This is possibly the best Mercedes dealership of all time! The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and real! No cheesy salespeople, no sales pitch, and a very low pressure, easy-going environment! Ty Mann was the easiest, most knowledgeable, and low-pressure salesperson I have ever dealt with. Customer service was incredible! I flew all the way from Washington DC to deal with this Dealership. My hats off to management!

I had an amazing experience at Mercedes Benz of Springfield.MJ was super to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient and had great energy. The rest of the team was helpful and kind as well. Great experience. We had been to 2 other dealerships and were getting frustrated with the entire process. We reached out to Mathew at Mercedes-Benz of Springfield and everything was different. Mathew was so genuine and helpful and a joy to work with. He actually made the experience fun and enjoyable. When arriving at the dealership the car we liked was sitting out front ready for us. Within 90 minutes, we had test drove and even financed it and owned this amazing car. Anthony in financing was great too. Financing was easy and the rate was competitive. Even the waiting area was great with snacks and mini MB- chocolates. When we picked the car up, there was a huge red bow on the car. Very nice touch. Can't say enough about Mathew and Anthony and this dealership. They changed the horrible experience we were having at other places into an amazing experience!

Terrific experience at Mercedes of Springfield! Shay was awesome to work with and she made the entire process easy and enjoyable. In fact, I have never experienced such an easy process when buying a car. Shay was knowledgeable and worked hard to meet my needs as a customer. I can t recommend her enough! Everyone I talked with was professional and very easy going, which made the entire experience wonderful! 5 stars for this dealership-it is a pleasure to buy a car from Mercedes of Springfield!

Recently replaced a vehicle totaled with a late model C300. Both Ty and Matt understood my needs and were very helpful! First class service and great communication from these guys from beginning to end. I traveled across state lines to get this kind of service and am glad I did! There were no gimmicks or games, these guys delivered what they promised and I am a happy customer. I will be purchasing my next new MB from them for sure and from this dealership! I also appreciate Steve in Finance department who was very clear in his communication about everything I was signing. There was not a question asked that he couldn t answer. Looking forward to traveling across state lines for service from this dealership!

This was the easiest purchase from start to finish. Dave my sales associate made sure everything was taken care of and arranged for me to pick up my car at the NY DMV. I was an out of state customer and this also was a huge help. If you want a dealership that is customer centric this is the place to go. No smoke and mirrors , no ridiculous haggling just a straight forward process. I would highly recommend this dealership and sales associate. They truly care about the customer.

Mercedes Benz of Springfield provides exemplary customer service. I was so indecisive on whether I wanted to continue with an SUV or venture back to a sedan. Had a great experience with service appointment (2 times as of June 2023) for the GLC 300. Great facility, well spoken staff with humble gesture that addressed my clarifications with patience. The service engineering team sends the video of your vehicle during the inspection to keep you informed about the state of the car.There are enough seating space for you to work while you wait for your vehicle to get serviced.Thank you so much to the team and specially Tom O Connor for answering my questions and providing an excellent service./!!!

Safety is not a priority. Refused to give a loaner with Mercedes subframe safety recall issue. Didn t care I had to drive with small children in the car. In response to your response. How can you say keep making a loaner available when it never was?You never offered one lol. You guys never took care of me and my family. You guys knew about the issue since August of 2022 knowing how dangerous it was to drive.

From the moment I entered the busy showroom, I was treated like I was the only person there. Throughout the purchase of my Mercedes-Benz, I was treated with friendliness, expertise, and professionalism. I could not have been happier! My first service visit was somewhat unexpected. I was driving my daughter to lunch, and got a low tire pressure warning. The car is equipped with run-flat tires, so The handling felt no different. I called the dealership, and they were able to take the car in immediately. They had the proper tire in stock, and we were back on the road in under 90 minutes .. in a freshly washed car, no less! Both experiences, in purchasing and in the Service department, were no less than top notch! Now that . is how we do That. .. Bravo!!

We purchased a 2022 Mercedes C-300 and more recently a 2023 Mercedes CLS-450 at Mercedes-Benz of Springfield. We were helped by John Potter for both cars, the second time at our request. We found the cars to be great and the salesmanship to be professional, low-pressure, and knowledgeable. Follow-up questions about the cars' settings and capabilities were graciously received.

Few weeks have passed since the incident, mainly because I don't wish to give this dealership another chance to frustrate and threaten me.The ordeal began after purchasing a used car and visiting the dealership for an inspection and to fix the reflective light as agreed on. However, upon receiving the car after the service, I noticed a long vertical scratch at the place where they replaced the reflective light that were not there before. I am certain that the scratch were caused during their service because I had thoroughly checked the back bumper before handing over the car.When I pointed this out, the dealership responded by offering a repaint and a loaner car, seemingly as a "courtesy." But the loaner car I received was shockingly dirty, with a greasy and dusty interior. I brought this to the attention of the service staff, an older woman with blonde hair, who initially lied and claimed that their detailing team was not available that day. Additionally, the service representative told me, "This is the only loaner, and you got it for free, so you either take it or not."Frustrated, I insisted that they clean the loaner car. It was only after I demanded to speak to the manager that they agreed to have the loaner detailed. However, my interaction with the sales manager K was just as disappointing. He stared at me and reiterated that the loaner was not a rental car and that it being dirty was acceptable due to it being a "courtesy." He even had the audacity to say, "Let me tell you something, when you need something, you ask nicely." He went further by threatening, "What are you gonna do if we don t repaint your car now? I don t care what we agreed upon before. Do you wanna call the cops, huh?" How dare you? It was only after my frustration reached its peak that he conceded that it was unacceptable for the loaner car to be dirty, and he said that he will fire the service lady. Hypocritical.It's outrageous that a dealership would address a customer like this and attempt to teach them a lesson, especially when the customer has genuine concerns and was upset by their lies and bad service. Their lack of professionalism and empathy throughout the whole experience is truly disheartening. They never once offered an apology.Their commitment to customer service drastically deteriorates after making a sale. This post-sales experience has left me utterly dissatisfied and dismayed. And a piece of advice to the sales manager: stand in your customers perspectives when they are upset, think about why they are upset, and never ever think that you have power over your customers.Update: the owner contacted me on this incident and offered an oil change and the service is good this time.

I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Springfield. Colton (salesperson) took the time to listen to my needs and concerns, and to answer all of my questions. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and trustworthy, showing me lots of vehicles and demonstrating how the different technologies in them work. He found the perfect SUV for me! The pricing was highly competitive and I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Khalil (sales manager) was accessible and honest, showing integrity in immediately addressing and rectifying an issue that arose after I purchased my vehicle. Both Colton and Khalil were incredibly helpful and responsive, going above and beyond to make sure I was a happy and satisfied customer. This may have been the first vehicle I purchased from Mercedes-Benz of Springfield but it won't be my last!

Everyone at Mercedes of Springfield was amazing. Khal took great care of me from the start, found the perfect vehicle for me and stayed in close communication during the whole process. Steve in financing was easy going and took the stress out of the least fun part of the day, and David answered (and continues to answer) all my questions about the vehicle and it s many inner workings. I am one very happy customer.

Awesome, clean facility that I believe is family-run. I highly recommend this business to everyone.Made an inquiry online about a 2019 E300. Sales consultant Ty Mann sent me an email an hour later and scheduled me for a test drive that weekend. Loved the car, decided to make the purchase that day. Ty took me through the process, explained everything thoroughly as this was my first time. Not too long later I signed the papers with finance director Anthony Bailey, who was also extremely helpful. I felt welcomed throughout the whole experience and received great service. There was no hassle at all, nor did I ever feel pressured to buy anything extra. Went back a week later to pick up the car. Throughout the purchase and even after, Ty was responsive to my questions over text.Thank you to Ty and Anthony - they made my first car purchase much easier than I anticipated.

The best Mercedes Benz dealership that I have ever been to hands down. My family and I had the pleasure of working with Ty (salesman) who was absolutely amazing! Excellent Service! My first experience with mbspringfield was personal indeed. After weeks of searching on line and in person for a CPO Vehicle, I came across mbspringfield.After my first phone conversation with Matthew, I knew this was it. The following morning, with great anticipation, I took the 1 hour and 30 minute ride. Upon entering MBspringfield, I was greeted with a warm welcome and escorted to the clean and cozy waiting area (thank you Shay). while sipping some delicious coffee, Matthew approached me and escorted me to his desk. He was professional, engaging and hands on in helping me to navigate through this emotional car buying process to the very end. He was genuinely concern and intent on finding the vehicle most suitable for me. Two day's later I drove off into the Sunset in my CPO 2019GLC300. The team work of Matthew, Steve (Finance) and Sam (Manager) was OUTSTANDING! Be good to yourself and ask for Matthew.

5 star experience! Our sales rep was MJ and there was zero pressure the entire experience. We actually completely enjoyed the process the whole way though. We started with just messaging, then my wife went to go test drive, and then we messaged more and went back to both drive it. They also had no worries that they'd get the interest rate that we could have obtained from our local credit union, but when we go there the rate was even BETTER! Highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. Ask for MJ!

Mercedes-Benz of Springfield (MA) is wonderful to work with. I worked with salesman Jonathan Potter and he is excellent. Jonathan took the time to understand what I was looking for, asked the right questions to really assist me in finding the perfect M-B for me. He worked to find the car I wanted with every option I requested. Jonathan was in contact with me to inform me of all of the details - from finding the car, to insuring the car, etc. No detail was left out. Jonathan went above and beyond for me, and I appreciate his knowledge, expertise, and attention to detail. He is kind, courteous, helpful, and a great guy. If you stop in to see Jonathan Potter, don't be surprised if you have to wait for him, but I assure you, he's worth the wait. I've had the car for a few weeks now and he took the time to call me today, asked how I was enjoying the vehicle, and let me know that if I had any questions, or needed help in learning about the features, he was there to help at any time. This guy has great customer service skills and I highly recommend him to anyone.Also, I have to mention that everyone at this M-B of Springfield dealership is really great to work with, and not just the sales staff - everyone from the service technicians to the staff behind the scenes makes you feel like a valued customer. I watched how they all acknowledged customers, treating everyone with kindness and respect, and really make you feel welcome. Everyone there is a pleasure to work with. Went to get a GLC 300 from Albany and the experience has been nothing less than fantastic. Meeting MJ was the best thing that could have happened in deal. He is your go to guy and one of the best salesperson I have met till date. The entire dealership is very professional, courteous and knows how to take care of their customers well. The deal was very smooth and the pricing is very competitive which is best for the customer. This is my first purchase from Mercedes Benz of Springfield but definitely not my last. I am happy to take this 100 mile drive in future to get my next one. This is my wife s 2nd vehicle at this store 1st one with Steve (now a finance manager) and this 23 Glb with Ty Mann. I bring my 2019 E450 here for service and everyone is awesome. Might be a smaller dealership, but they know and take care of you! Highly recommend!
