and purchased the vehicle and happy I did. Thanks Greg, u da man

Bought my Crosstrek from Nick. He was upfront with everything regarding the cars history. I had a minor problem during the warranty period that they were unable to fix in their shop so they had me go to the Subaru dealership and they reimbursed me the full costs to repair. I would recommend them to friends.

I promise you that you ll never find a better dealer to work with than Greg! I drove a bit over an hour to come see my dream car right after having been in a total loss collision. I was hesitant to be looking at cars at the time as I wasn t sure what was going to happen with my settlement as this was my first accident.Not only was Greg so understanding to my situation, he even gave me pointers and things to be mindful of when going through my insurance claim. To be honest he gave me the best advice and was incredibly transparent and realistic with me from start to finish!I was able to give a deposit to hold on to my dream car while my settlement was happening. I could not be happier with my 2020 Subaru Impreza, it has all the bells and whistles, incredibly low mileage, and it was an absolute steal! I walked away feeling like I came out on top even though I had just got into an accident 3 weeks prior.Thank you Greg for being so amazing! I will never be able to go to another dealership after having worked with you!!!!

These guys deserve your business! After my mom purchased a vehicle from here several years back, she highly recommended I go and check the place out despite it being a distance away and my expectations were far exceeded!When I drove out there, Nik made me feel incredibly welcome and did a fantastic job listening to exactly what I needed/wanted. He recommended I test drive a vehicle that I wasn t even initially looking at based on the needs I had explained and it was perfect!Through the entire purchase process Nik bent over backward to assist me so I didn t have to make the long drive multiple times. He was incredibly communicative and even drove the vehicle all the way out to my home on a holiday weekend when I was away on vacation so I did not have to worry about it when I got back! You are not going to find better service, better deals, or better people than at Vitaliys Auto Sales and I m not sure I ll ever want to deal with anyone else for purchasing a new car!

I came from Worcester and I bought my 2015 Jeep from them and they have been wonderful! I ve had some issues with the car however as soon as I contacted them they did the best to make sure the issue was resolved! Truly a great small family business! They look out for their customers and make sure they are always taken care of even in hard times

I bought a 2005 Ford 500 with low mileage about a month ago. Great car. Greg was a pleasure to work with. He explained exactly what had been repaired on the vehicle. The price was fair. If I need another vehicle this will be the first place I look.

Bought my first car here in 2014 and was the most reliable car I had owned. Yes the cars all have reconstructed but if you're looking to keep long term then it's definitely worth it. A week after purchase the trunk cable snapped and I brought it in and was fixed right away and they also replaced the tires since they were low on tread.Only reason I didn't give a 5 is because I wasn't paying attention and was offered a newer vehicle for the same price but it was a base model that had no power locks or anything.

Great experience at this dealership, Greg was really great and up front on everything with the cars. The cars themselves have salvage titles which makes it hard to get financing from some companies and can be an issue when you go to sell, but the cost savings are significant and the cars we looked at had very low miles and no noticeable issues. Ended up finding a vehicle that fit us better with another dealer but I would come back here in a heart beat the next time I need a car.

I have to share about my great experience at Vitaliys and working with Greg. We found just the right car - Greg was super helpful and clear (no high pressure, just helpful). It was a rebuilt car, but nothing was hidden or sketchy. The process was clear, and we were given extra time to get everything lined up on our end (as we live in NY there were extra steps involved). I highly recommend working with Vitaliys to save money on good quality cars.(I don't recommend taking a rebuilt car from MA to NY, much better if you are keeping it in state.)

I bought a used Subaru Forester from here. The price was great and the car has treated me great for the couple of months I've had it. Greg (the lead salesman) was extremely helpful and went above and beyond my requests through the whole process (including a small warranty claim). For anyone not afraid to purchase a vehicle with a reconstructed title, there is value to be had at this dealership and you will be treated well through the process.

You can do great here if you take your time and look. I brought my grandpa with me who has been a mechanic for thirty years. We drove and searched and drove and searched. We found an Impreza and when I searched the VIN number we were able to find pictures. We could not figure out why the car was totaled. It was hit on the passenger side rear and he said the damage looked like it would have been cheap to fix, certainly cheaper than paying off the car. But insurance companies do whatever they do and so be it. The rest of the car was flawless. Anyway long story less long everything else on the car was still factory new(ish) and we got lucky. Don't let the fact that these cars are retitled be a deterrent. Take your time, drive the cars, have someone you trust look at it and make an educated decision. It's been a year or two now and I have had absolutely no issues with the car.

I bought a 2017 Subaru Legacy Sport a week ago. Greg was great to work with. Straight forward and honest. I ll admit I was a bit nervous to purchase a reconstructed vehicle but Greg eased all our concerns. And the price...how do you go wrong?! Low mileage for low price! And I LOVE my car! That experience alone would have been enough to warrant 5 stars but the story did not end there. Tonight I had an issue with the car that left it disabled in a parking lot (unavoidable and non-preventable). On a Sunday night (at 8pm) before the Monday Labor Day holiday, my husband called Vitaliys and left a voicemail to let them know we were having the car towed to them. Within 5 minutes, Nikita called him back! He tried to troubleshoot the issue with us and when that wasn t successful, he said he would have his mechanic come to us. 20 minutes later (9pm), their smiling, friendly mechanic arrived and the car was running in seconds! All before the tow truck from Subaru s Roadside Assistance showed up; saving me money, time and stress! The issue was identified and I drove straight to Vitaliys where I was assured it would be fixed first thing in the morning. We were BLOWN AWAY by the kindness we were shown and the fact that we received a call back at all on a Sunday night (let s face it, that s unheard of), never mind that we had their mechanic sent right to us! Nikita even texted back to check on us to be sure we were taken care of. That s customer service done right! We can t say enough about our experience thus far and if I could give them 10 stars, I would! The whole team at Vitaliys is top notch! We will without a doubt be repeat customers! Heartfelt thanks to all!!

I bought a used 2015 Subaru Limited Impreza with 20k miles for $13, 500 in August 2017. At first I was hesitant because all the cars have reconstructed titles. However, months later I am more than pleased with my car. It is in fabulous condition and I am so happy I bought from Vitaly s. Greg is a great, honest salesman. 5/5 - definitely reccommend.

Bought a car 2 years ago from here and it was quick and easy. Axle broke on the highway which wasn't good and had to be towed about 60 miles. Besides that the car hasn't had any problems and I ended up getting it for free.

Bought a Subaru last year from this place and the transmission went out 2 weeks ago. Since the cars sold at this place are reconstructed the car was worth close to nothing and still owe on a car loan. If you are looking into buying a car from this place do your research first!!!!!!

Sketchy place. They were selling a car for a "friend". They wouldn't budge on price so I walked. 3 months later it's still for sale and they've dropped the price twice.When I asked why the steering was so tight (as if it had no power steering), the owners 16 year old son told me that's how the car was engineered. Oddly enough I test drove the same make and model at a different dealer and the car was "normal" at that dealer. Unless you're in the Russian mob, avoid this front.

Had a very attractive car listed. Reached out 5 days ago by email, but got a template reply, not answering any of specific question, referring me to the website. Tried repeating my questions, no answer. Called, no answer. Texted to ask and finally got "Connor" to answer via SMS. After several back and forth, asking for my name, my ZIP CODE (?), as apparently is needed to look up the car I am asking about, I asked him to please call me, but got no pleasure of speaking to. Meanwhile the car disappeared from the listing and I got the text that it is not available. I was naive enough to give my ZIP.. Not sure what the use is.I hope the guys are just having the very bad day and that I got a very wrong impression, but definitely something to be aware of if dealing with them. Hope this is helpful to others and motivating to the seller to improve.
